A Sunday afternoon back up in our main sewer had us calling several “Emergency/ 24 hour” plumbers. Numerous calls went unanswered or to call centers that someone would call me back to schedule service.” Fortunately, I reached out to the Camp Hill Roto-Rooter I got a call back within 10 minutes, and when I explained the issue, the service tech was at my door within 2 hours.Mike, the service tech, was great to work with. He was able to clear the line. Unfortunately, the blockage was caused by root intrusion from a cracked junction at the outside clean out. Mike was able to provide video of the crack to submit to my insurance and able to give me a quote on the repair that night.We used Roto-Rooter for the repair work as well, and the high level of service continued. The techs, Chris, Alan and Seth, were all friendly and professional. They were careful to avoid unnecessary damage to my landscaping and excavated in a narrow gap between the porch and garage.Roto-Rooter helped in documenting the work for insurance submission. Their pricing was fair and the work was fantastic. My insurance claim adjuster even complimented them, saying it was a very clean install and backfill with little damage to the landscaping.No one wants to deal with a sewer line issue, but if you have a problem, Roto-Rooter is the one to call!

I was extremely happy with Mr. Daniel Spragues service on a washer/dryer install on Saturday, July 2nd. My Family and I had arrived at our new hime in Pennsylvania after a cross-country move, and Daniel was kind enough to come to our house on a same-day request in the middle of a holiday weekend to set up our washer and dryer. After many nights in hotels, we were thrilled to have an operational washer and dryer. Terrific customer service from Daniel! He was very polite and eager to help my Family!- Chris

We had a floor drain clog up and were unsure who to contact so gave Roto Rooter a call. The technician who came out James, was top notch! Superior customer service and he took the time to explain what he was doing and how the clog occurred in the first place, and then how to prevent it in the future. We are extremely grateful for his service and hopefully we don’t have a reoccurrence in the future, but if we do we will call Roto Rooter again and 100% request him. Thank you for all of your help!

Had a blocked sewer line at my place in Harrisburg. Second time in a year. Tired of getting raked over the coals by my usual plumbing company, I tried Roto-Rooter. So glad I did.Met Daniel at my place. He was right on time. He cleared everything out with no problems. But the difference was his customer service! He explained the entire drain system under my house, showed me the drain on camera, and gave me pointers to avoid problems in the future. Best of all he was quite a bit cheaper than my usual company. Awesome!Cant recommend Daniel and Roto-Rooter highly enough!
