Our well water naturally has high level of manganese. Also, our water tank was very old and had manganese build up in it. This would cause our water filter to become black.We called Valley Hydro Pros to help find us a solution. They diagnosed the issue and recommended a new tank and filters. The work was completed and customer service is great. Highly recommend them!

We love Valley HydroPros! Tom came out to diagnose a smell issue that had mysteriously developed. It turned out to be a vent pipe that was never glued during construction of our home and had gotten jostled, releasing sewage odor. Boom: fixed!! He is knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

On Friday night we realized we had no hot water!I called Hydropros on Sat morning at 8:30am. By 9am Tom was at our house diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately we needed a new water heater. He made several calls and was able to find one about an hour away. Tom and Ian went to get it and by 1pm we had hot water again. I cannot say enough about their quick response, professionalism, and positive attitudes. A pleasure to work with.
