I cant recommend Imlay Plumbing highly enough. They were incredibly professional, prompt, and efficient. After two other plumbing companies failed to resolve my issue, Imlays technician quickly assessed the situation and had everything fixed within a few hours. Not only did they solve the problem, but they also saved me money by suggesting a simpler, more cost-effective solution than what I originally requested. Imlay Plumbing is Amazing! Ive had several experiences with their service over the years, and every time Im impressed. From plumbing our basement to fixing a leak to questions about our water heater, theyve been professional, competent, punctual and honest. Most recently Kadin took time to return my call and explain the best care for water heaters. He even saved me money through his honesty by explaining I really didnt need the service I thought I did. That doesnt happen much these days! I highly recommend Imlay for all your plumbing needs!

I have used Emily plumbing a number of times. This is for a great shout out to the excavation crew. They came out found my septic tank for me put a riser in and just did a marvelous job. They were on time, quick, professional and they left the place looking even better then it was before. And this is even though they had to use a small excavator to dig up the area around the septic tank. They save the grass put it back in looks great. I highly recommend them.

I had Imlay plumbing install gas lines and a heater in my shop. They did an excellent job. The guys were great to work with and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I’m also building an apartment inside my shop, so I’ve had them do all of the pluming for the sewer, water, and gas. Again, the guys were amazing! Excellent workmanship and they take pride in the work that they do. The crews have been easy to talk to, and they have been very willing and helpful in answering all of my questions.Kadin, the owner, has been great to work with. He is extremely personable and very helpful in explaining the process of what needs to be installed and when things need to be installed.The office staff has also been very helpful in scheduling the crews. They are a very friendly and an extremely competent company. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting great service and attention to detail. Thank you again for an amazing job.

Imlay is amazing!! We got a quote from Iron Mtn to replace a kitchen faucet and a few other minor things under the sink…. $1200! And that was the “cheap” quote. The highest one was $4,000! Rip off! Imlay did the same job for $300. The techs were respectful, on time, and did a great job! Absolutely will use Imlay every time.

Rarely do I write reviews, however, I would not be able to sleep tonight if I didnt take a couple minutes to post the following feedback to the public. I was in a pinch, and I had a very narrow time frame to get it resolved. The Imlay Plumbing office was able to send two amazing plumbers over within my timeframe and they stayed until the job was done!! NO HANDHOLDING, NO MICROMANAGING, just a fantastic job and follow-through. I cant wait until next time!! THANK YOU!!!

Imlay Plumbing is the best! My husband and I were in a bad situation with our sewer pipe. I called Imlay Plumbing and they had a crew out that day and came the next day to finish the job. The owner Kadin and his crew were awesome to work with and got the job done quick. They took good care of us and we are so so thankful for Plumbers like them. Would highly recommend these hard working, awesome workers. Look at these roots that were in the pipe and there were more! Thank you so much for making this so easy on us and getting it resolved.

I cant recommend Imlay highly enough. Water service went out at my house in Cedar at 5pm on a Saturday so at first I emergency called a major plumbing chain. When their plumber came out, he stayed for 15 minutes, told me the entire main line was shot and that it would be $3000 to replace it. I thought that was pretty major decision to make after only 15 minutes of checking, so I decided to call another plumber and get a second opinion.Imlay was recommended by a friend of a friend. I called, immediately got through, and was quickly able to make arrangements for them to come out to the house. They were even able to come early to the appointment! The Imlay plumber came out, actually looked at the house, and told us that the main line pipe wasnt broken and only the pressure limiter needed to be replaced, a much more affordable repair. They were able to install the new pressure limiter on the same day, quickly restoring our water.Imlay saved me thousands of dollars and I am so glad I called them! Honest company, great communication, punctual and professional employees, and high quality service all around!

