Andrew our technician came out to service and repair the gas line for my new dryer. Old gas line and valve was out of date and leaking. Also my new washer drained more water than the previous one and was overflowing. Andrew fixed and repaired all issues that I called about and also gave me some recommendations in other areas of the house. Really happy with pro plumber, reasonable prices with todays market and professional over all. I definitely recommend ,exceeded my expectations over the last company I had over.well done

Johnny came SO QUICK and was able to repair our water heater leak on the spot. Saved us a lot of time and money and he was very knowledgeable. They have great services and refer them all. I called 3 other companies before them but didnt get a response right away or not availble on that time and I am so glad i used Pro Plumbers Inc in Carson for this job. Our water heater pipes were leaking since June 8th and we called the SocalGas company who found the leak and shut our gas off. The next morning we called Pro Plumbers they were very professional and accommodating. Our service agent Jonathan quoted us $750 to replace the entire pipe unit and valves. After the consent of his superior we received a 12% discount and an extra year of warranty service. Our final total was $672. Our agent was respectful of our home and very kind. Although the price did seem high at least concessions were made and we received discounts. I would definitely choose Pro Plumbers again. Thanks alot!

Ulises and his assistant arrived within the 3-hour window. They repaired one outside faucet and added a second one, all within one hour. After they left I had an issue with the water pressure. I called the Carson office, and they arranged to have Ulises return that evening to make the correction. The issue was minor, but Pro Plumbers response to my concern was great!
