Angel, Brandon and Mike came out for an install Dec 19 and did an amazing job. They were professional and courteous. I have a very curious 1 year old and any time they had to go past her they made sure to say hello and smile. I am satisfied with the shower and everything was done the way I wanted it. They placed a drop cloth path from the front door to where the shower was and cleaned up any messes from the install. Would absolutely recommend them.

Im missing a couple of guys so make sure they get props too!I had Issac B, Andy A, Isaiah K and Ed W here installing a bathtub, shower and exterior door. All of them were super professional(no matter now much I tried to mess with them, and I did!). Kept the areas clean of dust, clean of debris and did a FANTASTIC job with all 3 of my projects! 100.1% would recommend!

Mr Richie T. and Thomas H installed a large bay window this morning. From start to finish they were very curious and explained our trim options prior to beginning the project. They totally caulked and even re-hung my blind brackets back. They also explained our lifetime warranty. I dont even know where to start. My experience with West Shore Home was nothing short of an out of body experience.It started with Ben, the sales rep and ended with the final installers Ty, Alex, and Chris J. One of West Shores smartest business decisions ever was hiring these guys. Ben proved himself very well prepared, assertive, pleasant and succinct. Ty, Alex, and Chris J must have stock options, because, boy, did those guys really make a two-door install fun and quick and painless. The three of them deserve either a big bonus or a pay hike for their professionalism, their personalities, their knowledge, and their experience. They get great results. The West Shore team is definitely light years ahead of the competition and will be for the foreseeable future.Believe me when I say that you will be happy to spend your hard earned money on a company with industry-leading goods and services, with an emphasis on service. Book these guys as soon as you possibly can because theyre going to be in demand.

I have to say this was the most pleasant remodeling project I have ever experienced! Starting with our Sales Rep Victor who was so nice and walked me through the process and helped me pick out everything for the bath to shower conversion and worked hard to help me to be able to afford this project. Trey C. and KP were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time both days to get started and they worked hard both days to get my bathroom redone. They were very friendly and informative! When they left for the day you would have never known they were there because they had cleaned up so well! I would absolutely recommend West Shore Home for your project.

The old walk in shower/tub combo was not safe for my mother and now the new shower should be much safer with a seat installed and grab bars.

First of all the sales person did not try any pressure tactics. Seeing how good he was, I had to let him know that Im a disabled plumber. If my health was good doing this job would be no big deal. What impressed me was they did both the tub in one bathroom and the shower in the master in one day. The work quality is excellent. They even did what I did on installs. They reinforce the floor under tub and shower. When they were done they cleaned up the whole area, including my driveway around their work trucks. Now am I happy about the price. Not really. And that is only because if I was healthy, I could have done it for 1/3 the price. But if I wasnt a plumber. The price is great. I was ready to pay cash. But we got 18 months interest free. I would recommend westshore to anyone interested in all that they do in the remodeling field.

Fabulous experience in every way! I had 8 windows replaced today and I would highly recommend West Shore Home for any project!Mel and Noah came out and explained the install process and what we could expect. They answered all our questions and were very respectful of our home and time. Once they were done, everything was just as they’d left it, and that’s something I really value from renovation work. As a supervisor of a customer service team for my own job, I know good service when I see it and I couldn’t have asked for better. They really took care of us and our home.The windows look fabulous and we’re so happy! Can’t wait to do the rest of my windows and maybe my doors with them too!

We had an old 1972 cast iron bathtub with a decayed copper drain and wanted a walk-in, low maintenance shower. Met with Design Consultant Mark W and was impressed with the construction process as well as the products. The warranty on the product and workmanship, a dedicated installation staff and customer reviews guided the choice of West Shore Home over a local, independent bathroom contractor.Mark W explained the options, with no high pressure sales and set realistic expectations. Every expectation set was met. We met with Mark W on 11/18 and the installation was completed 11/22.The team of Dan G and Ron M arrived on time and began protecting the floors. They called in an additional resource Alex W to assist with removing challenging existing backer boards. The odds of an independent contractor having additional resources to assist in a job would be slim to none. One thing that was notable was that the installers were laughing and happy. They were not complaining about their company or coworkers, they worked as a great team.During the installation, I heard from Mark W at the start and completion of the project and had an on site visit from Anna H, Branch Ambassador to make sure we were satisfied with the work. West Shore made sure we were 100% satisfied with all aspects of the project.Installer Dan G customized the installation of the safety bars to my height a comfort and explained the care and maintenance of the shower. They outlined the approved cleaning products and methods, they also left us with documentation. The project clean up was good.I am impressed with the quality of the Moen fixtures and look forward to the safety and beauty of the new shower.

