OMG, I can not begin to say enough good things about the owner and his company Superior Septic. They are caring, professional, reasonable, ethical, and all those other great verbs that you would say good about a company. I called in a panic for service and they came in a hurry to assist. I would say to call these guys with all your septic and plumbing needs, no one else.

Such a great company! I had an urgent septic issue and found Superior Septic thru a quick google search. I called Haynes and he was able to come out same day despite his busy schedule. They did great work and fixed my issue in a timely fashion, even tho I had a few obstacles in the way. Haynes was honest and to the point and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Very fairly priced quality service. Highly recommend!

OMG talk about life saver!! In the process of a refinance and of course 5 days before closing I need additional septic service information. Haynes was TOP TIER!! He did not hesitate to assist despite this being such a last minute, urgent request right before the holidays! He was very helpful and professional. He even assisted by putting me in contact with another amazing company to have my water lab tested for my real estate transaction. I 100% recommend Haynes and Superior Septic for all septic needs. Haynes and his team where perfect for this job. We have an older home with an older septic system. They came out and completed the job in a very timely manner and was able to educate us on possible future upgrades. Haynes is very knowledgeable and I am not sure any other company would have handled this job as well. Bear and Scotty where also very professional and kept us informed with any updates. I would recommend giving these guys a call for any septic needs especially with older homes.

Had another company pump my septic tank and repair the inlet and outlet pipes of the tank. Was told my drain field lines were filled with roots and it needed replacing. I didnt have the funds to replace and a year later my system backed up. Called Superior and they were out on a Sunday and found that the inlet and outlet pipes were not installed at the proper height and were not level. They had the pipes back to how they should be and told me how to get rid of the roots along with how they can troubleshoot my drain field if ever needed and repair the section that wasnt working. The entire work they did was less than the previous company had charged. The price your told is the price you pay and that goes for pumping out the tank. The price Ive been quoted over the years for rental property I own has always gone over the quote. Not this company, I highly recommend giving Superior a call so you dont get screwed.

Don’t use anyone else. Haynes knows his stuff. I was adding on to my driveway and the concrete cover broke and he came out immediately the same day, worked until after dark to solve the issue quickly and professionally. He did everything as promised and at a great price. I highly recommend superior and will never use anyone else.

Haynes came out next day after we called. Had issues with water backing up into the house. He was able to pump the tank and install a service port for future service. Pricing was great didn’t feel like we over paid especially for the amount of work that was done. Will be using them in the future and definitely recommend them to anybody in need. I had multiple quotes from multiple different qualified companies to install my new septic system and to do the plumbing in my barn and I cannot think Haynes and his team enough they made everything extremely easy which is great for me since I am a small business owner as well And it was quite far and I was able to get in there and help the guys out with some of my equipment! And the best of all he was almost $5000 cheaper then multiple other quotes but yes he was also more expensive then some others but I am extremely glad with the choice that I made I would highly recommend superior septic to anyone and these guys worked until they got the job done which was 9:30 PM on Friday night just to make sure I could have my concrete poured Monday morning

Great service! Haynes and Shawn worked on our sewage pump after a poor job from our new house builder. They explained every detail, our options, and offered recommendations. He pumped our tank and made sure our setup was compliant with code. Haynes is quick to respond, honest, very professional and his attention to detail is exceptional. Update since my last review: I did some yard work and hit a buried electrical line that tied into our pump. Long story short I burnt out the pump. Haynes came out and fixed my mistake and did everything possible to avoid replacing the pump to save me money. When replacing the pump was the only option left he stayed until 10pm to get it replaced and running. He was extremely kind to my boys, who stood around watching, asking questions, offering assistance. He was honest in the costs and made sure we were taken care of. Haynes and his team are trustworthy and will be the only company we use for our septic going forward.Review from 2022:On a Friday night our septic alarm starting going off. Called Superior Septic and had someone come out the next morning. With an audience of three curious and inquisitive boys the guy working on our pump was super cool with our boys and fixed the issue quickly and explained what went wrong and gave advice on what needed to be done. I can not recommend and thank Superior Septic enough! I was put in a horrible position by my property management company for more than a week, but as soon as they gave the call to Superior Septic, I felt taken care of and I knew I could trust them to complete the job. After suffering two weeks with a litany of plumbing leaks, clogs, and back-ups, it all came to a head when my husband and I found ourselves digging out our septic line on Christmas Eve. We discovered that a length of old terracotta pipe that fed into our septic clean-out had collapsed, preventing anything from flowing out into the tank and leaving us wondering if we were going to have spend Christmas in a hotel. I called around to several plumbing and septic services to no avail, before landing on Superior Septic. Haynes responded right away and within a couple of hours, he and his friendly crew arrived and knew exactly what to do. In less than an hour, we were back up and running and I could not have been more relieved. Superior Septic saved Christmas!

