    Both crews that came out to our home were great! The home energy audit was very thorough and informative. The rebates offered were great for the insulation that we needed. I was kept updated and informed before, during and after each service visit. Which is always very much appreciated! And both crews were very focused on their tasks and they were very good about cleaning up everything when they were done. One of the insulation crew guys even helped resolve an issue I had with my vehicle headlights. Ive already recommended Bantam Wesson to my friends and coworkers. And without hesitation I would gladly recommend them again!

    BantamWesson installed a Ducted Heat Pump System recently in our home and we couldnt be happier!! Joe L. and his crew did an awesome job!!They showed up on time every morning and left the job site extremely clean. They banged out the job in only 2 days!!They went above and beyond installing our new system and thoroughly explained all the details involved. A shout out to all the Techs involved who helped out with the install. Joe L., Mike R., Ed M. and Jim F.. They were all very professional and did a great job. We highly recommend them!!

    I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Valiant! Last week I had a new oil tank put in, and from the schedulers to the installers, everyone was beyond helpful and kind! I will definitely be using them in the future!

    With the help of my experienced sales exec. Phil, I purchased a high efficiency gas furnace. The job was value priced and the install was done exactly as was promised. We are so impressed with the installation that we are planning to add a tankless hot water heater and new central AC system to the house. I would recommend Bantam Wesson to anyone.

    I sent this yesterday under the BantamWesson Contact us portal but I will say it again here. We were extremely happy with Ben T. who came on Monday May 11th to service our Furnace and air conditioning unit. My husband said he was the best technician we had in the long time. He was competent and efficient and spent time really going through each of the units to make sure they were in good working condition. He also spent time working with my husband on understanding and getting the heat pump thermostat figured out since it wasnt really set correctly. He told me he would give Ben an A+ which is a rare score given out by him. Thank you Ben. Great job.

They arrived on time, did not mess up the house in their travels, and performed a detailed and efficient audit throughout. I highly recommend BantamWesson for an energy audit.

    You have a great person working for you in Kevin. He arrived at my house because of a water leak in what I thought was one pipe near my furnace but because of his assessment he found it was two pipes. He kept me informed of what he was doing, where there may be difficulty and how he was going to get things fixed. When he had to go out and get parts he let me know why he was leaving and about how long he felt it would take to make the trip. Each time he talked to me had a smile on his face, he had all good things to say about his work and BantamWesson. He even complimented the people in my town! His work was done well, clean and he was extremely knowledgeable with his trade and just a wonderful person overall. He is a super asset to BantamWesson!

    Last week we had 20 windows installed. It took 4 days & David Gregg & his helper, Ray ? did a fabulous job!👍😃 They were very professional & a pleasure to meet. David carried 5 windows up a ladder by himself & installed them himself!!! Hercules!!😳😂 My husband & I just wanted to vote them employees of the year! Great job guys! You guys are winners! Your personalities & work ethics are impressive. We need more people like them in this world. We are very pleased with the new windows & I’m sure it will be a real good energy saver. They were very Polite and respectful to my home and property, taking the time to cover floors and clean up anything left behind.     Dave the Technician came to my house for the annual AC tune up. He was on time, friendly, detailed in his work and professional. Did a very good job and made sure that all of my questions were answered.     I have had Valiant for many years. Great service. Always on time. Oil is cheaper ifI buy 300 gallons in September. Our oil tank was leaking and the smell in the house was disgusting. I called them at 2 pm & someone was here by 4 pm to plug tank. New tank was installed quickly.it was POURING all day long the day they replaced tank. None of the guys complained. They were soaked. I felt so bad for them. Their attitude was “ no big deal”.Very professional crew. I’ve had bad service in the past & worth paying a little more for peace of mind.

    Oil delivery for a year without issues, quick install of a combi boiler in the cold last winter to get the heat back on was great and planning to switch to propane. Overall great experiences on deliveries, phone calls, install and one service check. Recommended

    Phil of BantamWesson came out on short notice to fix our water pump. We needed some parts that Phil didnt have on hand, so he called around and got someone to come and deliver them. Less than a half hour later and our water was back on again. We have used BantamWesson for our pumbling and HVAC needs for 3 years and counting - we would not use anyone else.

    Great same day service. Terrific technician. Knowledgeable, pleasant and informative. Knew what was going on with my furnace. Didn’t speak furnace talk but spoke in everyday language. I hope i get him all the time when i have a problem. Julie was a great help today too. She was helpful in rescheduling a technician and setting me up for an energy assessment. Great firm to deal with when I have a heating/cooling problem.

    I dont know how much weight my review should carry. I was a Bantam customer for a few years before the merger. I was really happy with the service I got from Bantam and aside from the automated telephone answering service, that isnt actually that bad, there appears to have no change to the high level of service I receive and have come to expect. I would and have recommend them as a Propane supplier. I have no experience with them as an oil supplier but if the service is from the same people it is great.

    Bantam responded promptly when we discovered a leak in the basement from a water pipe. Scott Wells came around and identified that leak came from the toilet, and very quickly installed a new toilet for us. He was very professional and a quick worker, and we are very pleased with the service that Bantam Wesson provided.

    Bantam Wesson did an extremely thorough job of inspecting NY house for energy deficiencies. They remediated where they could, sealing vent work and other gaps, replaced old incandescent light bulbs with LEDs and tested the house for air tightness. They also checked the HVAC systems for proper operations and efficiency. The recommendations they made for insulation and venting were relatively inexpensive and I contracted with them to perform the work.All told, a very positive and worthwhile experience. I would recommend that anyone who has not requested this service should definitely do so.
