Ive used signature plumbing (Byron specifically) twice to fix two different leaks in my water main. And both times the service has been fantastic and well priced. The customer service is also great as Byron came back the next day to make sure things had cured properly and even refilled the hole I dug. Top notch plumber and they will be my first call if I need one ever again.

Signature Plumbing is 5stars. Professional. Reliable. Knowledgeable. Trusting. I have used their service several times for different issues (gas leak- changed out exterior gas pipe; garbage disposal, clogged sink, slow shower drain). I never do reviews (1st one ever) but I wanted to share the amazing job Signature has performed on my home. A gas leak is no funny matter and having a reliable service means I sleep better at night. I called Signature Plumbing over a leaking water heater the other day, they were were able to come out the next day and give me a bid. By the next afternoon i was able to have my water heater replaced and everything cleaned up. They were extremely informative and professional. They made sure to give me follow up calls to make sure everything was working as expected and if there were any new problems with the install. All of the service was 5 star and i recommend them to all my friends and family.

I cant believe we finally found a plumber that I trust, who is responsible, prompt and courteous, does great work, and as inexpensive as you can hope for plumbing. This is our go-to plumbing company! We developed a leak in a pipe in our foundation in 2021. We had relied on Byron/Signature for smaller plumbing needs (e.g., replace a toilet). Byron made time right away come out, confirm a leak, and estimate the repair. He and Dylan did great work; when we found another leak in another part of the house, we immediately called Signature again. Same prompt, courteous service, and he worked with us to find an alternate routing for the plumbing repair to avoid the need to break into the foundation again. He even took home a wooden clock hed accidently knocked into and fixed the piece that had broken off. I highly recommend this company!!

Frank RSignature Plumbing professionally and promptly installed a new gas line to our pool equipment. Their work is exceptional and though the route they had to take was tricky they figured it out with the least amount of expense. The Signature plumbing company is great! We had a hot water emergency and they were so easy to deal with. Easy to get on their schedule, timely, professional and at a reasonable price. We have an older home and they were able to deal with the small space where our water heater is located. We had an issue related to the AC drainage pipes. The pipes would clog up, slow the drainage, which would shut off the AC as it waited for the water for drain. A few other people we talked to suggested installing new pipes for $5k. A few others tried cleaning the pipes, but none were successful. Byron was able to fix this issue for less than $500. I’ve since called him back for other issues and he’s fixed them for a reasonable price.

We moved into our Carrollton home early in 2018. Since that time we have had Byron to our home three times to assist us with our plumbing needs. Byron has installed a water line to our refrigerator, replaced the water spigot on the back of the house, and inspected/cleared out a drain. Byron has been professional and courteous with each visit and has completed each project timely and within his given price estimate. I have personally really appreciated Byrons communication and availability. He has been available through phone and text and has never been more than a couple days out for availability. I highly recommend Byron and Signature Plumbing and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

This is the third time we have used Signature Plumbing and Mr Neuse is definitely our go-to plumber! We have used various plumbing companies and he is, without doubt, one of the best. He is an expert at his craft and always on time and responsive. We have had him replace the control box for our sprinkler system, fix a leak under a sink and replace shower handle valves to stop a leak. He works with speed and efficiency and is reasonably priced considering he is a master plumber. If you want things done right the first time, I would definitely recommend giving him a call.

Signature Plumbing came out lickety split to fix a leaking gas pipe…same day (morning) I called. Fixed everything (including a few unknown leaks), made arrangements for the city inspection, and had us up and running in a day. We will be using Signature Plumbing again.

Byron was very professional and knowledgeable about the slab leak we had under our house. He was meticulous about locating the leak. He had several options to fix it and was very helpful in helping me decide what to do. Once we had a plan, they guys showed up on time and got to work. Byron got the leaks fixed by late afternoon and the other workers came back the next day to put the dirt back under the house. They were very careful to minimize any damage to the landscaping and did a great job of cleaning the area once they were finished.

