Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Cory who installed a new water heater in my residence. The whole experience left me utterly satisfied. Cory proved to be not only professional but also knowledgeable and efficient from the get-go. The installation was a smooth and seamless procedure. Cory was punctual, explained the entire process with clarity, and patiently answered all my queries. The work was finished in a timely manner, with a keen eye for detail to ensure everything was done correctly and safely. What I found most impressive was the level of consideration and respect Cory showed for my home. He made it a point to maintain cleanliness in the work area and left no trace of a mess behind. Totally awesome experience, would highly recommend! No overcharging at all. Our water heater broke down and we got a quote from a company that was quite high for a simple water heater repair, trying to convince us it was a fair price. Definitely not. We contacted a different plumbing service who sent out their plumber, Cory, to look at the same issue. They only charged us 1400 for the part and service. Cory was fast, efficient, super friendly, and didnt try to overcharge us. We will be loyal customers from now on! Cory also came back when our furnace valve gave out and provided the same top-notch service. Cant recommend them enough in Carson City! -

At Travis & Sons Plumbing, Cory, Roman, and Ezekiel all did an outstanding job fixing our plumbing issues. Initially, we asked for a wash sink to be installed in our mud room with both hot and cold water, and the capability for non-softened water. Cory came to our home in Carson City and carried out the initial assessment, identifying several issues that needed to be addressed. Following this, he delegated the tasks to Roman and Ezekiel, who both surpassed our expectations! They had to move our water softener from the mud room on the ground floor to the basement, positioning it near the water pressure tank, water heater, and the whole-house water filter. They also moved our bacterial light filter to the same area. During this process, we discovered our water softener was one of the least efficient on the market, so they supplied and installed a brand new, highly efficient water softener system. Afterward, they made sure the water flow sequence was correct. Once the job was done, we asked Cory to explain the work that had been carried out. After inspecting Roman and Ezekiels work and explaining the setup, we realized that they provided an even better solution than we had originally imagined! They absolutely exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend using their plumbing services. Let your light shine! -

Im not sure why there might be any negative feedback, since any potential problems and associated repair costs are clearly communicated and require customer approval before any work begins. Ezekiel and Cory just fixed a few gas leaks for us in Carson City, and I cant speak highly enough about both the team on the ground and the office staff. They were incredibly honest, straightforward, and as professional as you could ask for. Ill definitely be turning to these guys anytime I have a plumbing issue and would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of genuine and dedicated plumbing professionals. -

I cannot express enough how impressed I am by your plumbing service and the staff you have. Not only did you manage to send a team to our house the very same day we reached out, but your guys also took the time to diagnose the issue! Cory thoroughly explained each step of the process, ensuring we understood what was happening and why. He even went above and beyond to locate our septic tank and grabbed a shovel to help us reveal it! When Roman came to pump our septic tank, he addressed all our inquiries and even aided us in setting up a maintenance reminder, ensuring well be prepared in the future. I appreciate it immensely! I had been relying on a different plumber for quite some time until a friend suggested Travis & Sons Plumbing. I had a slow leak beneath my home. They arrived, inspected the issue, and returned after a few days to resolve it. There was a team of three men, Roman, Cory, and Ezekiel, who were all highly professional and pleasant. They excavated the area, replaced the faulty pipe, and kept me informed about each step of the process. After they finished, they cleaned up the area to the point where it seemed as though theyd never been there! And an essential point to note - Travis & Sons Plumbings services are extremely affordable! As someone with a fixed income, this is very important to me. Im a huge fan of these guys. They are now my go-to plumbers! -

Within 40 minutes of making a call, Cory arrived to provide a quote for a water main leak. In less than 3 hours, he not only located and repaired the leak, but also delivered two written quotes for termite treatment after being shown evidence of damage inside the home. His knowledge and experience are apparent. He genuinely cares about his clients and ensures that the work is done correctly. We have no hesitation in using his services again and would happily recommend him to friends. P.S. I made two more calls for quotes and one responded a half hour after Cory started the repair. The other was a large multi-service chain suggested by a home advisor and they have yet to return my call. Thanks to Travis & Sons Plumbing, Carson City for their speedy and efficient service. -

However, i knew just who to call - Travis & Sons Plumbing, theyre always my first choice for all things plumbing. i had a lovely chat with a helpful young woman named emily, who quickly arranged a two-hour appointment window for me. Not long after, roman and cory gave me a heads-up call to let me know they were en route. In less than 10 minutes, they were at my doorstep ready to tackle my broken disposal. i was crossing my fingers for a minor issue, and thankfully, thats exactly what it was. roman and cory not only fixed the problem but also showed me how to handle a similar issue in the future. Cory was the one who replaced our 50 gallon electric hot water heater in our vacation home. My wife reached out to several places for estimates, and Cory was the only one who personally picked up the phone instead of us leaving a message and crossing our fingers for a callback. He gave us an accurate quote over the phone after hearing a description of the job and was able to come out and get the job done the very next day.
