    Reasonably priced and wonderful service! These guys know what they are doing! We have a hard time finding people who will work on our property being how old it is and a manufactured home and it was no problem for them. I will be recommending them to friends and family!

    Im very happy to have been referred to Bighorn Plumbing. They were honest on the phone and were at my house within 2 hours.     Wow what an easy and great experience! Bighorn came the same day I called, just about an hour after. Amazing! I had been trying to have a plumbing issue addressed for weeks and was getting the run around from other plumbers. Bighorn was fast, kind and courteous, and got the job done right!

    I called Bighorn Plumbing with a couple of concerns. They sent Dustin out the next day. He quickly checked out my problems, gave me an estimate without trying to convince me that I needed extra services. He replaced our water pressure regulator. Later when taking a shower the pressure didn’t seem high enough. A call the next morning got him right back out. He increased the pressure and everything is now good. I recommend Bighorn for your plumbing needs.

    Great customer service, plumber was out within 45 minutes. Did a great job on two feedline replacements and new shutoff valves fir two toilets. Fast, efficient, friendly and professional.     EXCELLANT SERVICE. Office personal was polite and responsive to my urgent repair needs. ( I called 2 other companys and was told 3weeks out and the lack of customer service skills made it clear it was not there concern.)     Sometimes things go wrong. How refreshing to meet a contractor who is accountable , apologetic and willing to do everything in his power to make it right. Response was timely and fix was thorough. He rechecked everything not just the part that failed. I couldn’t be more pleased and thankful for how bighorn plumbing remedied the situation.

    We had a leak in the front yard which required attention as it was wasting water. I called Big Horn and they had a plumber within an hour of my call. He was going to have to dig with a backhoe and called the utility companies to come out and show where their lines were located in the front yard. They took two days toi identify the line locations and that allowed the plumber to start. He used his leak detector and found a leak near the house. When he excavated, he found that the leak was from a spring which doesnt flow at this time of the year. At that time his leak detector was indicating many leaks near the house and in the driveway. He called a company which uses nitrogen to find difficult leaks. It seems that the leak occurred in a pipe fitting connected to the main water source to the house and the leak was charging the drain rock under the driveway. A four ft square hole was cut in the driveway and the leak found about two feet down. He cut and replaced the offending pipe and refilled the hole with dirt. I now need to call a paving contractor to replace the asphalt. The Plumber did his work efficiently and the charge for his service was fair. I recommend Big Horn Plumbing to solve the big problems that you may have.

    Jesse is the best plumber you will ever hire! We had somewhat of an emergency and needed to find someone to install our water heater because our previous plumber wasnt able to install a Rinnai instant water heater. Not only did Jesse come out the same day we called, but he went above and beyond and came back the next day on a Saturday to install our water heater. The craftsmanship was a work of art and you can tell that he cares about quality. I highly recommend Bighorn plumbing! Youll be in excellent hands!

    I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and it flooded the cabinet below. I was passed around by two other plumbing companies and eventually ended up with Big Horn Plumbing and I’m glad I did. There was a hiccup with my original appointment due to an emergency they had, but they were out the next day. Jesse, the technician, was very pleasant and knowledgeable.     A few days ago, my father’s water heater started to leak. I gave my father Bighorn’s number, and Bighorn immediately dispatched someone to his home in Dayton, NV.The plumber arrived on time, was clean-looking, and took the time to explain the problem to my father. The leak was quickly fixed, and the skill and expertise of the plumber were displayed by his workmanship. The plumber even had the patience to allow my father to follow him around and ‘assist’ 😊.I’ve known Jesse professionally and personally for about 4 years now.     Bighorn Plumbing was responsive, professional, and efficient. Our water valve behind our refrigerator started badly leaking into the wall in the process of installing a new fridge, and Bighorn Plumbing was able to send a plumber out within a few hours to fix the issue. Colton and Jesse were excellent and took the time to explain our options and their recommendations, and the new valve is now working great! Their pricing was also fair and they made sure we understood the estimated cost before they started any work. They even offered to hook up the new fridge to the water line while they were there. We would absolutely use Bighorn again - although we hope we won’t have more plumbing issues anytime soon. :)
