What a great overall experience and we are throughly enjoying our new HVAC system.Our job was difficult as Im a prior HVAC tech. We are pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail, and the extreme amount of care that S&S Mechanical took with our project. Logan, the sales manager made the overall experience great with the care and oversite. Cody, the project manager was very detailed and ensured everything was handled properly. The installation crew, Noah, Hunter and Johnathan went above and beyond my expectations and did the job correctly. Joe the service manager was incredibly helpful and even helped me troubleshoot before sending a tech out and costing me money. At the end of the day we needed a new capacitor and Tyler the technician came out and had it fixed in about 20 minutes for a reasonable price. These guys were awesome.

Ive used S&S Mechanical twice. Last winter they were able to repair my furnace when other companies told me to find the part on eBay. Then, I just had S&S install a new furnace and replace my swamp cooler with an AC system. They were the best deal around and were able to figure out my existing unique custom duct system. This is a huge improvement to our quality of life. I strongly recommend giving S&S a shot.

This is the 2nd time we have used S&S Mechanical. Professional and kind from scheduling the appointment to providing the service. We had a plumbing issue this time and Abraham was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Unclogged the drain and made sure there were no leaks after reconnecting the fittings. Definitely recommend their services.

James, Cody, Joe and the team were amazing. They mounted an overhead tubular radiated heater for my patio. They were challenged to install the heater in the architecture of my home. They did an absolutely beautiful job. I couldnt be more happy. These guys are amazing.

I annually have my AC units serviced with S&S. I’m always impressed with their customer service at the office and their technicians are great. We’ve had Matt a couple of times and he’s very polite, professional and easy to work with. They communicate on arrival times. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions.

S&S have been absolutely terrific with all our hvac issues. We have installed 2 new heat pumps and just recently a mini split system for the garage.They have been attentive, reasonable and always responsive which is regrettably absent on a lit of vendors these days.Their sales people were helpful in tackling hoa issues.The installation process has been as smooth as possible.The installers were a great to work with.All in a great company.

Having Matt Dalley service our HVAC system was a great and professional experience. His ready smile and easy way made us feel comfortable right off. A plus, he laughed at all my funny stories. He found the problem with our thermostat quickly and offered us a yearly service agreement which we signed up for. I told him we would recommend him to your company for a raise. He’s welcome in our home anytime.

It was a great experience working with S&S. Logan and Cody came to my house first and they were a class act. Both seemed knowledgeable about how to best put in a HVAC and ductwork in my older home. Cody, Riley, and Hunter came the following Monday to install the unit. I was really impressed with Cody and how he did things methodically and with great skill. He worked well with his guys and they got along extremely well. Riley and Hunter also did great work.
