He dug right in and alleviated most of the concern using pure skill and knowledge, even though some isssues will require replacement due purely to age of unit, which was expected. Exceptional service and very responsive. Our home water heater failed. The initial diagnosis was the pressure relief valve. The were out the next day to service the valve. Four days later my water was replaced by a new updated heater. I had a home warranty which is invaluable. Tech plumbing did an amazing job to complete the work during the Holiday Season. Very professional service representatives who took the time to provide detailed progress and operation. Thank you Tech Plumbing, I will be using you in the future.

Tech Plumbing did an outstanding job in replacing both furnaces and installing an A/C unit. The professionalism of both the crew and staff was apparent from the day the order was put through to accomplishing the job in record time. The technicians were accomodating and highly experienced; explaining the steps to me the homeowner, and working efficiently and quickly in seeing that the job was done correctly and in record time.I have used Tech Plumbing in the past for other plumbing repairs, and they have always done an outstanding job in both their positive response and in getting repairs done both quickly and efficiently.Highly recomment them for any plumbing/furnace repairs.

I have used Tech Plumbing Heating and Air on a few occasions now and Ive always been happy with the service. I have a rental property in Reno that was having issues with the AC and another company told me its too hard to get parts and the unit is too old to repair so they wanted me to buy a new system. I called Tech and they sent Josh out and he fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. After that I used them for maintenance and repair of my primary homes HVAC and they also did a great job. I always recommend TECH PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR whenever Im asked!

My house was built in 1964 and still had the original toilet in the hall bathroom. It had begun to leak around the bottom, and I called Tech Plumbing to come see what the problem was. Roberto came out and found it needed to be replaced. He worked efficiently, taking out the old one and installing a new one. I am very happy with his work. He explained every thing he was doing and showed me how he was fixing it. And he cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call Tech Plumbing again.

We have had Tech Plumbing come out twice for two separate leaking issues in our older home. One was a toilet valve leaking problem and one was a laundry hot water valve leaking. Both times I called, they sent a tech out the very next day which was greatly appreciated as I didnt want to think about water leaking in my walls for more than a night! The ladies on the phone have been kind and helpful every time Ive called and both the techs (Roberto and Shawn) were efficient, professional and explained to me what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. Its been over a month for both problems and havent had any additional leaking or problems, so very happy to see that.

I noticed when I woke up yesterday morning that it was freezing in my home and my heater was blowing out cold air. After my husband and I looked at it and realized we were unable to fix, I google searched heating repair places, I called 2 places that were unable to come to me today and that was a concern for me because I have 2 young children and I did not want to be without heat last night..so then called Tech Plumbing and Heating, the girl who answered the phone was very friendly and said she would be able to have to tech come to my house that day! We disgusted the time that he would arrive, the tech Josh also called me 25 min before he arrived, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all other concerns we had about our heating and air conditioning. I am very pleased and satisfied with the efficiency and professionalism, I will be a returning customer!

Had a Hot Water Heater issue with a worsening leak. Office Staff & Technician were professional and responsive. Problem was under waranty however Technician saw that another part on Heater should be replaced and recommended replacement and more than fair on cost. Highly recommend the company.

I just purchased a home and used my home warranty to get my furnace serviced before the cold weather set in. Tech Plumbing and Heating sent a technician right away. Within the first 15 minutes the technician, Josh, informed me the heat exchanger had holes in it (30 year old unit) and needed to be shut down and replaced immediately due to the hazards of Carbon Monoxide entering my home. Josh was able to come back after the thanksgiving holiday to remove and replace my furnace. I did have the option to choose another company but felt comfortable waiting for Josh to order and install everything I needed. I definitely recommend Tech Plumbing & Heating.

Very pleased with the installation Shawn did on my townhouse water heater replacement. He soldered in new threaded copper fittings with a new water heater pan and secured the drip line. The old water heater had lasted 17 years and I did not want to take chances it would leak, so I replaced it. He showed up on time, was very professional, and was very helpful with his suggestions. I would recommend their services if you are looking for a reliable honest plumber.

We recently bought a 2 year old house. We had a loose toilet that was leaking. I made an appointment and they showed up on time, fixed the toilet, checked everything and explained in detail what caused the problem (the builder didnt install the toilet correctly) and what they did. Tech came out for a spring check up. I was thinking this ac is very old and will need to be replaced but thats not the Technician said. Everything about this ac works 100%, the coil is cooling @ 37 degrees and its the cleanest Ive seen so far. Id love to sell you a new one but this one has a lot left in it. Thanks Tech!

On Wednesday, 10/9, I had a Lowes microwave/light/vent installed above our stove in our South Lake Tahoe home. The first challenge was parking as the one-way loop road was blocked by our developments ongoing water project. The truck and trailer was large. Colton expertly maneuvered the truck into 3 Guest spots. I was concerned how he would protect our new stove top and counter tops while installing a heavy microwave above the stove. Again expertly done! Colton answered all my questions, explained some installation options and then demonstrated how the various microwave, light and vent options worked. Excellent job. Very professional.

Lowe’s made my water heater installation so difficult I ended up directly going through their third party people. Thankfully I put up with Lowe’s for as long as I did (3 weeks) or I never would have found Tech Plumbing. After Lowe’s taking a week just to successfully even sell me the installation, another week of back and forth because they can’t communicate with their vendor or customer properly, and then selling me the incorrect size water heater delaying me ANOTHER week, Jack came out for the initial installation, told me exactly what the issues were, alerted me to a modification to the house needed to complete the job, and answered all of my questions. I decided to complete the installation directly through Tech rather than continue with Lowe’s. They gave me the correct sized water heater, squeezed me into a tight schedule, brought my water heater environment up to code, and honestly I couldn’t be happier. I really can’t commend Jack enough—he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, clean, and considerate. I will absolutely call Tech for any future needs.

In the early morning hours my family and I were awakened by our smoke alarms. We couldnt find a source of the smoke and it quickly dissipated. A few hours later it happened again. I realized that during the first wake up I had turned the heater down so I quickly shut it off and again the smoke quickly dissipated. My home warranty company put me in contact with these guys and Im sure glad they did! They responded quickly and got a tech out to check our heater. He was very kind and professional. He opened the heater up and quickly found the problem to be a fried circuit board. He had a replacement in his truck and got our heater back up and running in no time. I will definitely keep their info in case Im in need again! I highly recommend their services!
