If anyone ever needs service plumbing work, Cox Plumbing is the absolute best in the area. Over the last year, weve had to replace a water heater, toilet, shower head, and a dishwasher. Each time, John and his team were there the next business day and finished the job in unbelievable time. When youre looking for someone to do work for you, there are three areas that are important; Speed, quality, and affordability. No matter what you think, you can have two, but you cant get all three. John will be the first to tell you that he might not be the cheapest, but who wants that anyway. Pay a little extra and get quality work in record time. I promise its worth it! Thanks, John!

We needed bathroom faucet installation and a repair on a bathtub leak, and they worked us in the very next day! They made sure to show me how my new drains worked (I can pull them out to clean them—magic!) and were friendly and professional throughout the visit. I really appreciate the attention to detail, the prompt service, and the fair price. I’ll never call anyone else. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome. After having several plumbers come out and either not being able to fix it, or wanting an arm, leg, and them some. Cox plumbing came out in the time he stated, on the earlier side at that. Was quick, knowledgeable, and even gave us pointers on what to do to help from having this happen again. Very fair pricing and we will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs.

Contacted Cox Plumbing to install my dishwasher after Home Depot informed me that they could not install my dishwasher. Spoke to a gentleman named Robbie. They were super responsive and did a wonderful job. Even came back out the same week after I was experiencing a user error with the dishwasher. I will utilize them again when needed, and will certainly recommend to others. Dan.

We had a leak in a pipe that we knew was underground between our meter and the house which is a distance of a tenth of a mile. I called one plumber and told the scheduler the issue and they set up an appt for several days later. In the interim, I did further research and decided to call Cox Plumbing. Owner, John Cox, answered his phone immediately. I explained the issue and he said he didnt have the equipment to determine where in the line it might be, and he recommended I call American Leak Detection (also a fantastic family-run company). American came out, pinpointed and marked where the leak was, about 6 feet from the house. They quoted a price to repair, which seemed quite high as I dont think repair is their specialty, but they also said we could do it ourselves (they even made a diagram to help us:). If we were younger, we might have tried, but not wanting to undertake the job ourselves and appreciating Johns honesty in not taking the job originally, I called him back (again, he answered immediately). Not knowing exactly what the job might entail, he gave us a short range of pricing that was very fair considering hed need an excavator to get down to the depth of the pipe. He handled everything promptly, from calling 811ga before digging to coming out exactly when he said he would. Watching him work, it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing - found the leak with very minimal digging up of our front yard, repaired the line, and charged us the lowest end of his quote. We were back up and running in an hour. I am impressed and will definitely use him again if we need any plumbing services.

We had a leak, just past the main. Everyone we contacted, couldnt get to us for a couple of days.I made the call, and Mr. Cox came within the hour! He was so professional (even when the pipe separated, and BLASTED water into the clay lol), that made us put him in our business contacts, for our Riding Academy.From professionalism, to promptness, this is the company you want.And the biggest perk.. he is local. Saved the day...we had sewage raining in thebasement. They arrived and got straight to it. Fixed, and they answered every pannicked question that I threw at them. Friendly and inspired confidence. Excellent!!! Robbie has been a lifesaver during my remodel! Installing a new vessel sink in my bathroom, sink/faucet in my kitchen, and dishwasher. Additionally, re-piping a water heater line & installing an overflow valve in my laundry room. Cox plumbing is the best plumber that I have used & they are professional, friendly, and I highly recommend!