We worked with West Shore home to have 2 bathrooms updated.Our smaller bathroom was demoed and installed by Cristian, Brandon and Isaiah. Everything is beautiful and clean. Top notch.Our primary bathroom was worked on by Trey C. and Brian J. They removed a garden tub and stall shower. Where the garden tub was us now a magnificent and huge shower. The stall shower is now an open space that we plan to turn into a closet. Some water damaged flooring had to be replaced, which Trey did seamlessly. The calking in the shower, done by Brian, is perfection.I am thoroughly impressed with the workmanship of all 5 employees.Highly recommend West Shore Home

Alex C, Ty did an excellent job.The front door was done six months ago but there were problems with our back door. Three different teams came out over 6 months to work but the door wouldnt fit. Measurements were wrong . This team came this morning and put in our double back door. They were very nice, kind and courteous. Answered questions. Fixed the latch on the front screened door. The back doors fit perfectly. They are wonderful. We are very pleased with our back door especially after waiting for six months. We highly recommend this team of workers. Thank you so much.

Had two bathrooms renovated in mid September. Two bathrooms and it only took two days, which is phenomenal. And that was with only a crew of four, Angel M., Christian M., Ron M., and Seth S. The showers are made of Acrylic tile and are amazing. The floors are superb. Its hard to find a renovator that does: showers, toilets, vanities, AND flooring. I minor issue with the sink(a minor leak, probably just needs tightening) and they are sending someone out this month to fix, no fuss no muss. Also, lifetime warranties on everything. Koehler brand used for toilets, faucets, etc., so top notch. All-in-all, Im pleased with the work.

Mark, our sales rep, was very informative and professional. Our shower looks great. We were, however, disappointed with the cleanup process. The workers left material in the driveway where they were cutting wood that my husband ended up cleaning up. Also, when the molding was put back in place that they had removed during the installation of the shower, it was put back on crooked. We had to have someone come back out to straighten it out. So these guys (Tristan and Isaiah)show up at my house on time. With two big smiles they got right to work. It was loud, but that is to be expected when youre removing tile and a cast iron tub! They showed me what was going on under the tub and what they were going to do to fix it. They even showed me that I had a leak from the other bathroom on the other side of the wall and how to fix that! They were fast at putting the tub, walls, and fixtures together. When our design consultant Zachary came out to our home it was a wonderful experience, very down to earth and easy to work with; he did not come off like a used car dealership. He took his time to explain everything and what entailed for the job; a true professional. Now for the day of installation, Dexter & Savion were very professional from beginning to end, they even checked in with us to see the progress of their work. Dexter & Savion were punctual, answered all questions and explained what they were doing as the project progressed. I can say Zachary, Dexter & Savion, they were all very courteous and knowledgeable of the work and artisanship. Dexter & Savion were incredibly detail oriented and perfected every detail as if it was their home.We are very satisfied with the results.

Tristan V. and Paul M. installed my aunts walk-in shower. Through the whole process they were friendly and professional. They kept my aunt informed of everything they were doing, as well as any problems that could arise. They also tried to keep noise and dust and dirt from spreading by keeping the bathroom door closed. They cleaned up after themselves by wiping up the floor and work area. It was a great experience having Tristan and Paul install the shower. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in using West Home.

We had our walk in shower installed this week and it was an amazing transformation. One day installation is more like a half day installation! The process was smooth and efficient, especially with Christian and Jon - they work so well together, like a well oiled machine. They were so patient with me and my many questions; they even stepped aside to allow me to take all my photos...even cleaned our floors before they left. We are in love with our new shower! We had our garden tub and shower removed and replaced by a beautiful large new shower on 9/1. Our crew was G and Kamryn. The install was easy and pleasant from the start. The first thing G did was discuss exactly what they were going to do. There was one snag in that the replacement window we had ordered was not ordered so that is going to be done when they receive it. Other that that whole process was easy. They arrived around 8:30 and the first thing they did was lay down a floor covering all the way from our front door to the upstairs bathroom. By around 10:00 all of the demo done and the rebuilding commenced. I think our water was off until around 1:30. They worked diligently and completed their work around 5:30. G went over everything when he was done and gave us suggestions for maintenance and clearly noted a restriction to not use the shower or open the doors for 24 hours to make sure all the adhesives cured.During the whole process both G and Kamryn were very polite and friendly.Overall we are happy with the process with the exception of the small inconvenience with the window. We love our new shower and the only thing I want to do is add some non-slip to the floor because I think it is a little slippery.Thank you G and Kamryn for your excellent work!

We were looking for something easy to clean and low maintenance, but also wanted it to look nice/high end. Sarah M. Came out to our house and explained the process and showed us different samples and recommendations. About a month later, she called us to let us know there were some new color options she thought we would like even more than what we had picked out. I’m so thankful she did because we picked out a new color that we love so much and fits our style so much better. Our shower installers were Travis Black and Dennis B. They showed up in time and were very friendly and professional. They laid down tarps from the house entrance to the bathroom and left the area very clean when they finished. The shower looks so much better than I imagined and we are very satisfied with their work! Highly recommend, these employees definitely care about their customers and it shows in their work!

The installation team Daniel T. and Golbert I. were professional, prompt, and finished the job in a reasonable period of time.
