Pedro and his crew patched up almost a decades worth of neglect, repaired windows, cleaned gutters and painted the exterior all within a short period and with minimal inconvenience. Pedro and his crew did a wonderful job replacing our worn cedar board & batten siding with new cement board & batten siding. They replaced & painted the siding, repaired & painted trim, power washed more than the required area, cleaned the gutters and repaired squirrel damage. Great work, great quality. The crew cleaned up after themselves. Pedro was very quick to respond to questions and requests. The project was completed quickly and professionally. We will definitely use PLB for future projects.

Pedro and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job on our house in Canton. Tons of sheetrock repair, where they did such a great job that you cannot see the repairs, all 3 floors repainted, two porches re-screened, a bunch of ceiling fans replaced and a ton of other miscellaneous stuff before we can move in.If you’re looking for someone who is very knowledgeable about everything interior and exterior about a house, Pedro and crew are who you’re looking for. We are also having Pedro install new gutters and a bit of metal roofing.I will gladly be working with Pedro for all of our future house work, he is the real deal, *highly* recommended. 👍

I only gave PLB five stars because 10 wasnt an option! Pedro and his crew painted the exterior of my house, trim, and decking. I was nervous during the process because its so many choices. Now that theyve finished I can say honestly my house looks better than I dreamed. We will be having him back for our future needs as well.

Pedro and his staff did an incredible job on our house. We had extensive wood damage as well as leaky gutters. The damaged wood was replaced with PVC and matched perfectly with the existing wood. The gutters no longer leak. Pedro then painted our house above and beyond our expectations. Would highly suggest using his services. All for a very reasonable price.

I found Pedro’s company on google, I needed someone that could fix a squeaky floor. He came to check it out and within 2 days him and his guys were at my house working on it. Pedro recently came to my home to fix some shingles on our roof. He was very responsive, and educated me on what to think about when seeing issues on my roof. He even went and bought the shingles himself to be ready for the job, and left the extras with me. He showed up on time, and even gave me suggestions on future projects. If you need something done at your home, Pedro at PLB is a guy you should call. They fixed my gutter issues, replaced and painted rotted fascia, re-caulked my shower, and pressure washed my driveway. His crew were polite and clean. Fair pricing.He will basically do everything but plumbing and electrical.My wife is compiling a list of future projects!Only negative is he’s always booked out 6 or so weeks to do the job so get on his list early!I highly recommend PLB.

I contacted Pedro and hired his company after reading the reviews of happy customers here on Google. I needed various handyman stuff done like fixing / replacing / re-routing gutters, fixing some doors and replacing a rotten door frame. Pedro came out on a Saturday and gave me an estimate that was fair and well priced. I told him I wanted to hire him and he made me aware of his lead time being several weeks out. Surprisingly he was able to fit me in sooner than he anticipated and got the work done today per the quoted estimate within 2 weeks from my estimate. He and his team did a great job, cleaned up well and we are really pleased with everything. He is now my go-to handyman for things I cant or dont want to tackle. I like Pedros honesty and pointing out how certain things may not have been done correctly on my house (leading to some of the problems he was there to fix) and he educated me on why it was wrong and the way to do it right. Good help is hard to find. You wont be sorry if you hire Pedro and the PLB Handyman team! Thanks again Pedro!

My husband and I bought our house in November and the previous owners didn’t do much to keep up with it, unfortunately. With that being said, we’ve had a lot of company’s in and out fixing things/working on projects and Pedro and his team are by far our favorite. We first hired Pedro to clean our gutters in December and he was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful so we decided to use his services again to replace our gutters and wood rot. I will honestly recommend Pedro and his team to everyone. He is an honest man with honest pricing and truly looks out for his customers best interest. Pedros team was also very nice and extremely skilled. In the last few days Pedro and his team replaced our gutters, exterior wood rot, and painted all of our exterior window trim and they did an excellent job. They even did an amazing job cleaning up after everything was complete, which was awesome! I had recently found out that my gutter’s downspout had broken a retaining bracket. With hurricane Sally looming and could dump inches of rain in the next few days, I thought I would try to find someone to repair the downspout. Realistically, I didn’t think I could get it done in time but imagine my surprise when I call PLB Handyman Services and they worked me in at the last minute.Pedro and his crew arrived exactly when he said he would. He quickly gained my trust by his friendly and professional nature. The job was finished within minutes. I couldn’t believe the efficiency of the crew. The price I was charged for the work was extremely reasonable.I could not recommend PLB Handyman Services more. They have won all of my future business when I need a Handyman. In fact while Pedro was here, he looked at some Sheetrock repair I need and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Pedro and his staff were incredibly knowledgeable,skilled, professional, courteous and accommodating! We just moved into the area and my wife contacted Pedro to move into place and assemble some very complex pieces of furniture. The job was much more involved than my wife had anticipated and required more manpower (carrying large heavy boxes from the garage to rooms upstairs in preparation for assembly), time and coordination than initially expected. Though the work was much more effort than originally presented, Mr. Pedro worked with us to ensure that everything was completed with excellence and at a fair price so that my family could be comfortable in our new home. We will definitely refer Mr. Pedro to our friends and family, and plan on using his services next time the opportunity arises.

