The two water heaters in my attic were approaching 12 years of service. I decided to replace both of them as I was noticing some rust and oxidation on them.I had four different plumbing companies come by to inspect and give me an estimate of replacing the two attic water heaters. (BTW: who decided that the attic was a good place to put water heaters? It is the worst possible place to put them.)One of the four companies I had come out was Watermark Plumbing. Out of the four estimates Watermark was not the most expensive nor the least expensive. I guess they were the Goldilocks Plumbers of the four that came out.Watermark sent two plumbers out (Michael and Justin) to get the estimate. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The icing on the cake was they were willing to give me a Veterans Discount. None of the other companies would do that.A date was set for the new install and they showed up on time to remove the old water heaters and install the new ones. The install went smoothly and was completed in one day. Those water heaters are literally on the third floor of our home, the attic. That was a lot of work getting those old tanks down and the new ones up in the attic.The removal and install took about eight hours and at the end of the day we had hot water. The install was about three weeks ago and there have been no problems with the new tanks at all. No leaks, no issues at all.If you need or are thinking of replacing your water heaters I suggest you get at least. four estimates and make sure one of those estimates comes from Watermark Plumbing. I highly recommend Watermark Plumbing.

Professional plumbers that know their job. They give excellent advice that allows a customer to make informed decisions. However, they do tend to make suggestions that incline a customer to purchase more of their services. Please note that getting a free appraisal is diffiucult.

Ive used Watermark several times. They often come the same day, their prices are fair, their repairmen are knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help. In fact, sometimes they do not charge if its a simple fix that I can do myself. I have used other plumbers in the past, but they were no where near as good as this company. Truly, they are wonderful.

Watermark Plumbing answered my emergency call and unclogged my kitchen sink drain. They also noticed the interesting drainpipe connections and water pipe connections under the sink. They did a redo replacing a complicated system with a new simple configuration removing a problem that was just waiting to happen. They even cleaned-up before leaving.I recommend Watermark Plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumber.

Watermark Plumbing and Bryan that did the work for us are both FANTASTIC. We had moderate plumbing crisis in terms of urgency, and a major crisis in terms of scale and severity: ALL the sewer and drainage in the HOUSE was backing up. Toilets, sinks, bath tubs, ALL OF IT. Watermark sent Bryan out that evening, and he examined the pipes and snaked them with every attachment to determine the issue was bigger than that. He asked if Id like a camera diagnostic done, and I gave the go ahead.They sent me a copy of the video along with the PDF of the itemized quote in addition to discussing the work and costs associated, and they sent me PDF receipts with photos of the work phases as well. I have a complete set of documentation through and through. We had a sheared off sewer out line with roots growing in part of it about 24 inside the curb. The Watermark office was wonderful to talk to as well, kept us updated on schedule and on the city permitting process (that they took care of for me as part of the job tasks!!) and even called and chased the City for us after the repair when they forgot to let anyone know the work done had been approved for re-burial in our yard!Their pricing was super reasonable. For all the work we had done, the quality of the repair and the fact that you cant even tell they dug up a four foot deep pit in my yard AT ALL, the cost was $1500 LESS than I expected to pay. I used to sell plumbing, and I was there for my dad getting a couple of major plumbing repairs on this house over the years. This could have been a horror story and a half. I cant say enough how nice it was to work with them as a service provider on the whole, especially for plumbing work. Up front, clear, and very friendly and patient with my mom and with my ridiculous schedule, especially dealing with the City of C********* which can be the most frustrating experience known to man. I definitely recommend them.I attached the images they sent me of the severed line and the beautiful repair that Bryan did. He takes pride in his work, even when its going to be buried again immediately. Thank you to Bryan and Watermark Plumbing for a great job and wonderful experience!

Jason and team were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, very knowledgeable, explained everything to make sure we understand what was happening. They are clearly passionate about what they do.One of the toilets we ordered from a home improvement store arrived with a seat that had scratches all over the lid. I shrugged it off because I was just happy to have a working toilet again. Jason was so committed to making sure we did not have any issues. He called the manufacturer andadvocated for us. The manufacturer sent a new seat at no cost to us. Keep in mind, we ordered the toilet from a third party. Jason only called on our behalf because he wanted everything to be perfect for us.We will definitely call Watermark Plumbing for any plumbing needs we have and highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

My shower and toilet started backing up on Christmas weekend. I called Watermark first thing on Tuesday morning. Even though they were slammed with post-Christmas/post-freeze calls, they were able to get me on their schedule for Thursday. I had another functioning bathroom so I could wait a few days. Michael quickly diagnosed the problem (main sewer line clog), pulled the toilet, and cleared the blockage. The Watermark plumbers are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and solve the problem. I appreciate the service I receive from them.

