    Our spa bathroom: From start to finish, Canelli Construction was stellar! I am very picky, want high end finishes and custom craftsmanship, and they always delivered. β€œYes” was the answer to everything. They also gave me excellent, experience driven advice. Hands down, this was the easiest project I have been involved with. I give my highest recommendation for Canelli - you will be pleased if you are looking for luxury construction!

    Quality experience from the beginning till the end! We hit a couple of unforeseen delays but Gianfranco and his team made their best efforts to make my dream art studio come to life. One of the best things about working with Canelli construction is their communication. In the 3 months it took to build the studio, we developed a great relationship!     Canelli Construction completed our large deck, roof covered portion and sunroom. Mr. Canelli is very reliable and a honest contractor we have found to work with!. He worked within our budget, showed up and completed the job as contracted within 3 weeks! His company have produced a beautiful craftsmanship deck, which according to our neighbors have Deck Envy!. They even cleaned up after all the work was done! Mr. Canelli actually listened to the customer and cared about what we wanted to achieve. The quality of workmanship and product, we are extremely happy with! Our family totally love our new deck and highly recommend this company, especially if you are looking for a contractor that can give you peace of mind these days!.

    Canelli construction did an amazing job on our deck. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and took great pride in the job they did for us. Their carpenters were excellent and went above and beyond in every aspect to accommodate all of our needs from the start of the job to the finish. They cleaned up as they went, no hazards left anywhere. I am delighted with our experience from the office staff, Jenny was so helpful in guiding me thru the process and Mr.Canelli was amazing with his presence daily and his expediency in curative measures that could have stalled the progress. We are so pleased with the outcome. It was wonderful to have a crew who took such great pride in their passion for building homes.     Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, and Patience! These are the top 4 words I would use to describe GianFranco and his company, Canelli Construction. He took on my duplex renovation project which was in need of an experienced General Contractor and patiently worked with me through the issues we experienced with some of our subcontractors to ensure we passed all of our inspections. His honesty to ensure we were doing everything by code or above code truly demonstrated to me his integrity and professionalism to do the BEST job for me! I would highly recommend Canelli Construction for any future projects!

    Really pleased with our large deck that this team put in. They did the whole job in a day and a half which was incredible. Excellent quality and had no issues with inspections. The team was also very professional throughout the whole process. Would 100% use them again.

    When shopping around for contractors, the common refrain was keeping our expectations low. Contractors dont provide updates. You cant get them on the phone. Workers dont show up when theyre supposed to, they said. Im so pleased that this was not our experience with Canelli Construction. They really are a cut above the rest.From the beginning, Douglas and Gianfranco were attentive and responsive. After coming to our home to discuss our project, they gave us a quote and proposal in a timely fashion. Once we agreed to the project and permits were approved, Douglas shared a clear schedule and communicated with us every step of the way. He always kept us apprised of when inspectors were coming, what work was being completed that day, and more. The workers are professional, courteous, kind, and neat. I want to give special praise to Manuel and Luis for the kitchen installation and painting, as well as to Juan for his meticulous tile work. They are absolutely wonderful, and we deeply appreciate their skill and hard work. The finished product is beautiful, and we are so proud of our home.Douglas and Gianfranco are dedicated to customer service and frequently check in to ensure their clients are happy and satisfied.     I had a covered patio built with a provision to hang a daybed swing. Happy with the quality materials and attention paid to making it a strong structure. No corners were cut. Any logistical or weather related delays were promptly communicated and an updated schedule was provided.I built the swing myself without much experience and Mr. Canelli went out of his way to provide me with feedback and ideas even though this wasn’t part of his contract. While the contract included only installing the screw hooks, he also went a step further to help me hang the daybed swing.

    Canelli Construction recently replaced our deck. They were very professional and kept us informed about the inspection process and kept us updated as to the construction schedule. We are very pleased with the workmenship and building standards of this company. We would not hesitate to use them again.

    I am a renter in a house located in Charlotte, NC, and due to neglect by the previous tenants and the landlord, the bathroom floors in both bathrooms in the home had rotted out, and the back deck (500+ sqft) was falling apart. All of these issues were serious health and safety concerns. I worked with the landlord to schedule contractors to quote replacing both bathrooms and the back deck.Canelli was very professional, and was very accommodating working around my work schedule during the quoting process, they were very presentable, and forthright with what needed to be done in the bathrooms to properly make the repairs. The entire bathrooms needed to be removed and the support joists under the house needed to be replaced. I thought that their pricing was median for the current market, and the workmanship has held up nicely so far.There were some delays that were not the fault of Canelli Construction, and they worked hard to get these projects done, even though there were setbacks. They continually apologized for the delays even though it wasnt their fault, and it really felt like they cared, and wanted to finish up as soon as possible without sacrificing quality. They properly informed me and the landlord of additional concerns that they found concerning electrical and HVAC that they noticed while working in the house, and went the extra mile, adding a couple things that they did not have to, and that they did not quote. The added details and finishing touches were definitely the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Canelli Construction in the future.