Haynes is an expert at what he does and noticed the system was not operating at capacity due to a blockage in the leach field. I used Superior Septic to repair a massive sinkhole caused by a trash pit from when the house was built. I can’t say enough good things about Haynes (the owner) and the work they did. Haynes is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He answered all the questions we had and he made us feel comfortable with work that needed to be done. We also know that we won’t have this problem again because he did it the right way. He fit us into his busy schedule quickly and got the job done within a week of quoting the job. Absolutely outstanding! Narrowly escaped getting screwed but superior to the rescue! I’m selling a house and the buyer got a septic inspection from I won’t say who (but it starts with an R and ends with ay’s) and they were told the concrete components were broken and the outlet pipe was in bad condition. Cost of repair was $3,500. A second opinion from superior uncovered concrete components in perfect condition (saw with my own eyes this time) and it was explained to me the outlet was pvc which never goes bad. I had a perfectly fine septic tank. All I needed was a pump. Which I got. And a letter of certification that all was well. Thank you so much superior! I will be glad to use you again!

Absolutely fantastic company! We HAD to get our septic tank inspected and pumped to close on the house we sold. The previous company we used hadnt done their job properly when installing clean-outs. Superior Septic took photos and quoted us a great price to get it corrected. They got it done that day and got us the report by our deadline, while costing as much (including repairs and inspection) that another company quoted us just for a pump out. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I couldnt recommend them more!

I called because I was having extremely terrible issues with a new house that I moved into and the conditions were left for me to fix not knowing anything about these issues. Haynes didn’t give me any time To explain he came right out and identified the problems gave me an outstanding appropriate quote considering every single drain and pipe system in this home needed some kind of repair for a new install all together. I never waited for a call back he was always very attentive to my needs considering some may say I am a Karen.. I had all of the new systems in and the repairs executed with in a couple of days of my orders being placed as soon as he quoted me and I paid my invoice which was I believe the next day The work that could be repaired was done in hours he worked extremely diligently and professionally did not give me any hassle of my tremendous Pickiness or wanting to know everything he was doing and why he did not get annoyed he just explained it to me and assured me that I was not to worry that as soon as the job was done I would be more than happy with using my own home as I should have been able to with moving in however as terrible as the situation was if I wouldn’t have chosen this company to take care of my needs I’m not sure I would be as satisfied with the outcome. Superior Septic exceeded our expectations and we will not hesitate to call them again in the future!Our septic alarm went off at midnight so I called Superior Septic first thing the next morning. Haynes, the owner, promptly called me back, and came out to assess the problem. Turns out our septic pump needed to be replaced and he worked diligently to find one that day so we did not have to order one and wait 3 days. They worked in the dark that evening to get it installed, even finding some other issues with wiring and the alarm along the way, and took care of it all. We were very impressed with their service.

Clear, Fair, Fast, Integrity! Had my septic leaking in the back yard, called Haynes (the owner) as my second opinion. He quickly cut through the fluff and explain the best solution based on my septic’s age and location. He had his guys come out dig and assess the problem. Haynes came out himself to ensure his conclusions were right, and the job was done appropriately.Fast forward 2 months and it started leaking again. Called Haynes up and immediately got a response about coming to assess and ultimately solving the issue. Hanes was very professional, great service, very punctual.Work started on a Sunday, finished on Monday afternoon ( a day early!! Wasnt expected until Monday!!)County required 50 additional feet of field lines before we could begin construction on our addition. County wanted all new tanks and leech field moved to the back yard, she didnt feel there was adequate space at the head of the tank. Superman and his crew persuaded her that he could make it work (thus saving us a fortune of our meager budget).I was also impressed at the cleanup after work was completed, blowing off concrete sidewalk of excess dirt and dust!! Even after I told him I would be power washing the sidewalk the next day.Would highly recommend this company!! You wont go wrong!!Definitely will be using again!!! Hopefully for not the same reason!!! haha

