We have used Elephant Plumbing for a number of minor issues in our home, but I recently had the pleasure of working with them to address a serious slab leak, and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. The team had to tunnel under the foundation to repair the leak, which sounded daunting at first, but they handled the job with utmost professionalism and efficiency.From the moment I contacted Elephant Plumbing, their responsiveness was impressive. They inspected the entirety of my home and performed a pressure test to determine the location of the leak. The communication throughout the process was excellent; they kept me informed at every step and patiently answered all my questions.The plumbers and excavation team arrived on time and were well-prepared for the complex task. The team was courteous and respectful of my property, ensuring that the work area was clean and tidy upon completion.In terms of pricing, Elephant Plumbing offered a fair and transparent rate for their services. Given the complexity of tunneling under the foundation, I expected a higher cost, but their pricing was extremely reasonable and competitive.Overall, my experience with Elephant Plumbing was overwhelmingly positive. We had our under-slab sewer line replaced, hot water re-routed through the attic, utility room moved, grinder pump installed, hot water heater and two toilets replaced by Elephant Plumbing. We were especially impressed with the level of knowledge his team demonstrated. I wasnt sure who to call for adding an rv septic hookup. Elephant Plumbing was recommended by the septic company we used. My wife and I are very happy we called them. Clay was very prompt to answer the phone. He sent out Austin to assess what we needed and give us a quote. We immediately felt relaxed with Austins demeanor. He is the type of person you could sit on the porch, drinking tea, and chatting about life. Anyway, Austin was able to quickly give us two options, one higher cost and one lower cost. I liked having two options. No plumbing job is cheap but I feel like the prices quoted were reasonable due to the labor involved. In the end, we went with the cheaper option of an above ground access right at the septic pipe of the house. Austin was able to return in the next few days to actually do the job. He did an excellent job and even covered up the area, that was previously dug out, with dirt. We use a macerator pump to empty the rv tanks. This is hooked up to a garden hose that is connected directly to the pipe connection that Austin put in. It has been several weeks and the hook up is working exactly as hoped for. You can tell the work done was good quality. Very happy with Elephant Plumbing and I definitely plan to use them in the future.

Clay and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and prompt. They came out earlier than they original told me, and got right to work. They tried multiple times to unclog our main sewer line, but ultimately, had to dig it up and repair it, as well as adding the correct clean outs which were not installed correctly by the original plumber who built the house. Clay and his team were professional, kept me informed throughout the process, and cleaned up after they were done. No question Elephant Plumbing is our go to plumber going forward.

After the awful snowstorm and below temps during the week of 02/15-02/19/2021, our pipes froze up and we were sure we had a break in them somewhere when we couldnt get hot water to the house. I called Clay with Elephant Plumbing and he was so polite and courtesy on the phone. This was a Tuesday and he said he probably wouldnt be able to get to us until Thursday. As luck would have it, he found time for us on Wednesday. They came out to the house, discovered NO breaks in our lines and did a complete and thorough flush of our system - VOILA, hot water was restored to the farm! The value of this service and the charge matched. We will definitely call on Clay whenever we need anything in the future. Definitely call him if you need anything, and rest easy that hes not going to charge you an arm and a leg for something you dont even need.

Elephant plumbing worked us into their schedule to come and fix a faucet. We had a house full of company and when I tried to unclog the water line, the shut off valve wouldnt shut off. I had to turn the water off the house! I was able to get the water line connected back, but the water was just a trickle. They came the next day and had it fixed in no time. I have used them for another major pump fix, and they corrected the job from a previous fix as well as diagnosed a drainage issue I was having. They are very thorough and professional.
