I used Phillip Smith Contracting on a project this last week and they exceeded my expectations. They were there on time with the right equipment and completed a difficult project in record time. Scope was tank removal and replacement and concrete work at a Hospital Emergency room entrance. They took great care to insure that there were no interruptions in the Hospital activities, came with the correct equipment and left the site cleaned up. I would highly recommend. -
