Had purchased a mini split system for my garage. The technicians showed up when they said they would and did a great job installing it from start to finish and even took the time to train us on how to use it. Highly recommend Shanes for all HVAC work and installation.

Shane and his entire team are Excellent! Just installed a entire new HVAC Daikin Fit System and all New Ductwork to replace our 35 year old system. They did a fantastic job at a fair price, did not try to sell us anything we did not need. Just amazing straight forward service!!

Shane has replaced both units in our home and installed mini-split units in our addition. We wouldnt consider using anyone else and wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone. Do yourself a favor and contact him. His integrity is unmatched, his team is consistently respectful, and they are welcome in our home anytime. Plus, his mother, who manages the phone, is absolutely delightful.

Shanes Services is a wonderful HVAC company! Our AC system had reached the end of its life after 18 years, and we knew it was time to replace it. Initially, we had called a well-known national-chain company which advertises a lot on TV and local stations. They charged $110 to come out and look at the system, only to tell us the system was DIW. They sent out the numbers guy to try and close the deal that afternoon. I had one amount in mind, and he had a completely different number in his. I told him we were going to get a couple of other estimates and then make our decision. We had Shane of Shanes Services (a local, small family owned business) come out, look at our system, and give us a quote. No charge for the visit, and much closer to my ballpark amount than the other companys. The work he and his team did was phenomenal, and he was constantly keeping in touch with us when he wasnt here. I will recommend him every time!

Best HVAC company I have ever used. Took the time to diagnose my system properly instead of just recommending a new unit. Ended up saving me probably close to 5 grand versus what I would have spent with any other company. I will never call anyone else.

Shane’s Services installed a new dual heating and air-conditioning system, all new ductwork, a new return and an extra vent. When going over the estimate, Shane took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. The best thing was he came in at a fair price much more reasonable than the two other larger HVAC companies I had contacted. Shane and his crew showed up on time and did an impeccable job. They even took photos of the new ductwork in the attic. They cleaned up spic and span. My husband and I are so happy with our new HVAC system and ductwork. It’s quiet and energy efficient. We would highly recommend Shane’s Services if you want quality work for a fair price. Customer Service is important to him and it shows. Thank you Shane!

I was desperate to find somebody that could come service my HVAC because I had zero AC for the hottest day of the year. Shane’s Services called me back and was able to squeeze me in same day! Cedric was our technician and he was absolutely amazing! He offered different options based off of what was wrong with our system, and ultimately helped us choose an option that would get our system back up and running that same day. Our house has been cooling properly ever since. I would recommend Shane’s Services to anybody!!! I’ve already recommended them to multiple coworkers of mine and they have services scheduled as well. I will definitely be using this company from here on out for any HVAC needs.

My air conditioner went out yesterday morning and I had a HVAC company coming out at 9:30 in the morning and by 10:30 they told me I needed a new air conditioning unit. So the salesman came out about an hour later and I signed up to get a new air conditioning unit that was supposed to be installed this morning then I had Shanes HVAC company come out at 3:30 and they had it fixed by 4:30. They saved me $8,500. Shane hvac charged me $289 to fix my unit.

I dont go around giving out 5 Star reviews to just any company, but then again Shanes Services isnt your standard HVAC company. My system failed Saturday morning and I decided to call Monday hoping theyd get someone out this week. I called at 8:05 am and by 9:10am service techs were at my home ready to get my heat working. These techs (Cedric and his assistant) were polite, informative, extremely compassionate and beyond efficient. I live alone and often get scared to call repair services worried I will be taken advantage of or looked at like I cant take care of my home. The guys at Shanes put me at ease, discussed charges with me and never once pressured me into an unnecessary upgrade or asked me to buy something without explaining what it was, why I needed it excetera. 10/10 will use again, they were gone fast and with my system up & running. Wish more companies operated this way.

Shane services have always been fair and professional with us. We had a furnace put in 6 years ago, and they were fast and professional. I had a service call, and again, they were fast and professional. I cant recommend them enough and an actual person not a call center took the call, both times I called I reached the same person (This gives me tremendous relief because all these big companies want to take your money but should you need something you get stuck in an endless call center loop). Great service with friendly techs.

The folks at Shanes Services are the most capable, courteous, customer service oriented professionals Ive ever worked with! When my old heat pump died a couple of years ago, I bought a new one from another company. It never worked properly from the beginning. After numerous service calls with them and two other well known companies, I was told there was either nothing wrong with the unit, or it was the wrong size for my house. (Neither of those answers sat well with me.) A friend recommended Shanes Services, so I decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Shane and Cedric spent many hours over several days troubleshooting a unit I didnt even buy from them! They persevered until they found and replaced three defective parts that were most likely bad when I bought the unit. It works perfectly now and I couldnt be happier! To say I highly recommend Shanes Services is an understatement. Their incredible work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction (rarities these days) are second to none. I even purchased a new unit from them for a house Im renovating, and will continue to call on them for all my future HVAC needs!

THANK GOD FOR SHANES SERVICES!!! Our AC went out sometime on Tuesday when we were not home. We contacted our Home warranty company and the next morning, we received a text from the HVAC company with an appointment for a week later! That was unacceptable! I called Shanes Services and they came to the rescue THE SAME DAY I called them! My AC was fixed, the work area was clean and the knowledge and professionalism were top notch! These guys did a superior job from day one. Had three other companies quote the installation of a new system and repairs to current duct system, but Shane was there twice as long as the others to make sure everything was quoted and all questions answered. Price was less on same system and labor was much cheaper. Removed old system, repaired duct work, replaced a line conduit, and installed complete new system in less than a day. His guys were respectful and cleaned up all the mess to the point that I didn’t need to do anything afterwards, except connect to thermostat with my phone. He was going to do it for me, but I had to leave before they finished. Received my system registration that night in my email. Mainly, the estimate I received initially did not change one cent to the final invoice. No hidden fees, no additional costs, and no BS.These guys don’t need commercials or a sales rep to go around trying to wheel and deal a new system to people because once you get them over to estimate your service, they sell themselves. Shane’s will be doing all my HVAC from now on, period.

I could not have picked a better company to help us with upgrades to our home. Rob and his crew have done a fantastic job. We are so pleased with the install of our flooring, repairs to our duct work, and replacement of our front porch railing. Rob worked with my schedule (which is crazy), was super friendly even with our puppies, and was overall great to work with. I would highly recommend this company for not just heating and cooling, but for any upgrades you are doing to your home. Thank you again and Marley & Cloe will miss you.

I just had my old outdated ductwork in my house replaced by Shanes Services. They were on time, and provided enough man power to remove all the old ductwork, relocate an existing return vent, and install all the new hard ductwork, flex piping, and new vents in 1 day. The new vents were cut into my ceiling perfectly and look great. Thank you Shane Services for a quality job.

Absolutely the best experience with a local company. We needed a new HVAC unit and several suggested to call Shanes. I did and Shane came the next day, gave us a few suggestions and sent proposals. Also discovered an issue with the air handler and fixed it while he was here. We decided on a new HVAC unit and the entire crew showed up to install it. The entire team was polite, professional, and Shane supervised the entire installation. I believe in local, small business, I have one myself. I promise you, it will be the best choice you can make for your home !
