Extremely professional company. Renato showed up within 1 hour of my call. Extremely reliable. He is very knowlegable. Initially, thought I had a problem with my sewer line, but Renato realized it was a much smaller issue. Have had horrible experiences with other companies with over charging but Jared was very kind and fair with his pricing. If you have a problem and are looking for a good, honest, trustworthy company, look no further. Hopefully, I won’t have to need them anytime soon but when diaster strikes, they will be on speed dial!

Marlon came on a Saturday, was professional, polite and friendly and took care of a big clog in our main house line that was stopping up 3 bathrooms. He obviously knew what he was doing, talked to us about what he was doing and gave us good advice for the future. Really positive experience with this company. Will definitely recommend! 5 stars for Marlon and for Drain Doctors!

Drain Doctors were recommended to us by our plumber. We always like to research a company and read reviews so we are passing along our experience. My initial phone call was returned within minutes and set up a time to view our project. Each step of the eventual main water line replacement process was communicated and explained in detail. They always arrived to our home when promised and completed the project quickly and as estimated. We highly recommend their business and would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

Awesome service without price gouging! He was so efficient and friendly. Quickly and accurately diagnosed my plumbing issue and now everything works like a charm! Very impressed. Had a serious drain problem in the lower line in the basement. Called and spoke with Jared, who provided excellent information and recommendation. Later that same day, one of their service techs, Renato came out and diligently took care of the problem, tested to ensure all was working as it should and at a far less cost then was recommended by another plumbing company.

Nevin is my new BFF!! He was able to fix my clogged main line in my house. It kicked his a$$ initially but he persevered through it and was able to get a 3.5 snake head into my line and it chopped up whatever was blocking my line. SUPER nice fella!!

I came home to find water leaking from somewhere in the crawlspace of my home. After trying two other plumbing services to no avail, Drain Doctors picked up right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem (Refrigerator water inlet burst) and were upfront about the price and difficulty of the job. Jared and Logan were very professional and did an excellent job. Will defintely be my first choice for any future plumbing issues.
