They were working with us thru AHS. They tried to give us a timely appt. Although we never had an in home appt, we decided to just talk things thru over the phone to save time and money and they looked at pics of the water heater thru text messages and they gave an estimate of things that would not be covered thru AHS. We did not go ahead and use them for the repairs, but they were very nice and like I said they did offer an appt. In a timely manner if we had decided to go ahead with any repairs. Very easy to get along with, sorry that that I have a horrible home warranty.

Of course I had a busted water pipe because of the recent freeze. I submitted a claim with my home warranty company and they dispatched Lanhams. I had a scheduled appointment for a day that did not work for my work schedule but I received a phone call asking if I could move my appointment to the current day. The professionalism from the initial phone call all the way to the service technicians was more than 5 star worthy. If I have any further issues with anything else in my house that I cannot fix myself, I will be calling this company, even if I was not able to get everything fixed the same day (not their fault, stupid home warranty is a waste of money). Keep up the good work and thank you techs for the honesty.

The two young men who came and replaced my faucets, not only replaced my worn out kitchen faucet with a very efficient one but a beautiful one beyond my expectations. The bathroom faucet started dripping all by itself and could not locate part to fix it so we replaced it. They apologized for the faucet not being fancy as the one I had, I told them as long as it works and doesn’t cost me extra on my water bill I’m fine with it’s looks. I use AHS because my husband is getting older and unable to do repairs.Thankfully it didn’t cost a bundle and we are very pleased with the service.

Couldn’t use our washer or toilets and had a awful sewer smell coming from most of the pipes because the pipes were clogged due to roots from a tree. They was the only ones that would take this emergency call and came a couple of hours later. The person that came to help me was Justus and he was SUPER professional and kind and the rate was reasonably priced. They let me know what they could do for me to help resolve this issue so I don’t have to deal with it in the future and I couldn’t have been more pleased with this service. I will forever use this company!!!

Contracted their services for a Tankless Water Heater replacement. We had just purchased a new home and the previous owners did not do the yearly maintenance necessary and so it was time for a new one. I did my research and found a Rinnai that I liked. Lanhams Plumbing gave me a quote, and not only was it reasonable, it was one third of the price that a big company had quoted. Install went great and fast. It was an easy experience, they knew exactly how to install my unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone. You wont be disappointed. I look forward to hiring them again.

The pros at Lanham plumbing found an issue that I had with my Water Heater. After using American Home Shield since 2021 and having four or five plumbers from AHS, Lanham was the only plumbers that found the problem and were very helpful in getting it resolved. All I can say is WOW!! Thank you so much Jimmy for coming and helping us at the drop of a dime. I called him today and requested a quote. I called him back not even 15 minutes later and by another 15 minutes he was at my home and starting repairs. Granted, he was already going to be passing by my location but again, WOW!! The stars lined up for me today. I had a clog in a drain which he was able to clear. He was also able to find our other run off line. The whole ordeal was remedied in less than an hour. He was very informative and answered all the questions I had. He gave great tips and advice on what we can do in between visits and maintenance. 20/10! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thank you so much for making my random phone call a top priority.
