Gary and his team are absolutely amazing! Our hot water tank busted on Friday evening. I called Monday morning and within an HOUR Gary came out to take a look. He has amazing pricing, had the tank we needed in stock and within 3 hours we had an entirely new hot water heater. They are so respectful of your space, shoes off at the door, drop cloths when bringing things in and out, I cant say enough good things. Thank you soo so much to Gary and team! You made an incredibly stressful situation a million times better!

Professional, efficient, high-quality, honest, kind, and respectful. Gary gave me a quote for replacing a hose bib and shutoff valve after speaking to him over the phone and he stood by it. His prices are extremely reasonable and thus an exceptional value with the quality of work he and his sons do and back it up with a warranty. The three of them were in an out inside of a half-hour and I was so impressed by how efficiently they work. They even removed their shoes before entering my house! Dont waste your time with anyone else. These guys are honest, dependable, and best of all, understanding and respectful, and explain everything they are doing. He emailed me a receipt before he left my driveway so their processes are modern. Gary comes from the old school, where they do an honest days work and dont bilk their customers. So many other plumbers I called refuse to give quotes over the phone and even charge for estimates! Not Gary. He is my go-to plumber in MI. Highly Recommended!!!

Gary just finished up at our house. 1st time using him. He replaced our garbage disposal and seal on the opposite sink. He is straight forward and does not waste time. He will also educate you on the issue and make recommendations.He stands by his quotes! That is a big plus, at least for a 1st time customer.His pricing was also fair and he is willing to go the extra mile in order to keep you for future service and business. Will use Gary for the next plumbing job and updates for our house.

Gary is a great plumber. I have used him three times. First to run a new sump line outside the home, install a sump-pump and a water powered backup sump pump. Second was a call where he talked me through the problem saving him and myself time and money. Finally, he recently installed my hot water heater. All times he was prompt and gave a fair price. I am very happy with all my work from Gary and Im sure you will be too.

Peace of mind!Gary and his son showed up on time to replace a leaking PVC drain pipe.Both are very professional and wasted no time to fix the problem.He is very informative and their work was clean.I used his expertise another time to replace a gas shut-off valve that was missing a handle.His pricing is fair and to make sure just try calling nearby plumbers and do the comparison.

Super Happy. Quick and Very professional, best price I was able to find. Kept everything clean and cleaned any mess once done.I needed to replace my 15 year old water heater.My first phone call went to a voice mail and he returned the call that evening. He had the 8 year warranty unit. I wanted the 12 year one from Homedepot. He got me what I wanted for couple hundred more. Still the best quote i got for this unit installed.Gary and son’s should be their name. Haha They were working seamlessly, super efficientThey were in and out in about 2 hours.. They covered the floors and stairs with a tarp. Removed my old heater and replaced some vent tubes also, and also the HVAC unit vent tubes to match..They helped with a one small block at no extra charge..Super happy, highly recommended.Gary’s plumbing is going to be my go to plumper..

Gary and his son Matt make a great team! We have been using their services for about 10 years now and every single issue has been handled quickly, professionally and at a very fair price. Gary has always responded immediately to my calls or texts. We have an older home and have needed a number of repairs and its nice to have both of them on the service call. This time Matt did the work and he is every bit as professional and skilled as his dad. On the last call they worked together on a more complicated issue, and on the service call before that, Matt worked upstairs while Gary handled the first floor and basement issues and the job was completed in half the time expected. Both are friendly and professional and I would never call anyone else! Thanks for the great work Gary and Matt!

On time, professional, and went out of their way. They came on time to install our new toilet and when they opened the box, it was broken. Gary then offered to go and get a replacement right then and there. After the install, they packed up the broken toilet and put it in the back of my vehicle so I could return it. The price for the work was more than fair and we will be using them from now on for all of our plumbing needs.

If you live in Ann Arbor you should be calling Garys Plumbing. I had multiple issues (hot water heater to be replaced, plugged drains, turns offs not working, etc) and Gary ended up coming 2 times to ensure everything was fixed. Ive tried multiple companies from Ann Arbor and Gary is by far the best.

I had leaks coming from the ceiling in my basement in multiple (at least 5-6) places. Garys plumbing showed up same day. Immediately found every source of the leaks, replaced my main supply line, faucet, and the supply line to my toilet. Only took 45 minutes and cost $300 when all was said and done. They didnt do anything without explaining why and what the cost would be. They were extremely thorough and by the time they were done everything was working better than it has been originally before the leaks. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Gary’s Plumbing. Gary and his son Mike installed a water pipe (1/2” PEX) from my basement cold water line to my kitchen refrigerator for an ice maker. They installed quarter turn valves in the basement and upstairs. They did an excellent job. I was concerned about the valve taking up space behind the refrigerator as I didn’t want a new refrigerator sticking out any further than it had to. So, Gary came up with the idea to place the valve in the pantry closet adjacent to the refrigerator where it rose through the floor from the basement and then run PEX tubing to the refrigerator. I’m really grateful for this work and I thought the project cost was very reasonable for all of the work involved.

Gary was excellent, all around. I had him install a new Hot Water Heater in my home.I fully recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. He is a local, owns the business and works with his son. This is not a large company that has forgotten the concept of customer service. Gary responded to my email request for estimate promptly, arrived early to do the estimate, got back to me promptly with details and answered all questions. Once I agreed to the estimate he worked with me to schedule the appt, and then arrived early again to do the work. He was professional, polite, and completely knowledgeable. Even though he was working by himself he was in and out in 2 hours. He took the time to answer all my questions while working, he was very thorough with the install, and was excellent about keeping the area clean and protecting my carpets in the finished basement. When he was done he cleaned everything up, shook my hand and honestly thanked me for the business. I would not hesitate to use his services again. If anyone is needing a hot water heater installed I would recommend using him over the Home Depot or Lowes installers any day. Thanks again Gary!

I have utilized Garys Plumbing several times over the past two years. Gary has been extremely friendly and responsive. Gary always goes the extra mile and really puts the homeowner first. I had one situation which called for removing a section of pipe in our laundry room. Rather than cut through with a power saw and ruin the back wall which is part of bathroom with wallpaper, Gary made a special trip to a hardware store to prevent this. He didnt charge me extra for this and it saved me from added expense to repair another wall!I would definitely recommend Garys Plumbing.