I love Watermark Plumbing. I have used them once before and so far they have been consistently AWESOME. Both times they came out very quickly. VERY professional. Right after I called for an appointment I received an email with the details of the appointment. The next morning I had a text that gave me a picture and biography of the plumber coming out. The plumber, Bryan, gave me a call a few moments before coming to let me know he was coming and when to expect him. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I am very pleased with the job he did for me. We didnt really have a repair issue this time, they came out to do the annual service on our tankless water heater. (Until a few days ago I didnt even know they needed annual service) He even pointed out to me that our Moen faucets have a lifetime warranty for the original owner. That was a fact that I was not aware of and that our builder had not told us about. I highly recommend Watermark Plumbing

I bought a new toilet from Home Depot and even though they offer an install service I wanted to use a professional plumber and get the job done right the first time. I have had some bad luck in the past with installers. And I am glad I hired a real plumber this time!I called Watermark and after having a great conversation over the phone with them answering all of my questions, they sent Michael out to install the toilet on the same day.Michael was super friendly and I could tell knew his stuff very well. He even explained why building codes had changed and how the new toilets had improved over the last few years.In the end it looks great and works great and I cant say enough great things about Michael and Watermark. On time and professional.Pricing was higher than I anticipated ($400 for a kitchen sink drain clean out), but I thought the same thing about the last plumber that worked on our house, so maybe that is on par with industry pricing.We would use Watermark again because they were easy to work with and timely.

I was having water pressure issues. I live in a rental and my landlord had called two other plumbers, only to tell me nothing was wrong. I have used Watermark in the past at a different home, and knew exactly who to call. Debbie scheduled my appointment for me, and was so sweet, and Bryan, the technician, let me tell you how amazing he is. He communicated the whole entire time. I knew exactly where he was going throughout my house, he told me upfront what he would like to do, so there were no surprises. He was explaining the diagnostics, and can I tell you I have learned more about a PRV than I could have thought was possible. He fixed the problem and my PSI went from 20 to 75 just like that. Bryan was amazing and I feel 100% confident that what he recommended is something that is truly needed. I will never use anyone else other than Watermark Plumbing. I love them!

Overall I was happy with the experience. We had our hot water heater go out and went through homeowners insurance to get it replaced so the process was delayed a bit. We didnt have time to get additional quotes, so I cannot speak to the fairness of their prices but the customer service was great. They came out on the same day and the technicians were very thorough and knowledgeable.

Plummer waiting early for me when I arrived. He assessed the problem and found an outflow valve that no other repairman had bothered to walk to the side of my house to check for. He cleared the stoppage, applied a coupon from online, and because his work was prompt and efficient, his charge was for 20 min reducing my overall bill. Amazing service. Professional. I would absolutely use Watermark Plumbing again. There was an issue with scheduling...one of their plumbers was sick, but they kept me informed and got out as soon as they could. Bryan was efficient, friendly, and did great work. He even washed the bowl that we were using to catch the water...I doubt any other plumber would think of that level of customer service. Watermark Plumbing and their technician Jason did an amazing job and made quick work of a huge project: a flooded gas line in the middle of winter (no heat, no hot water).Firstly, they were one of the only companies to answer their phones on the weekend and were able to schedule an assessment for Monday morning, when others were giving me quotes more than a week past that.After a thorough investigation of the issue, they were able to get me quotes, line up a payment plan, and complete most of the work by the following day, including working with the city to get an expedited approval from the city on the work and getting the gas company to come out that evening.I would highly recommend this company. They are fast, courteous and professional.

Watermark did a great job getting my water heater repaired. The technician Jason was great. He troubleshoot the water heater and found the outgoing flex connection had a leak. He replaced the flex connector and then proceeded to light the pilot light on the water heater. The pilot light would not light quickly. Jason went the extra mile and after many attempts to light the pilot light took apart the pilot light control module and dried out the pilot light module. After re-assembling the pilot light module, the pilot light was ignited. Jason did a great job, most technician would have given up and told me I needed a new water heater. Thanks Jason