Pedro just did some exterior work (replace rotten wood and paint trim) on my home in Ball Ground. His pricing was extremely fair and his work was excellent. Not to mention they took the time to completely clean up after the project. I have several small/medium projects I want to do at my house, and Pedro will no doubt be the person I hire to do them now that I have seen his quality of work. We discussed replacing my front door and sidelights while he was onsite, and he was telling me the my options to help me save money. Most contractors aren’t that honest. Very honest. We found Pedro through a friend who raves about his work. We had several areas of our roof soffit and fascia that were rotted and needed repairing. We also had Pedro and his team clean our gutters and install the gutter guards. He was very fairly priced, timely to respond and sent over nice, organized estimates. He will also text with you, which is very helpful when trying to work and schedule repairs! Huge plus. Let me get right to the point, if you have wood Windows you already have wood rot or will have in the near future. I came across PLB Handyman Services LLC and called them to discuss the rot on my windows. Pedro came to my house a couple days later and looked at the work that needed to be done. He gave me an estimate on the spot and set me up with a date they could begin the work.They arrived on a Friday morning and completed the job Saturday afternoon. I have to say its very rare to be completely satisfied with a contractor, Pedro and his guys did a fantastic job and knew what they were doing. They provided outstanding quality work at a fair price, I cant recommend them highly enough and will be my first choice if their services are needed again in the future. Thanks Pedro!

I needed my house painted and some other repairs to the exterior of my house, including some siding replacement, window trim repairs, and the replacement of a set of exterior double doors to my back deck. I met with several local firms to get proposals for this work and after reviewing quotes decided to let PLB Handyman Services do the work. The choice was not on price alone but that was a major consideration and PLB was the most competitive price. After meeting again with Pedro to discuss schedule and details we agreed that work would begin in about 6 weeks and we agreed on a specific date. In about 5 weeks Pedro confirmed he was still planning to start on the date we agreed to. Pedro and his crew showed up as planned and worked diligently and completed the work in one week. All work was completed to my satisfaction, the work was well done and I would not hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to others.

Overall an excellent experience. Pedro called me within 10 minutes of me submitting the work overview with an aggregator. He was at my house the next day and handed me the estimate before he left. When I saw the price I thought he forgot to add labor to the total. But no, his price was over 60% less than the next lowest bid.The night before the work was to start, Pedro texted me to let me know what time he would be there. HE ARRIVED 5 MINUTES EARLY AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. He and his crew worked thoroughly and even in this heat without breaks. I have a background in construction and knew the project could go terribly wrong in the hands of someone who did not know what they were doing. Once the behind-the-wall problems were fixed, I was yet again extremely pleased in how Pedro and his team approached and executed the fit and finish of the Hardy board and composite trim. I think it’s even better than the original construction.On his way out, he mentioned an issue that bluntly I hadn’t seen but would cause significant damage to the frame of my house. I texted him for an estimate and we have an appointment next week. No need to ask for anyone else to come out.

Overhead fans with remotes were installed; windows repaired and sills re-done and painted; standard blinds removed and new ones added; custom screens were made and installed on various windows; drywall was repaired and installed; ceilings were painted and re-caulked; walls were painted; hall lighting was removed and new fixtures installed; vent covers were repaired and fixed to walls; a gutter and downspout were re-joined and cleaned (a recent gutter cleaning service had missed this), among other items. Also, and very importantly, they left our house and yard spotless. In Spring, we will continue with outdoor projects. We are demanding clients and Pedro and his team met our high expectations.We recommend Pedro, his company (PLB Handyman Services LLC), and his team without reservation.

Pedro actually removed a top portion of the door jam, changed out my hinge nails AND added another nail as he said the metal door needed extra support. Its been over 2 months & its Heavenly opening my door without having to use Super human strength to get outside.
