Recently had an issue with a clogged pipe which shut both of our bathrooms down. Called Hawkins Plumbing and long story short they were able to fit us in for the same day. Fit us in is not really the verbiage I would use after the fact. The team showed up at my door step within 2 to 3 hours. They determined the issue pretty quickly and started the work immediately. Our house / plumbing is older and fought them every step. They continued to work at it to get the issue resolved; for about 4 to 5 hours, making sure to keep me updated through it all. Issue is now fixed and all is in working order. Great crew!! We will likely have more plumbing work needed in the future. I will be calling Hawkins Plumbing. Could not ask for any better service!

Its so refreshing to find a company that stands behind its work! I had Hawkins come out about a week ago to fix some damage that the worlds worst contractor did (please see other review) and also asked them to clear a drain in a seldom used bath. When the shower was used 10 days later the tub was still draining slow. I called Hawkins back and they sent out someone immediately to re-snake the drain at NO CHARGE to me! Ive recently moved to Carrollton from Atlanta and can assure you this kind of customer service does not exist in the big cities! The plumbing all works perfectly now. Thank you Hawkins Plumbing!
