I used this company to remove the water line for my sprinkler system and cap it. They arrived on time, did the work in a timely manner. He was very friendly and informative while answering my questions. There prices were so much better than other companies for the same work. I would definitely use this company again.

Tom came to my home 8:30 in the evening, He Explained everything to me in a very professional manner.He takes his job very seriously and cares about the customer.His mother who answers the phone is probably one of the most polite and friendly people I have Ever dealt with.I would Recommend Tom for all your pluming needs!

The people from Preventative Backflow were very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable while explaining the whole process and purpose of water back flow testing. They helped schedule me in for a test extremely quickly, the back flow test itself was extremely quick, and they uploaded the test results online extremely quickly, so thanks again to everyone here for making the city-mandated testing as smooth of a process as possible!

Got a note from township to have sprinkler backflow tested and report needs to be uploaded to a web site. Called a few contractors and Preventative Backflow gave the best quote. Tom arrived on time and had the system tested in 15 min. He uploaded the report right away. Very satisfied with the service.

We have owned our home for 7 years and I started to notice the water pressure decreased over time. It was not the worst but it was pretty lame. Washing my hair and getting all the shampoo & conditioner out took forever and was pretty annoying to say the least. Tom was great he came out and addressed all the issues I had and was very informative to my plumbing questions. I look forward to using my shower again. Thanks Tom!

Absolutely recommend for any plumbing needs . We had a plumbing issue in our new house so we called and they were able to send someone out fast . Tom explained to us the issues and was able to fix it fast they didn’t over charge like most companies . I highly recommend this business to anyone who is having plumbing issues . Had preventative backflow come out to fix a major clog in our kitchen sink. Being a new home owner, I dont have a lot of extra money when issues like this come up.Tom was able to correct the issue without over charging me. He also fixed it without tearing up my house, which I really appreciate.I would definitely call preventative backflow for any future plumbing issues, and I recommend them to anyone in the area.

Had a clog in my main sewer line. I called another company out before calling Preventative backflow, and they did nothing and just said I had a broken pipe. I called preventative backflow out for a second opinion the plumber came out right away, and snaked my drain. It opened right up, then he camera the pipe to see if there was anything wrong. No breaks were found in the in the line at all. This company is very honest, and very knowledgeable. I will be using them again.

My hot water tank died and started to leak. Called Tom and he came right out. Got the job down quickly. Did not over charge.I will be having him out to replace my outside water spickets in the next couple of weeks.