From the initial phone call to schedule the repair, they were professional and knowledgeable. Micheal arrived on time and quickly repaired the valve. I first contacted Watermark to come out to repair my toilet shut off valve, as it was difficult to turn by hand and therefore I couldn’t fix the flushing mechanism in my toilet. Michael came out with his associate and not only quickly repaired the shut off valve, he also changed out the entire flushing mechanism inside the toilet. On his way out, I asked him to look at the guest bathroom toilet that was rocking back and forth. He pulled the toilet and found that the sewer pipe was corroded and leaking sewage into the floor. This turned into a major project for Watermark, as they had to return multiple times over the ensuing weeks to jackhammer away the concrete, expose the sewage pipe, replace with a new pipe, pour new concrete, and then finally reattach the toilet.Throughout this process, Michael and his associates returned in a timely manner and completed the work with diligence and care. I was impressed at how much he went above and beyond for this project. Although I paid upfront, it did not cause any issues with the timeliness of completing the work, as other reviews have stated. It’s unfortunate that all the recent reviews for this company are poor, as I do not have anything poor to say of the company. The only downside I can tell is that they are currently having an answering service field their calls, which I think has caused much of the communication suffering. But the quality of the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the plumbers were all top notch to me. Thank you, Michael, for all your hard work and dedication.

Bryan worked on my tank-less water heater last Friday and it was certainly a different experience from the other plumber that was here first. Instead of walking up to it and saying What the hell is this? he immediately went to work and fixed not only the problem that I knew that I had but several other things that were, unbeknownst to me, also causing me problems. Bryan was very personable and knowledgeable. Frankly I had previously been very satisfied with my previous plumber and had used them for over five years. While I did appreciate that the plumber that they sent did not waste my time and money trying to work on something that they apparently knew nothing about, I was very disappointed that they couldnt fix my problem. I plan on making Watermark Plumbing my first call whenever I need plumbing help.

I called Watermark plumbing to fix my bathtub tap after another plumbing company gave me a quote that looked unreasonable. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and advised next steps which cost me a fraction of the cost. Based on his guidance, the part was obtained from the manufacturer free of charge as it was under lifetime warranty and replaced with expertise that the other company clearly didn’t have. They couldnt even get the broken handle off the faucet for replacement and advised ripping off the tiles and changing the entire faucet and the tap. Thanks Bryan for your service and now you have a loyal customer for all future needs.

Taylor and owner John did great job replacing a tankless hot water heater that died before its time. They contacted the manufacturer and were able get the actual unit replaced at no cost, only labor costs. While they were here, they explained everything thoroughly and even did a couple extra minor adjustments on faucets that were a little off no charge. Very respectful and clean employees. We also had them replaced a cracked toilet on the same visit. Took care with our floors during the process of getting it out. I recommend and will use again.

Kelly and his assistant (so sorry cant remember his name.. Blue eyed gentleman) were extremely professional and very friendly. They were even able to come out the same day and replace our water heater which is a blessing! Kelly explained everything to us in detail and they even showed us how to turn off the main water supply line in case of emergency. They didnt rush the job.. Instead they made sure everything was up to code and informed us of everything they were doing along the way. I know a lot more about water heaters now! :) Thanks Watermark! With these repairs done at a very affordable rate we no longer had a leak and our problem was solved. Taylor our technician was honest, professional and on-time. Last Friday afternoon, we experienced a water leak in our master bathroom. My wife had been running errands for a couple of hours and came home - water was running out of the house through the garage and the bathroom, master closet and part of our master bedroom were flooded with water. She called me at work and I was able to walk her through turning off the master valve for the whole house.I called Watermark Plumbing ( after our home warranty provider was unable to find a plumber to come out immediately ). They had a team on site within 20 minutes. Within 15 - 20 minutes later, they had a clear understanding of the problem and provided a quote. The problem will be fixed with either a toilet rebuild or new toilet ( our choice ) and they will be back this week to complete the work ( we elected to get a new toilet which is on the way ). Additionally, Watermark put us immediately in contact with Dry Force who has handled all the remediation.Not an experience I wish on anyone, but both Watermark and Dry Force responded quickly and professionally.

We have used Watermark Plumbing twice. Both times the pros knew what the issue was and fixed it.1st time was for a leak near the water meter. Turned out the connection to the sprinkler system failed. Jason and his helper dug the hole, found and repaired the leak. Then returned the next day to make sure it was good to go. The explanation of what had happened and what they did was clear. For the amount of time two men spent on this, the charge was more to my side.2nd time was to install a replacement faucet (after this users error in attempting to fix a minor issue, turned into a major one). Brian was on time and worked quickly to complete the work. Then spent the time to explain what to watch for if there was any future issues. On his own, looked at a bathroom stopper not working and Bam! fixed it in a minute.I cannot recommend Watermark highly enough.
