Called around 11 on a Sunday when I found a puddle in my laundry room. Josh said he could make it out by around 2. He was early and communicated so, seemed knowledgeable, was very polite and had the job done by the time he was originally expected to be there. Even seemed to take pride in his work which is always nice to see from someone doing work on your home. Sure it was a few hundred bucks but skilled labor isnt cheap and they warranty their work. Quite satisfied with my experience.

The folks at Lenox came in to help my mom replace a leaking water valve under the bathroom sink. They did a great job, but after they left, we found the new valve handle blocked a drawer from going back in place. They came back on Monday to replace the handle with one that allowed the drawer to go back in. Thanks to Lenox for taking care of my mom!

A couple weeks ago Josh and Matt replaced our sewage drain and main line out to the septic tank. What was originally scheduled as 1.5-2 day job ended up being completed in 1 day. They worked diligently and efficiently to get the work done, as well as cleaned up after themselves. While on the job, I asked if we could have the main shut off valve relocated. Matt was able to have a quote sent over quickly and since we were already scheduled the next day, he came back and got the work done. Overall, we’re very pleased with the work and would highly recommend.

We had wonderful experience with Lenox Plumbing. Our water heater broke right before our trip. Brian made multiple calls to his team and supplier to make it possible to get the job done within a few hours. Our installers, Matt and Joshua did a superb job with patience and curtesy. They tested and checked the modified gas line thoroughly to make sure no leak. All plumbing work was done beautifully. We are happy customers!

My kitchen sink drain had backed up and I had standing dirty water in my dishwasher. My garbage disposal had also stopped working. I called the office and the person who answered was nice. She let me know upfront about the non-refundable $89 fee for a visit. I called at 2:30 got a same day appointment for 3-5pm was pleasantly surprised plumber was there within 30 minutes. I was worried it was going to be a big fix or replacement would be needed but luckily he assessed that it was a simple clog and the garbage disposal was okay. He was friendly and was done quickly. The price was reasonable and my $89 visit fee applied to the final price. If I ever have plumbing issues in the future I will definitely call them back.

Lenox Plumbing was great to work with. The texting service to set up an appointment was convenient and easy. They were very responsive and I quickly set up an appointment on Sunday for a technician to come out the following Wednesday. Despite the pouring rain, Josh K came out timely and was excellent! He was very transparent with pricing, and clear with the solutions he was going to try. He fixed my clogged up drain quickly and now I don’t have issues. This is my second time working with Lenox Plumbing and I would definitely work with them again. They are very professional and do a great job - I highly recommend!

Lenox Plumbing always is top notch.My wife Marcia called them out to find a leak. They came out the next day! They drained the water heater, but didn’t find the leak, anc thought it was the water meter. After she informed them that she confirmed that the issue had to be with the water heater, they came back and worked on the issue until it was resolved.She said Patrick did a great job, and even went beyond what he thought was necessary to fix the issue. After hours, Chris made himself available just in case there were remaining issue. She that they are TRULY A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

Had an all around great experience with Lenox Plumbing, from the great and helpful office managers, to Brian and the estimate process, to Matt who was a fantastic plumber and all around good person. I have an old house with lots of old kind of messed up things in the basement. Matt busted the concrete around the rusted iron pipe, replaced it and poured new concrete. And he put in a new utility sink, modernized and organized the copper water pipes feeding the sink and the washing machine. Great customer service from good people. Highly recommend!

I was supposed to get the new pump and have him come back but the next would be July 4th. So I quickly found one the same day, and even though it’s late, Joshua came back to replace it. Weve used Lenox before, but the past few times we have used them, knowledge and service has been impeccable. A big shout out to Matthew Tacia. Hes been amazing. He did some backflow testing for us, gave us a quote the same day for an additional sump pump (since weve recently added a home generator), and then installed both the sump pump and alternator switch, all within a very reasonable amount of time. We will definitely use Lenox again.

I was surprised at how quickly I was able to have this project scheduled. I needed a rusting vintage farmhouse sink replaced with a new one, my faucet removed and installed on the new sink, and my new garbage disposer removed from the old sink and replaced on the new sink. It was a difficult job because of the weight (150 lbs.) of the new sink and no wiggle room as far as dimensions. The installers did a beautiful job and even cleaned up the debris. They were friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Lenox Plumbing. I have used them before (water heater installation) and will use them for future projects.

I am beyond impressed with Josh, I cannot say enough great things about him. My old hot water tank flooded my basement so I called Lennox.I called Lennox for after hour/emergency service. Side note, Lennox are who I call now for all my plumbing jobs because every time they are phenomenal.Anyway, i called at 8 pm and by 9 pm Josh was at my house.This was on a Friday at 8pm. As soon as i answered the door he had a big smile on his face and sais hello to everyone, even my dog. He could have fixed what was leaking but i decided to replace the entire tank since it was 20 years old. He never had an attitude about having to work so late after hours but instead apologized for keeping me up late.ĺThe craftsmanship on the tank looked impeccable. He worked his butt off. He took the water tank up and down a flight of stairs all by himself. He left it very clean. Before leaving he took the time to explain draining the tank, temperature settings. Warranty. Etc.. this young man has a great career ahead of him. The one thing I did not like was nothing about Josh but when i paid for it and signed my name it asks to leave a tip. If I left him 20% that would have been an additional $500. He deserves that much but it is hard enough the bill let alone a other $500. I shouldnt have tip for this type of service. I can tip by cash if I want but it would be $40 not 20%!He asked if he could play music. Usially, tradesman play heavy metal, he did not. He played oldies rock. Even his taste in music was amazing. He even educated me a little bit.The job looks very well done, as youd expect from a professional.If I needed to hire a plumber again, my wife and I would be calling them first if its another job I couldnt do myself.

