I am so impressed with the Furnace Doctor. Keith was very responsive to all my questions and his team did a great job at installing my heat pump. They had some issues, however they never gave up on finding the problem. We all have several choices when looking for a good contractor, but I would not hesitate to hire Keith and his team again. Great work, fair pricing and wonderful support.

Could not be happier with my experience working with Furnace Doctor, Kieth was invaluable to discuss options with, Phil was both knowledgeable and friendly, and Matt saved the entire project with his experience.What was initially a inquiry into an upgrade quickly turned into a replacement when my unit (somewhat expectedly) died. Furnace Doctor was here the same week to take a look, and had me up and running the following week. My older house threw its challenges at them like all upgrades I put in, but Matt and Phil worked through all of them and the new system is running silently.I will definitely be calling back for some ductwork upgrades in the future.

These guys are great. Even with a full schedule they squeezed me in. Theyve fixed so much for me. My a/c, a few times because its old, my furnace, and now my hot water tank. They are wonderful people and the owner is amazing as well. Keith and his crew are amazing and highly recommended, I give everyone their number. Very fair, and amazing.

Colleen Fiorilla replaced a blower motor in our 13 year old high efficiency furnace which only gets used seasonally. We had 2 other HVAC repair people tell us we needed a new furnace. Colleen assessed our furnace thoroughly and found all other key parts in good condition except for the blower motor, which she replaced. While that was still an expensive part and complicated to replace, it was a fraction of the cost of a new furnace. We appreciated her genuine desire to find the best possible solution for her customer rather than taking the easiest (and most expensive) route. That is what great customer service is all about - thanks, Colleen and the Furnace Doctor!

Our experience with Keith was great with same day service, parts onhand, and no surprises. Keith charges a standard hourly rate, so there was no upfront charge just to have him walk in the door. I really appreciate his promptness and honesty. Ill certainly be contacting him again for furnace or AC repair work in the future.

Each time weve called him, no matter what the hour, and with little or no sleep, he has come to our assistance. Furnace was shot and this is the day before we are supposed to get 18 degree weather. Keith and his staff came immediately and spent all day putting in a new furnace. They had many obstacles to get through. Was not an easy job. They were very friendly and got the job done in one day. The price was very reasonable. I have a newly discovered roof leak it was following furnace vents and soaked burner. I called this morning and they came out even though they were flooded with no heat calls. I chose the furnace Doctor based on the reviews of the company and because it was local. I am currently going through Chemotherapy and the Furnance Doctor was able to work with my medical schedule to help me to repair my furnace. The repairs were all completed and explained.They also pointed out that my air exchange roof chimney was bad and will replace it. Very satisfied and excellent price and service.

Keith is a certified installer for A.O. Smith Proline water tanks and committed to installing my new tank. After making the commitment to me for the installation, the summer heated up with temperatures near 90 and a ton of calls to Furnace Doctor for A/C.Keith kept his appointment with me with a 2 hour round trip drive time, even though he could have made more $$ staying closer to home and doing A/C installations. He did a high quality installation of my new A.O. Smith hot water tank.

Once the Fire Department had cleared us to return the the house after a CO build up the Furnace Doctor was my next call. He promptly came out to the house that day, identified the issue (the stove) and made the necessary repair. Price was fair and piece of mind was invaluable.IMPORTANT: buy a CO detector if you dont already have one or two. CO is an odorless gas once you go to sleep you dont wake up, get one!

We had some high winds in Canandaigua that caused the pilot light on our hot water tank to go out. After watching some videos, still couldnt get it relit. We were trying to avoid paying the super high fees many other places charge just to come out - not including the service. Luckily I found Furnace Doctor! John came out in the same day & had the pilot light quickly relit for us, without breaking the bank. We will be going with Furnace Dr. on all future HVAC services.

These guys are the best! Any HVAC related problem you may even think you have call these guys. They are honest, courteous, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and reasonable. A very hard combination to find these days. They converted the a/c unit in my mobile home in an afternoon and noticed a couple of other items that would soon cause me trouble. They steered me to professionals they work with and even set up an appointment for one of them to come fix a leak in my roof. I can’t say enough about these guys.
