    Absolutely fantastic work! They redid my roof, shutters, 6 inch gutters, and spouting last fall (2023) and a year later it has been great!! Also had leaf protection installed on the house and barn gutters and it is a quality heavy duty product that works amazingly. They were extremely professional, and protected my house, landscaping, and lawn. There have been zero issues with any work performed and it looks like the day they installed everything! We live in the woods and we’ve gotten several very strong windstorms and nothing has come unsecured or been damaged! They are a top quality business and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of work done on or in their home. They will do the work the right way and not cut corners.

    I contacted ATM because they were recommended by a friend. They did not disappoint. John P. was very thorough with his estimate and walked us through the entire process. Everyone at ATM, including the owners Tom and Adam made sure that the process went smooth. Jessica who collected our payment was great to work with and very accommodating. When it’s your home you always want quality! They did not cut any corners and delivered a final product that I am extremely happy with. Thanks ATM!

    After a storm knocked down three trees into our house, we decided to not only replace the broken window, but ALL the windows in our house!! ATM contracting took care of all of our insurance repairs with professionalism and promptness. This review however is about their window installation which was STELLAR!! Our new vinyl windows were installed in two afternoons, no mess, no problems, just perfect work! Our windows were the same from when the house was built and many of the cranks were broken. The new windows are double pane vinyl, and were made specific to our windows measurements - oh, and they open like a dream!! My wife and I say every single day “Thank god we have new windows!”Tom and his brother were wonderful to work with, and Jessica in the office was so helpful with all of the invoices.Thank you SO MUCH!! Could not recommend any higher!!

    I would like to share my experience with ATM Construction, LLC. I was introduced to this company in April 2024 due to my neighbor’s tree falling on my property, destroying my shed, fence and leaving debris throughout my yard.Tom Prince came out and was very professional, informed and compassionate. Though I have insurance, I was immediately told by an adjuster that only a fraction of the repairs would be covered. Since Tom uses state-of-the-art computer programs and years of experience, he was able to prove beyond a doubt that the repairs needed were in fact fair and honest and thus convinced my insurance company that the claim was legitimate. That was the first of many steps.From there, the huge tree was removed, a new shed was built, and the fence was replaced. Though I make it sound very matter of fact, it went seamlessly because Tom and his office manager, Jessica kept in constant contact with me to let me know how the claim was going and when the workers would be out to complete various projects. They kept me informed of starting dates and adhered to them. Tom met every crew who came out to do work at my house. I don’t know if that is normal with other construction companies, but I was impressed that each project began with Tom’s instruction and guidance.I was so impressed that he had such a hands-on approach and the fact that his communication was clear to all concerned. His honesty and integrity in dealing with the insurance company and his fairness to me cannot be overstated.     ATM Contracting is the best local (Akron/Canton, OH) roofers, builders and remodeling company I have ever used. Very professional and very particular to detail. I moved here from West Palm Beach, FL recently and was looking for a good local contractor a was referred to them by a local friend and was extremely pleased with my new roof, kitchen and bathroom.

    1yr later and I’m still in love with my house remodel and master suite addition/ in law suite. ATM Contractors were the most amazing team to work with. I actually miss our weekly meetings we had with the remodel and addition. Gary and John felt like part of the family. Adam, Tom and the rest of their team were always so friendly and hardworking. They made our crazy situation a dream come true. Love love love the new kitchen for every day to entertaining. My parents love their new suite. Definitely will use them again!     We live in a small neighborhood where the houses are similar and close together, yet individual and separate. A while back I mentioned to my neighbor that I wanted a wider driveway and he liked the idea as well but didn’t think we could find anyone to do such a small job.We looked around but no one was interested. Then, he was having ATM Contracting do a basement finishing job and they said they also do concrete work. We talked to John and Tom and within a couple weeks, we had wider driveways. They were quick and professional and I’m very satisfied with the work.

    Adam at ATM Contracting had great communication from the initial sales consultation all the way to completed installation.I was given several choices for my patio door replacement with the advantages of each manufacturer and material explained clearly.He kept me in the loop on manufacturer lead-times after finalizing my decision. The office called me for a installation period and he and his coworker were right on time for installation.They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the jobsite upon completion. See the accompanying photo for a before and after. We installed an Andersen gliding door to replace our fixed panel + inswing door.I plan to use them again for other projects in the future!

    We had 10 windows in our house replaced this fall. From quotation to installation, Adam was great to work with; a true partner in the project. He explained the entire process and also educated me on the technical details of the installation process, which took a lot of anxiety away from the process. There was some delay in getting the windows delivered from Andersen, but communication around this was clear and prompt. The installation lasted 2 days and went smoothly and in a professional manner. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, and all that was left for us was to enjoy our new windows! Adam was part of the installation crew. And perhaps that is the greatest asset of ATM Contracting. The owners are not just business managers, they, like Adam, are true craftsmen. Highly recommended, and we would definitely consider ATM Contracting for any of our future home improvement projects.