He answered our emergency call at 9:30 p.m., as sewage was backing into the house - and did so while he and his crew were in the middle of also helping another customer (just the absolute best in real customer service and responsiveness). He is incredibly sharp, energetic, and decisive, and promptly tackled and fixed the problem. He also took the time to fully discuss the various issues, and made my wife and I extremely comfortable that we were in excellent hands. And as fantastic as all of that is, let me further brag on his tremendous integrity - the fix (for what was a major problem) actually turned out to be pretty simple; any unscrupulous contractor could have sought to take advantage of a bad situation and charged us thousands - thank God, however, that we were fortunate enough to find Haynes! Theres NOTHING worse than having backed-up plumbing. I was low on funds since Id just purchased my home, but couldnt live another day with a backed-up toilet! I got three estimates to Pump, Clean and replace my main line, which was infiltrated by tree roots. One guy from another plumbing company came to give an estimate, but never actually emailed the details, so I wrote him off as a flake. I then had to choose between Superior Septic and another company. Since the Owner actually came from Superior Septic and was super friendly and professional, I went with them!Superior Septic completed the job is about 2 hours. They did a clean, thorough job. They took care of everything, including having the gas company come mark the lines. The total cost was worth the stand up job.Overall, Superior Septic made a very stressful situation come to a pleasant and smooth conclusion... Thanks

My septic system alarm went off just after midnight on a Friday night. It was clear from the ear-piercing siren and what I was reading on the internet that we had a real emergency. I called the number of the septic service company printed on our alarm and several others boasting 24/7 service. Without satisfactory results, I called others into Saturday, one of which was Superior Septic.The owner, Haynes, promptly returned my call and said he could come by that evening after his other appointments. He did just that and quickly determined that my 20-year old pump had died. It was Monday before the pump could be ordered, but Haynes began that process first thing - like 6:30am. He actively moved things along (including working through some unexpected issues with our electrical) and kept me informed by text all the way through completion of the repair.At the end, a plumber/electrician friend reviewed everything, including the bill, and assured me that the work was quality and fairly priced.In short, I give Superior Plumbing a perfect 5 stars for quickly, fairly, and completely resolving my critical septic issue.

Haynes was here right on time. I had family coming and wouldnt you know it, the septic tank backed up into my house the day before. Yuck. Not only did Haynes personally answer the phone when I called, desperate, but they were here right when they said they would be. My tank was pumped in record time and he even identified a small problem which has been causing tank backups. I cannot say enough great things about this company! Haynes and his crew came out the morning after we called (late at night) after having some serious plumbing issues. He explained several options but ended up recommending that we take care of it ourselves by finding the plumbing leak inside the house before we do anything else. Superior Septic is one of the most trustworthy companies I have experienced in the last year. They began a renovation with us in January 2019 and stuck with us through the extended project. This past Saturday night we had an issue with sewage backing up in our showers and tubs. Superior Septic was here from 10-11 pm!! I texted them pictures and they came! We were going to have to stay at hotel, they identified the problem and cleared the lines so we could stay in our new home. I would recommend them to anyone. They are honest and professional. I am a broker/realtor and previous to dealing with Superior Septic, I had really not had much knowledge of septic systems. Most of my clients had been on city sewage. I called them and the owner answered the phone and spent about an hour (not lying), educating me about septic tanks and how I should handle the inspection during the due diligence period. He went to the prospective home that my buyer had under contract to purchase, which had an older type system, dug it up then replaced all of the original sod back in place. The sellers were amazed bc you could not even tell he had been there. Although there were no visible signs of issues on the field, there were definitely some issues inside the tank. My buyer would have had huge expenses had he not done the inspection and caught it. Not to mention, his fees were very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend his services!!! AAAAA+++!

Superior Septic = professional, reliable, honest, industry expert.I’ve owned this home for sixteen years and could never get a straight answer on what was wrong with my septic system. I found this company by chance on the web. Superior located and uncovered both tank covers [one was under the cement sidewalk 3 feet below] installed two access risers with no damage to property, emptied a 1,500-gallon tank, leveled the PVC baffle to increase flow and installed a new Tuf-Tite OEM filter in just a few hours. I live in a small sub-division and have begun recommending this company to all my neighbors. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!

Highly recommend. Came out first time within two days to check on the situation as I found a brown spot in the backyard and assumed drainfield might have a problem. Haynes confirmed we did have a problem and used his camera verifying tree roots clogging our drain field. He knew his business & educated us on the problem showing that drainpipe should not have sewerage in it to the tank. Had us contact county for septic drainfield platte & said he would be back to fix or replace the leach field and would wait to drain tank till he fixed the real problem. When Superior returned they were able to confirm we were using less than a third of our drainfield thanks to the builders careless planting of a leachfield around a huge gum tree. Able to fix the problem with a crossover to the other 2/3rds of our 29 year unused leach field & we are now back in business!!!! Thanks Superior for correct diagnosis & great service. Will see you again in 5 years.

Did initial evaluation of septic system before we purchased home. A week after we moved in had septic back up into house at 10 PM on a rainy Saturday night. Owner and one of his techs came out at 10:30PM in the rain to troubleshoot problem and fix it! And the issue was not even septic related, construction crew did not blow out debris in drain lines and it blocked the cleanout area from house to septic system.
