    We recently had James and Carlos from My Georgia Plumber install two new faucets after removing our old ones. Their professionalism and courteous demeanor were outstanding, and they went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning up all debris from the job.The removal process was particularly challenging due to corroded parts on one of the faucets, but James worked miracles to resolve the issue. I honestly don’t know how he managed it, but he did—and the results were flawless.I wholeheartedly recommend My Georgia Plumber for any plumbing needs. They truly exceeded our expectations!

    Mike was awesome. The job was complete in no time.. The only problem I have is someone relieved themselves in my master bathroom & did not bother to flush nor put the toilet seat down. A common courtesy to ask first would be nice.

    I had a great experience with My Ga Plumber. I called on a Mon AM with water on the floor but couldnt find the source. Santos came over by 3 PM and got the issue resolved. I appreciate that he listened to me about what I had eliminated as the source. I had been working on the water Sum PM and Mon so he didnt waste a lot of time repeating steps.

    Georgia Plumber was very professional. Starting from the initial service request until the job was complete. James was my technician. He arrived on time and he sent me a courtesy text to give me notice that he was on his way. James assessed my issue and quickly determine that I had an sewer ejector failure. All transactions was done through the main office. Georgia Plumber prices was reasonable compared to other estimates that I received. James returned to actually repair the issue a few days later. I will definitely use Georgia Plumber again.

    Brandon Flannigan was the technician that came to the house yesterday to check our leaking water heater. He was very thorough with his inspection and provided a lot of information and options for quotes to complete the work. He was very patient with all of our questions and when he replaced the part that was an immediate need, he worked quickly and efficiently. We joined as members of My Georgia Plumber and are looking into doing a full water heater replacement in the future. I would highly recommend Brandon Flannigan as a technician. He was our first interaction with the company and made it a good experience.

    I was very impressed with My Georgia Plumber. Had a main line water leak, they came out to inspect it the same day. Scheduled my repair for the next day, and had the repair completed in exactly the window they told me they would.Santos was an amazing Crew Lead. He was very communicative and was able to avoid cutting any concrete. The route he had to take to reconnect the pipes happened to go through the middle of my lawn - but given the circumstances, the crew was able to patch it back together as good as could have been done. Their clean-up after-the-fact was very good too.Price seemed reasonable relative to others that have had the same type of work in my neighborhood. But it was definitely worth the price and the quick time of the repair. So long as the billing all goes through smoothly... I cant think of anything else that could have gone better.Thanks, Santos!

    Their prices are high but good service. Most plumbing companies will waive their dispatch fee if you agree to the work they don’t. It wasn’t an emergency call or a weekend and they still charged over $200 to change a PVC pipe from a leaky sink.

    My Georgia Plumber did some work for me last year and when I had a home warranty call this year I specifically asked for them. I was scheduled the day after I called and received a text message that evening to confirm the time that they will be coming the next day.My plumber was actually early. Scheduled between 1 and 3 he showed up at 1245. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set about to repair it.Because my house is 50+ yrs old, it had a lead pipe and CJ had some questions for his supervisor to confirm he was doing everything right. He kept me updated throughout the repair and explained he was calling his supervisor because hes not as familiar with the style of lead pipe. I appreciated that he knew when to make a call.Just a note on the 1 star home warranty reviews- keep in mind that the home warranty company approves or denies the coverage, not the plumber. So all the one stars here because your issue got denied- go give your home warranty contract a read or go and give them a 1 star, not My Georgia Plumber.

    My Georgia Plumber was contracted by my home warranty company to address an issue with a leak in our garage ceiling. As soon as the warranty company let us know what vendor was coming out we were immediately contacted by My Georgia Plumber. They are very professional, courteous and on top of everything! We were informed as to when our 2 hour window would be, as well as their policies and a photo of the technician that would be showing up. We were also notified the prior evening by both text and email to remind us. The morning of the appointment we got a call asking if the tech could come early since his previous appointment did not take as long as anticipated. The young man that arrived was professional, courteous and explained in detail what the problem was. He also told us what the cost would be if the warranty company refused the claim. He sent them the info along with pictures and waited for the response. Of course if they had declined we would have had no choice but to have it fixed anyway.I truly hope the warranty company continues their contract with this company!

Santos Quina , the technician who came to our home to assess the problem was very polite, respectful of our property and very informative. This company then followed up with texts, phone calls and emails. And the best part is they saved us thousands over the estimate we received from another company. Today Mike Derrico and his team came to complete the process of fixing our problem with our sewer line. Again the company informed us of when he was coming. He did an excellent job, explaining everything that was done. Our property was left clean and the team very friendly and respectful. My Georgia Plumber then followed up to be sure we were completely satisfied. I havent had service like this from anyone in years. Well done.

    Dan W and his apprentice came out in response to my home warranty claim regarding my failed sewage ejector pump. There was a scheduling mix-up (caused by my home warranty, NOT the fault of My Georgia Plumber) but they were able to iron it out for me. I received a text the night before advising me of the 4 hour arrival window, and I got a text morning of with live GPS location and live ETA. Ther arrived precisely when expected. The home warranty wound up not covering my issue, but Dan was so helpful. He explained my options, gave me a realistic quote, managed my expectations perfectly and I never felt pressured. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I learned a ton and got my problem solved same day at a reasonable price. I highly recommend My Georgia Plumber and ask for Dan. It took them 4 hours and I have 4 minor holes to repair in the walls. I say it was a success other than now I need someone to repair my holes and I paid My Plumber a total of approx $10k for leaks that could have been fixed correctly the first time.

    Santos from My Georgia Plumber was a AMAZING! I discovered my leak a couple days before Labor Day weekend. I called another plumber first. The other plumber tried to rip me off with a $6800 estimate for replacing the water line from the meter thru the foundation into the house. My response: HECK NO!! I called MGP, they sent Santos, he was competent, gave me a reasonable estimate on the spot, rolled up his sleeves, and finished the repair in 1 hour for $750! Great service & value.