    ATM remodeled our bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom last month. They are all such great people, so talented and professional in each of their fields. John (designer) sat down with us and helped us decide what we wanted to do, gave us ideas and advice on each project and selecting materials. After drawing up the plans Rob, Doug, and Christian began the demolition and remodel. These guys were great, a pleasure to have around and in a few days seemed like family. Our Kitchen and Bath are beautiful. This Company is 5 STARS ***** all the way. We highly recommend them.

    I recently had ATM Contracting replace all of my old windows in a brick ranch with new Provia Aspect windows. They also installed new exterior entry doors and a new sliding glass door.Adam and his team did an excellent job installing everything and I am very pleased with the look and function of these new windows and doors! They easily open and close smoothly, are energy efficient, and will not require any painting or ongoing maintenance! The team also took extra care to keep everything cleaned up inside and outside of the house even as they were working. I would definitely recommend ATM Contracting and will use them again in the future when I have the opportunity!

    So impressed by the ATM team. This was our first renovation experience and I was a bit scared as you hear horror stories about project delays, quality of work, leaving projects unfinished,, etc. Not with ATM! It started with John sitting down with our family to really understand what was important to us. He scoped the project and came back to us with a reasonable price and a detailed plan as far as what we should expect from the process. Once the project began, Gary Doug and Rob were permanent fixtures at our place during the 12 week process. The were clean, attentive, and the communication was on point. We are thrilled with the results and the craftsmanship of the ATM team. We will be using the again for future projects!

    We recently had our kitchen completely gutted and put back together by ATM Contracting. Our experience started with our first meeting with John to discuss our thoughts on the project. John was quickly able to put a plan together that incorporated what my wife and I were looking to have done. We were consulted throughout the entire designing of the new kitchen and were made quite comfortable by the communication.Once Tom and his crew got going on the project, we knew we had chosen the right group. Everyone gives the acted professional and polite tags for good reviews. These guys were those things, of course, but they we actually nice guys that enjoyed their work.Having a major project going in your house is beyond irritating - especially a kitchen, but these guys not only did a great job, they dealt with our four dogs and our changing minds throughout the entire project. I cannot give ATM Contracting a better rating - great job!

    I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I just completed my second project with ATM, this time a complete bathroom remodel. I could not be happier with either project. I am not great at visualizing what things could look like or vocalizing what I wanted. Luckily for me, John was able to create designs in both my kitchen and bathroom that left me thinking, yes, that was exactly what I wanted!You will not find a better quality of work. Than and Jones did the bulk of the work on both projects, and the level of craftmanship is just incredible. They put so much care in their work, and it shows. On top of their amazing work, they were professional, friendly, and very considerate of my family and home. They always went the extra mile, not just with the work within the project scope, but also to offer tips and advice on little things I was doing myself.Everyone I worked with through ATM was excellent - the manager, the plumbers, even the owner stopped by a couple times to check on the work. They all made me feel like my family was their top priority. I will definitely be using them for all future projects.

    ATM is fantastic! They did a kitchen remodel for me. I wasnt entirely sure what I wanted. John put together initial ideas and worked closely with me to tailor the design as we went. The end result was a kitchen perfectly and uniquely created to fit my personality, needs, and space. John designed something more beautiful than I could have imagined, all while staying within my budget. Than and Jones did the construction. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and did amazing work. The level of craftmanship was beyond the best I had hoped for. They took great pride in their work and made sure everything was perfect. They were willing to be flexible and adjust as we made some design changes midway through construction. They always took the time to explain things to me, answer questions, and offer tips on how to complete some side projects I did myself. I am currently working with ATM on a bathroom project and will definitely use them for any and all future projects!

    ATM contracting did an amazing job replacing our entire roofs shingles as well as repairing some damage to the existing roof layers. Their team showed up early (sorry neighbors) and got immediately to work. I have no idea how many people were there, but there was a lot and the work was fast and focused. The team took a brief lunch and even with that they finished the entire job by 3pm!!I was impressed by the diligence paid to cleaning up all of the roofing that was torn down. Of course we found random nails here and there but that cannot he helped. The details paid to our job as well as the customer service is outstanding, I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The kitchen was redone from top to bottom, which included a new window and new flooring that ran into the bathroom and laundry room.     ATM contracting recently completed installing a new replacement roof on My home. I received quotes from other company’s, but selected atm for several different reasons .i found them to be the most professional,knowledgeable, and interested in providing the highest quality roofing material and installation and educated me on key issues that I needed to consider. In fact ,not only would I highly recommend them to others , but I recommend them to my son who was having his roof replace and he was glad he used them as well..and in addition I have hired them again to put a new roof on an investment property I own....

