Let me tell you it wasn’t just talk everything went and worked the way Frank said it would. He even went way beyond the extra mile and cleaned a tub and shower for us as I’m disabled with kidney issues and can’t breathe to clean the area but he took care of business. You don’t just get a great group of personable people, you get great work along with it! I have a huge appreciation for the fact that they got my leak fixed the same day I called. Justin is the best!! I had a massive leak under my house. Justin did not hesitate to get under the house and fix the burst pipe all while laying in a 4ft pool of water while it was 40 degrees outside!! From Chloe at dispatch and Joe the Journeyman estimator to Dustin the very experienced and proficient plumber who put in the work, everyone was responsive and showed the sort of great customer service that I was starting to believe was lost to the past. After the plumber I had been using retired (an old school journeyman), I have been trying different plumbers for various residential work with hopes of finding the one that I could trust to be responsive and proficient. Lets just say that some others out there made things worse and let me tell you; basement flooding is not a great experience. Dustins dedication to fixing the list of plumbing issues that I had collected over the past few months was very impressive. I have found my go to plumbing company. Thank you, team.

I had a leaking pipe in my ceiling and the Dynamic Duo were dispatched and we were just blown away by these guys. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and work ethic was through the roof!!! These guys went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty!!! I can tell these guys really take pride in their work, and they even went out of their way to inspect basically the entire house when they finished the original issue!! I cannot think of a better service I’ve had in nearly 30 years of home ownership than Plumber Now & Unc Randy….We had a pretty major issue with a 2nd floor bath drain leak that was causing damage to the ceiling below. I called Unc Randy and he connected me with Justin… who provided a specific date & time they would arrive. Another Justin showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue and got to work.I can’t tell you how relieved we were when Justin (2) explained the issue, walked us through what he was going to do and kept us informed along the way. He fixed the leak… saving us from potentially significant damage to our home. And he left the jobsite (bathroom/garage/etc) as clean as it’s ever been.So if you are looking for an honest, affordable and technically proficient plumbing repair company - call these guys! Just awesome and we’re glad we found Unc Randy & Justin…

Dustin, our plumber was outstanding. VERY courteous, VERY professional, VERY genuine guy, knew his stuff, was in and out in a little over 2 hours and he was VERY informative in telling me what my current setup was doing (and not doing), how inept some of the piping and gadgets mixed into that piping was and that it was outdated and needed to be replaced to code. He ripped it all out and gave us a new setup with a brand new water heater, copper pipes and tested everything and made sure to tell me how everything works now and showed me how to turn the water off and relight the pilot should it ever go out.Chloe at the office was also VERY courteous and professional and a huge pleasure to speak with. I called them late in the morning on 10/8/2024 about replacing a Hot Water Heater and Phil returned my call within a minute or two. He was great to talk to and very knowledgeable. They offered an excellent price and I paid exactly what I was quoted. Phil said the Plumber would be over in the evening and this was for Hall County more specifically Flowery Branch, GA. Justin arrived at our front door and was taken to the hot water heater in the basement and immediately got to work. This was for my Moms house and I replaced my own hot water heater about 6 months ago at my own house, so I was surprised to see just one person there for the replacement, but Justin was more than enough for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable and a very hard working while being incredibly friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had. I was very impressed with Justin as a person and a plumber! Justin did an excellent and quick job and I will be using Plumber Now for my future plumber needs. If you want excellent service for a great price I totally recommend this company. They talked his ear off and he was nothing but kind and responsive. He even took extra time before he left to use his “special tape” to create a little something my son requested. My son sent him with some beloved legos because that’s what he does with friends. I am so impressed and so grateful- a working sink and happy kids who were valued. I had a great experience with this service and my technician Chase. After the shower malfunctioned in our home and refused to turn off, we were forced to stop the main water to the house. Luckily, we were able to get a quick response and Chase came out to resolve the issue. He had a great attitude and was incredibly respectful. Our issue ended up being more in depth than it appeared and he took it in stride. It is not too often that I encounter maintenance providers that are willing to do more and be thorough rather than just finish the job. We have been having issues with a leaky or broke main water pipe that was causing literally our front driveway and sidewalk way to pull up as if a little river was there we also have begin to lose pressure and our faucets and toilets inside our home after dealing with a few other repair services we were blessed to meet Dustin and Kevin who came out and handled our issue with such professionalism they did the job and a timely fashion and matter and when we did mention that we didnt have normal pressure in our home they came back out and adjusted the pressure and accommodated any other concerns that I might have had. A MUST READ!!! Okay everyone this Review is one for the books… My technician Frank deserves a month long vacation!!! The pipes in my house were clogged sooooo bad that the toilet was making a gurgling sound so loud that I thought an animal was coming through the pipes. I just moved to this beautiful home and there was so much stuff backed up: cloths, tampons, wipes and roots… Even though I was his last job of the day on a Friday and a snag that couldn’t come out even if there were 5 men to help, he wouldn’t give up. He came in the afternoon and didn’t go home until after the street lights and darkness came out! He made sure I was totally taken care of. Dustin came out a month or so ago for a leaking water heater. Theorized some potential fixes, applied them before trying to replace a fairly new water heater to see if it was something easy. Went above and beyond andr eplaced a faulty pressure valve at our main water line as well, along with turning down the pressure as it was much too high. Gave me some easy instructions to confirm if the fix worked or not. If it didnt after a certain amount of time to reach out and they would get it replaced. Now today after putting the request in, 24 hours later he is back onsite right on time, and is fixing the problem as we speak! Will definitely be using Plumber Now in the future!

They were a huge help finding and fixing all my problems in a timely manner. They Replaced the complete water main in no time and did a good job fixing my yard after they were done.