I had water coming in from two spots on my basement floor. Three other plumbing companies failed me. One would not come out to give a free estimate. One said it could be a blockage, but if it wasnt, I would be paying for something I did not need, and still have to get the more extensive repair which he hinted I needed--breaking up the concrete floor and removing what was probably a leaking pipe and replacing with a perforated pipe ($3000). The third company referred me to a foundations company. Patrick very quickly determined he could remove a likely blockage and that I should get it done before we got more rain, which was in the forecast. He told me I might find someone to do it for less. I know I could have, and I do think the charge for what he did was high, but since we had the rain forecast, I did not want to have to wait on someone else to be able to get out to remove the clog. It was roots. Everything is flowing now, the water in the drain has subsided, and Im happy with that. If we were not under the threat of rain, I would have hired another company that charged less for back-cabling. Nevertheless, three other plumbers led me completely astray. Patrick promised to replace my drain cover. I am waiting on that and on an estimate for some other work we discussed.

Educate yourself is always the best way to understand and negotiate.Let’s talk about the service:They came out within a few hours of the call. Diagnosed the issue and offered solution. The unit would be replaced under warranty. We would need to pay for the labor.Our technician, Josh, is a delightful young person with a great attitude and is refreshingly honest.He had to drive back to their warehouse to get the replacement unit and was back and had us up and running by the time dinner was done. He did excellent work and cleaned up his work area when he was done. Very happy.Price was a bit higher (within $50-100) than their competitors.Considered removing a star due to the original confusion about the warranty. However, that was sorted and Josh was just so delightful I decided full marks were warranted.

Also we were told that they knew the toilet would be heavy so they would remove it from the car once they came back. How thoughtful. I had a outdoor spigot leak, cracked galvanized elbow joint and kitchen faucet installation (3 jobs). Lenox was the only prompt and responsive company to get an appointment scheduled on the same day (fixing an appointment was a breeze, just one call!) and the technician appeared On-Time. The technician was very professional, thorough and the quality of the job was outstanding. A bit on the expensive side, and I will not hesitate to engage them again for any plumbing needs. He was able to set up a temporary fix while he writes up an estimate for the job since a section of the pipe will need to be replaced. I appreciated this quick work as this was an emergency repair.

Due to flooding in our basement we called out Lenox Plumbing under the assumption our water heater was leaking and needed replacing. Josh, one of the techs, was super friendly and professional. He advised us that the flooding was due to our sump pump and not the water heater. I really appreciated his honesty that we did not need to replace it despite it being 21 years old. He offered us tips on how to keep the water at bay in the basement until our power was restored. Thank you Lenox. Will definitely recommend again.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Lennox Plumbing and would use them again. I had them out to replace a cracked main drain pipe coming from the bathroom faucet. It actually was still leaking after (took a couple months for me to see this as the initial repair happened when I was about to start a bathroom renovation, so it just wasn’t used for a very long time). They were very efficient and considerate about the repair and did not charge any extra for it.One super minor thing that really bugged me was when I initially had them out, they didn’t send me the estimate until I paid the bill for the initial visit and evaluation. They had said they would credit me for that if I hired them for the work—which they did—but I was trying to wait for the quote so I could pay it all together and didn’t get a clear picture that they weren’t sending the estimate until I had paid the initial bill. So I was annoyed about the delay as I waited for a quote while they waited to send me the quote until I paid the initial bill. Just a miscommunication, so mentioning more so others don’t get annoyed needlessly.

They took my call quickly, scheduled someone to come out between 11 and 1, and arrived around noon. The person doing the service was fast, professional, and communicative. So, they DID fix the leak. Im sorry my review was negative before, but I dont understand why itd still leak as much as it had before even after they stopped it. Its fixed!

Friendly, efficient service - I needed a toilet and vanity removed prior to some foundation wall repair. Lenox provided a quote over email after I sent photos (no schedule juggling for an in-person estimate), and had great communication leading up to the appointment. Day of, the servicers called to check if it was alright to arrive early, and finished the job before the original appointment window - highly satisfied with Lenox Plumbing services!Edit: had Lenox back to reinstall toilet/vanity, and asked for estimates on a few other projects a few months later. Matt did fantastic work - everything was clean and done within the time we had reserved for the appointment, did a thorough walkthrough of the completed work before he left, and gave us an ETA on when hed have the estimates for the remaining work back. Still highly recommend!

I had a good experience with this company and the price was reasonable for what I had done. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is the technician didnt use shoe covers when he entered my home. Being in the business of plumbing...Im sure shoes can get pretty grimy so shoe covers should be automatic in my opinion. I would recommend this company to others as it was recommended to me.
