Timothy replaced quite a bit of my pvc drain pipes as well as the pipe out to my septic tank. He provided great guidance at a great price. He and Tony knocked out all the work in a timely fashion and have thankfully resolved the issues I was having in my older home. Both men were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. As can always be expected, a few additional challenges arose and Timothy quoted extremely fair prices to resolve these problems same day. These guys are great!

This is gonna sound weird, but they never did work for me. I can do a lot of work on my own. I woke up one morning with a flooded basement. I did not know how to diagnose a water heater, but I did know how to replace one. They called me instantly back gave me good advice almost like you called a friend. Y’all use them, good people.

I had an outdoor faucet that had been broken off and was pouring water. There was no cutoff valve for the faucet so I had to shut off the main water valve to the house. I called Saving Grace Plumbing and told Timothy my situation. They were very responsive. Within a couple of hours Timothy and Myles were at my house fixing the problem. They installed a new faucet and also a cutoff valve. I could not be more pleased with their promptness and the quality of their work. I thought the price was very reasonable also.I highly recommend!

We bought a house with roughed in basement plumbing and flooring… nothing else but a hole in the wall for a shower. We got two other quotes that were astronomical and were beginning to think that a working class family just can’t afford to finish a bathroom. Saving Grace was recommended and the name piqued my interest! Timothy came out quick, gave us a fair quote (thousands less than one of the leading big plumbers in the are), began work a week later and finished on time. He even brought his kids along to show them how to big a project and run a business. WOW!! He was professional, courteous, down to earth, and used none of the crazy upcharging that people have come to fear from plumbers. He even gave me a referral for an HVAC guy who came out the next business day and gave me the same treatment! I’ll be using Saving Grace for all my plumbing needs!!! You should too!

I could not be happier with the service and work by this company. I had a complicated plumbing issue which made doing laundry very cumbersome. Not only were they thorough, spending as much time as needed to get to the root of the problem, but they always had a great, friendly, professional attitude and took time to explain what was going on. I have had occasion to use Saving Grace several times over the last few years for my rental properties and my own home. Guyver (owner) has always been very responsive, reasonably priced, and the quality of the work was top notch. Most importantly, he is honest and I know I can trust what he says.Yesterday, one of my tenants called and reported an A/C issue (not working at all). I called Guyver and although it was mid-afternoon, he still made arrangements to get out to the house same day. He was able to repair the system while he was there. He could have sold me most anything as I am not an A/C expert and I would not have known any differently but because I have used Guyver several times in the past, I know I can trust what he says. It turned out to only be a minor issue.I recently had to have a water heater and 2 toilets replaced in one of my rental properties. Guyver did a great job and the job was very reasonably priced. The turn around time was also faster than I expected.I had a slow drainage issue in the kitchen of one of my rental properties. I called Guyver and he was able to go out the next day. There was also a venting issue with the furnace and water heater that could have been disastrous if not repaired soon. Guyver was able to have it repaired quickly and for a reasonable price.Guyver is always my first call whenever I have a plumbing or A/C issue in any of the properties that I own.