    ATM finished our basement for us. From the first point of contact to the end of the project, they were a joy to work with. John listened to our vision and budget expectations. He returned with a proposal draft that was cognizant of staying within our budget. Further, they clearly communicated cost implications of changes we wanted to make, making sure there were no surprises.They communicated thoroughly from start to finish. We first met the person that would be running our project, Tom. We talked through our goals with him before they even started to be sure everyone was on the same page. He communicated with us regularly on when they would be working, who would be there (painters, electrician, mason) how many days that person would take, even when materials were being delivered (or delayed, thanks covid.😕) Tom was also easy to reach when we had questions and he responded quickly, resolving any issues as they arose.I was so impressed that they were not just going through the motions as they completed the project. They thought about it. “Hey, I was thinking that it might look better if we use this smaller trim here rather than than the larger that we planned because...” or “I was thinking, What if we paint this section of wall this color rather than that, as we planned”. In our second draft of planning, John proposed an idea he saw. “ I saw this when I was out and have been waiting to incorporate it into a protect. Your room would be perfect. What do you think?” (Umm LOVE it!). They showed a commitment to not just completing the job, but to making it an incredible space.ATM was professional , easy to work with, cleaned up the work site daily and, above all, just really nice people to work with. The finished product we ended up with far exceeded our expectations. I can’t wait to get them back in for our next project!

    Recently, I selected ATM to complete a bathroom remodel, and words cannot fully describe how well they brought my vision to life. When navigating a remodel with a contractor there are so many opportunities for things to not go as planned, but ATM over delivered and exceeded my expectations!     We just completed our 2nd complete kitchen renovation with ATM and also completed a structural roof repair. They are pure class - 5 stars across the board. Their designer was amazing and turned our half-baked conceptual ideas into a cohesive plan and was amazing to work with. Equally as important, our project manager was really great to work with and they were very diligent about cleaning up completely every single day and minimizing the burden of construction on us. No hesitation to recommend them on any project - but especially on bigger and structural projects. They are good at their job but even better people.

    So many companies to chose but I am SO glad we used ATM Contracting! The whole process can be overwhelming but they made it easy and were so helpful!! The interior design guy sat down and showed us many options. He listened to our ideas and helped put them in to play. The guys who came over and did the work were on time, very polite and worked hard the whole time they were here. We had our main bathroom gutted and redone from the floor up. They did it in a timely fashion and did absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend using them you will not be disappointed!The first picture obviously is the before picture then the other 5 are after:):) The shiplap was a nice touch and we absolutely love our Bluetooth light and the blue nighttime light it offers.

    As a commercial apartment complex owner, we ran into a problem replacing the old, original exterior wooden doors. We discovered the doors were not standard sizes, so needed to have custom made doors. Knowing of the fine work ATM does, since we have used them previously, they were contacted to discuss our problem. They had all the answers and assured me they could take care of replacing all doors with custom work. Wow, the big job was completed quickly with beautiful front and back doors including all storm doors. Not only did we need the doors replaced, the special moldings around the front doors were also custom made with paint-free material and look awesome! We are good to go for another 60 years now!! Thank you Tom and Adam for a job well done!

    Finding and choosing ATM Contracting was a blessing. From Jessica to Tom, my experience with ATM Contracting  was incredible from start to finish. Tom was able to completely walk me through the entire process in a manner that I could understand. From Day 1, Tom was punctual, honest, flexible, and dependable through the entire repair process. He and his team worked with my tenants who had glowing comments about their experience with Tom and his team when they came to complete the work. Tom and his team even came back the day after the job was completed to review their work and double check that they cleaned up all discarded supplies from the old roof to make sure the tenants and their children were not in danger of stepping on a nail or staple. ATM will always be my first call in future repairs and my number one recommendation to friends and family.

    Having moved into a 30 year old home which needs a lot of updating we were consulting w a popular well known business for a kitchen remodel. Their cost was more than what we were willing to pay, but their designer recommended we try ATM! What a blessing that recommendation was for us! Our kitchen was transformed into a work space that I enjoy cooking and having family gatherings in. Ceilings were smoothed, duct work removed, doorway widened, tile flooring,cabinets had new custom doors/drawers made complete w soft close hardware. During the time of the crew being here, they were always respectful, considerate, hard working, efficient, and skilled! It was a pleasure to greet them each morning as they entered our home. That remodel occurred in Nov, 2019.Here we are in 2021 and it was time for another project: flooring and a powder room makeover. We didn’t even consider using another company. The job is complete and all of the above noted characteristics remain true. ATM’s designer, John, is insightful, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor too! We sure need that these days. ATM goes above and beyond when it comes to making your dreams come true! I am not related to anyone at ATM, but Tom and John feel like family. I am already dreaming of our next project with them.......