Just had an amazing experience with Imlay Plumbing!!! I have a property that has multiple dwellings and so I had a few issues! One issue was in my back house the toilet was clogged with something in the actual porcelain trap area of toilet. The other issue was my front house shower was leaking constantly. I called Imlay right before closing yesterday and they were able to get me set up to where the plumber would contact me today as soon as he was finished with his set appointments. The lady that set up the plumber said he might not be able to be here until 3. Cameron “the plumber” called me before noon and explained he was able to come early! Cameron came by and looked at the issues and was able to fix them immediately and provided optimal service! Cameron also educated me on why I’m having these issues! Thank you Cameron for helping us and thank you Imlay plumbing for hiring such an excellent plumber!

Nick was absolutely professional and made me feel at ease and not to be so stressed over the situation. He was quick to update me of the problem and was very helpful in his suggestions to correct the problem. Cameron was great to fix the pipes to my water heater today. He even let my 6 yo watch and help, and answered all of his little questions. Very professional and I was happy they were able to come same day and restore hot water, another company was going to have me wait 4 days.

I attempted replacing my garden hose bibb after seeing it had frozen and burst, but wasnt sure how to get it off. I didnt want to make him give me instructions over text so bit the bullet and asked for a quote and sent a picture of it and he quickly responded helping me finish the job myself! What kind of plumber even does that? It wouldve been easy cash for him but instead he helped a DIYer like myself finish the job, all free of charge. Will definitely call again when I have real need of a good plumber! Happy to recommend Imlay to others based off this experience alone!

We experienced a drain backup emergency, and Kadin from Imlay Plumbing came to our house on a Saturday. He calmly and thoroughly triaged the situation and laid out the steps we could/should take to get things back to normal. He asked excellent questions and took the time to walk me through all the next-step details, the names of the other technicians who would be coming, approximately when they would arrive, and what they would do. He provided really helpful suggestions to help us get the most out of each service call. Kadin also gave me additional phone numbers to call in case we needed help coordinating other services, or in the event someone didnt arrive. Through it all, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Im so grateful for his help, and for going above and beyond. I highly recommend his services!

Short Story: Imlay plumbing was a lifesaver, they answered my calls and completed a huge project for me.Long Story:165 days ago, I received a phone call from a tenant saying the house is burning down.Today, I received a certificate of completion, from the city, saying it passed final inspection.When looking for a plumber, I asked a friend if he could help me, but he was way to busy. He said he had worked for Imlay and he recommended I give them a call. Well, let me tell you, Im glad I did!Kaden Imlay promptly responded to every text, email and phone call I made. He got me dialed in with Angie, who schedules out work.Spencer was first to do work to my property. He is very professional and did great work. He helped me to get ready for building inspectors and each inspection passed, There were several extra calls he answered on top of what he was assigned to do.Cameron spent a few days getting it ready for final inspection. Everyone who has needed a plumber the past few months know that they are hard to come by.I only had a few plumbing requests left to pass final inspection. I called the office on Friday, April 2nd, my heart sank when the message read they are booked all next week and they wont be scheduling any more work until April 12th.Here is where Angie comes to the rescue. She had a cancelation and booked me for April 5th. Cameron came in and spent some time turning on the water, first time since October 25th. Everything looked good. The hold up was a missing countertop for kitchen sink. It arrived broken a month ago and pushed the whole project back a few weeks. It was scheduled to arrive April 7th. It did arrive and it was installed. I had to ask Angie, again, for another favor. Cameron showed up again and got everything going. The inspector showed up at the same time and because of Angie and Cameron, it passed final inspection!!!!But wait, theres more, April 8th, the cleaners were doing the final construction clean up, and water would not drain from toilet. When they plunged, it filled up the bathtub with water. I almost died! This project has been a beast for the past 165 days.I made yet another call to Spencer, Cameron and Angie. All was still booked up. My hear sank again. Then, within an hour, Cameron called, he finished his schedule early and said he is on his way with a snake! I could hardly believe it. He came, snaked and was the hero again!!Im positive that all of them were sick of hearing from me, but each time I called, they got the job done!Imlay Plumbing really has a quality team of professionals who delivered quality work each time I called.I havent received the final bill yet, but I know it will be reasonable and worth every penny.Thanks Imlay Plumbing!
