Called on Monday morning and they sent someone over that afternoon. Great communication, got a text and a call from the guy that came. He was quick and efficient, even tightened a loose faucet that was completely unrelated to the job. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again

We had a water heater that went bad, and the response time was fantastic. I was given initial help over the phone (on a weekend, because water heaters dont seem to go during standard work hours). There was no charge for the help over the phone, and then an appointment was made to come out... very quickly. The estimate was free, and then the work was scheduled and completed very fast. More importantly, the job was done incredibly well. Kind, professional, courteous... oh, and the final cost was $170 LESS than the estimate. (When does that happen?) I highly recommend Russell Richardson!

Our water heater made a weird noise and had a burning smell. We had an idea that one of the components went bad on it, due to an error message. We called Russell Richardson in Canton, CT after reading great reviews. He responded to the call and came to diagnose and fix the issue the same day. The service was quick, thorough, and professional. We now have a working water heater. I highly recommend plumbing services from them! You cant miss their signature red vans that drives around in the Farmington River Valley area!

Russ Richardson Plumbing coordinated with my building contractors to remove/reinstall my existing Water Heater (they previously installed that too), and remove/replace my old heating system. They suggested a system for me based on my needs and usage. I couldnt be happier with the quality of work and professionalism. The new system has been so much more efficient that it paid for itself in less than two years compared to what I spent monthly on my old one.
