    911 Plumbing was excellent. I had a 160 main line that was clogged by the sewer connection. The city came out and cleared the main sewer but the clog didnt go away. Jeff & Bob went above and beyond trying to clear the clog. After jetting for a while they pulled the man hole cover to get a better look. It was a stubborn clog that required persuasion from both sides. After an hour or two, I was good to go (literally). Jeff was timely, courteous, clean, and explained everything along the way. While it was expensive, Im glad I called 911 plumbing. They didnt give up where other plumbers would have thrown in the towel.

    Very happy with the service and honesty. I had called another big name plumber who came out and charged me a service fee to tell me what I already told them. My hot water heater needs to be replaced. After company x quoted me and tried to pressure me into signing up that day I called plumbing 911 and one additional plumber. Both plumbing 911 and the 3rd company were within $250 of each others quote. Also both were min $1500 less than plumber x. Plumbing 911 said they could be there the next day. I told them initially I knew company x had over quoted as I priced out the job. They provided me a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it. No surprises. My plumber Nick was professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also did not mind me asking questions. Total time within 1 day From arriving to completion of a new tankless hot water heater to replace my old tank. 2 days later I had them back out as my pressure regulator had also broke . Showed up the same day I called and had it fixed in about 2 hours including time to go pick up the new valve . Will be calling for future needs.

    We had a sewer Gas leak in our home. It was a hazardous condition to which Plumbing 911 responded to very quickly. Adam, NIck and Connor were on time, fast and efficient not to mention friendly and helpful! A wall was opened and a completely disintegrated vent pipe was discovered! The also identified numerous other installation issues with the old plumbing and all was replaced. We now have a safe environment to relax and live in thank to their professionalism and skill! We would and will recommend Plumbing 911 to any and all.

    We had defected a very tiny hole in our copper piping in the bathroom. We called several local plumbers but no one could come for 3-4 days. James came out the next day and fixed the problem. Before he came he sent a text with his picture and a little about himself. He called before he came and fixed the leak. Very professional. We will definitely use him again.

    Shane is an awesome person in addition to being very professional, courteous and efficient! We had an issue at my Uncles house. Called around and nobody could make it for days. Called Plumbing 911 and received excellent customer service from beginning to end! They came out almost immediately and fixed the situation. Shanes work is excellent and so are his people skills.     I had a very pleasant experience from the initial phone call thru the entire process. My plumber Jon was was very knowledgeable and a real sweet guy. He got the job done in a very timely manner. The hydrojet process was terrific and very thorough. I am very happy with this company. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    I had plumbing 911 come out to do my reverse osmosis filter installation. They had to drill through a granite countertop and install the entire system. Not only were they extremely professional, but they were very quick and thorough. Nick didnt absolutely incredible job at making sure everything was checked twice and in working order!

Not only did they not try to charge me for parts I did not need, like the other quotes, but they came in less and were able to replace the valves immediately! No need to make another appointment!     This company is great! They also service a wide area from Cleveland to Canton! My toilet was leaking at the bottom but they fixed it in a timely manor. They are very affordable and friendly.     The guy did a great job! He fixed my problem quickly for me. I dont recall his name unfortunately. He admitted to not knowing my brand of water softner very well but he was still able to fix what was wrong.He put on shoe covers which was nice. I asked him a question and although he didnt know it right off the cuff, he examined what was going on and gave me solid advice.His advice about the softner was also good. He didnt try to direct me one way or another. He just gave me the facts and let me decide. I really like that. Excellent all the way around.

    We had a technician come out to assess damage from the previous owner. They gave us a very reasonable estimate to completely repair the entire T pipe and main stack. He was quick, efficient, and affordable!

Despite this setback, the plumber was there about 9:30 AM and took care of the problem in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Courtesy and efficiency appear to run rampant throughout this organization.Would I use them again? Count on it!

    I called plumbing 911 this morning and they sent someone out same day for a free estimate. I had gotten an estimate from another company who had quoted me $1850 because they said my pipe underground was busted and needed to be replaced! So I decided to get a second opinion and called plumbing 911 and Shaun came out and he said he didnt think that was the case and wanted to do a burst thing and it would be $500 and then they would run a camera to see if there were any holes in the pipe. Well they did it and ran a camera and there were absolutely no holes in the pipe. Shaun was so personable and made sure to explain everything so that I understood. I would recommend them to anyone! Especially since they saved me $1350 that I did not need to spend!

    Called because I noticed the downstairs toilet leaking into the basement. The technician Jeff arrived ahead of schedule. He found that apparently the leaking had been going on for awhile. The subfloor was soaked. He reinstalled the toilet and at the moment it isnt leaking. But more extensive repairs are going to have to be made. Jeff explained in detail what had to be done. Now we have to schedule the rest of the work. Jeff was professional and efficient with the work that could be done today. Update to follow.

    I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day for my daughters bathroom sink repair. We live in Harrison County and our daughters are in our other house in Canton, and since I had to make a drive to get there I really appreciated the text updates that they were running on time for my 12-2pm time window. They were on time, and replaced the faucet with one that I had previously bought but not used. I asked about snaking the tub drain, and they gave me a %50 off coupon for the service. Both plumbers that arrived were courteous and knowledgeable, and I think the price was what you would pay for any professional plumber, minus the coupon. Plumbing work is expensive and you get what you pay for, my bill was less than $250 for a service call, sink replacement and unclogged tub. Will definitely call them again.

    We had our old copper stack in basement replaced it was in bad shape and leaking. Called that morning was told someone would be there between 2 and 4 that day. Receieved a call before 2 saying Rob will be there in 20 minutes and he was even early. Came in accessed the problem, got the parts and to repair it only took him about a half hour. Very pleasant man and good sense of humor.