Signature Plumbing has been our plumber for over a decade. They are fantastic and really know plumbing. They dug up the main drain in our front yard to cut out the tree root that was blocking it and repaired it perfectly, cutting the root away and replacing the section of drain. They have replaced bathroom faucets, put in a new kitchen sink, seated bath tubs, replaced toilets as part of various projects through the years. They do a very thorough job, e.g., when replacing the faucet, they replace all the plumbing to the wall. They are professional and responsive. I recommend Signature Plumbing highly!

I left a message for Signature to get an estimate, a couple hours later I got a call back and they came over within an hour, gave me a reasonable estimate and took care of the repairs (in the rain). Byron Nuese and Signature Plumbing saved my life! I had to have a new gas line run from the alley to my house. My house was built in the 1940s so Byrons job was not easy. He is a master plumber who knows what he is doing and bids a fair price. He and his crew communicated well with us, showed up on time, and left everything back in order. Byron also did an excellent job of coordinating with Atmos Energy and city inspectors so that we could get our gas back on right away. I say he saved my life because of course I had procrastinated about hiring a plumber ( having received bids about2 months earlier); and when Atmos knocked on my door on Friday and said the new alley main line was going in on Tuesday, was I ready? I called Byron on that Friday and he was there on Monday, ready to go and I didnt have to have to take a cold shower on Wednesday like I deserved. Byron responded immediately to our phone call and was here during our timeframe. He was upfront with pricing and what would be needed. We learned we had a gas leak and I called our regular plumbing company to assess the situation. They came back with a quote that was sky high and the repair involved digging an 18ft long trench along the side of our house - they claimed it was impossible to find a leak and the best solution was to replace the whole main line from the meter. I knew I needed to call someone for a second opinion. I choose Signature Plumbing Company based on a quick look at their online reviews. On the initial call, I told Bryon what the other company thought the problem was. Bryon came out early the next morning, and determined exactly where the leak originated, gave a quote that was thousands of dollars less and completed the repair within a few hours. He also took care of all city permits, scheduled the city inspection, and met the inspector at the house to complete the process, and then worked with Atmos to get our gas turned back on. Hes professional, honest, and a hard worker.This expert master plumber saved the day!

What an honest and fair company. Guy comes out in freezing weather, shovels out sitting water from our meter area and then finds out the leak was from a sprinkler system. Since he is a plumber he suggests I go to a sprinkler company. He could’ve charged me for the time, weather, or even for detecting the issue. He refused to accept money because it’s something he doesn’t work on. You just don’t meet people/companies like this anymore. Great experienced team.. Byron gave an estimate for several items at my house. Clearing a slow drain, replacing a tub valve/fixture and fixing a valve stem. Went to work right away. This company is awesome. After moving into my new home, it was discovered there was a N. gas leak. I talked to 3 different Dallas plumbing companies, 2 as seen on TV. Signature went out of their way to get me my estimate quickly and they were the lowest bid I received. The work was completed on time and with quality workmanship, I have had a few minor plumbing issues since then. which they repaired. I now consider them my personal plumber. I give them a key to my house, they fix the issue, and leave. Its nice trusting them so I dont have to take time off from work to have repairs completed.

Had a sewer stoppage at a rental property in Richardson. Contacted Signature and put them in contact with my tenant. They arranged to meet the same day. Stoppage was cleared and they even repaired a leaking toilet. Prices were reasonable. thanks for the great job....

We had a plumbing stoppage and tried going through our home warranty company. After 3 days of waiting to hear back from one of their approved contractors, we decided to pay out of pocket and call someone ourselves. I called Byron at Signature Plumbing Company at 1:00 and he was at my house by 2:45. He fixed the problem within in minutes. He was very friendly, honest and professional. I would refer him to anyone that needs plumbing services. He will be the first person we call from now on with any plumbing issues we have. We are so relieved to have found someone in the area we can trust who does honest work and is quick to respond to our needs.
