    Found my water heater had a leak last week before the new year. They couldn’t make it out to do an estimate but worked with me and through pictures and texts they got what they needed and sent me an estimate the next day. They were very affordable compared to other estimates I received. They were very detailed in the estimate as far as the work they were going to do, what they were going to supply and use to do the work. They came today to do the work. They were very professional and worked very quickly and efficiently, especially considering the small crawl space they had to work with. Very good work I would highly recommend them.

    Our company had a major plumbing issue where the septic drain line plugged and backed up to where the sinks and toilets were not functional and we had to close the office. The Baker crew were extremely responsive and came out THE SAME DAY and dug out and replaced the 100 drain line in an afternoon!!!! Unheard of service from an extremely professional crew on the shortest possible notice. Could not be happier with our experience and highly recommend D.Baker Services!!!     My first contact was with Joe. He was friendly and got me set up with an estimate appointment. Dylan and Joe came for the estimate to replace my toilet. I agreed to have it done the next day. To my surprise, Joe called me back s few hours later and said they could do the service same day. Dylan and Joe came about about an hour later and replaced my toilet promptly and efficiently! Overall a very nice experience. I recommend D Baker Services for plumbing issues.

    Weve had Dylan and Joe come out for all our plumbing and electrical needs for over a year and recommend him to all our family and friends. I particularly like how he describes everything he will do and the materials needed in the estimate that gets emailed to you (also will invoice and pay electronically as well).     Dylan and Collin did a fantastic job. They worked fast, CLEAN and very knowledgeable. I had them replace several light fixtures which required rewiring and some remodeling. I thought I would have quite a bit of cosmetic repairs, but they did such a great job that all I have is a few minutes of touch up painting. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. I am going to have them come back in the spring to set up electric to my shed.

Baker again in May 2022 for help with a toilet supply valve that I was unable to open back up after I had replaced a toilet (the valve had been shut off for several weeks and I was hesitant to force the valve to turn). Someone from the D. Baker team stopped by the next day and turned the valve back on with no problem! Although this was a five minute visit, the fact that D. Baker was willing to help me out on such short notice with such a minor thing meant a lot. D. Baker Services has a great team and they sincerely care about their customers.

    Emergency repair ... pipe burst and could not shut off the water at the valve above it and by the time we shut off the main valve in the basement we had a minor flood. Called and arrived in 30 minutes and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Thanks for the quick fix!D Baker Services is super responsive … calls us immediately if leave a message, shows up on time, provides reasonable estimates and fixes issues immediately or schedules a time to fix. Also has done electrical work and has the equipment and skills if digging is required to reach underground pipes. Professional, courteous, local.

    I love the fact that they do both electrical and plumbing -- saved a lot of coordination time for me as I was moving into a new house. They were able to start work about 10 days after I first contacted them just before the holidays, quickly understood my needs and priorities, and recommended a few additional things that made lots of sense. They provided a thorough written estimate and also a summary of work completed, helpful for sharing with my insurance company. I expect to have them back for a series of phased projects over the coming months.

    We were in need of an electrician to install an electrical ceiling fan in the bedroom of our loft area. D Baker Services responded within 5 minutes of our inquiry. They were at our home in two hours to review the project and gave us an estimate on the spot. They returned the next day to install the fan. The work was very skillfully accomplished within the time they had allotted in the estimate to complete the installation. Their rate, coincidentally, was the most reasonable we had received.     Dylan and his team have done several projects for me; installed a power line and 50 amp control panel for a new hot tub, installed new power line and wall switch and outdoor GFI receptacle for goldfish pond, installed 2 replacement outside frost free faucets, replaced whole house main water line control valve and clothes washer water inlet valves.When you have an appointment, you have an appointment!. They show up on time, do great work and never charged me more than their initial quote. They are not cheap, but they are very, very good and always go the extra mile, they never left me holding the bag or having them leave my job for some other higher priced job. When they are at your house, they treat you as if you are their only customer. What a change, they are easy to do business with. This is the way most business used to be.

    I couldn’t figure out why my outdoor outlets weren’t working. None of the outlets had the gif. I put a note on Angi. Joe called this morning and said they could stop over this afternoon. The guys were prompt. Foolishly I learned the GIF was down in my basement. (Newer homes have the external outlets consolidated to one GIF). I was thankful for these Pros.. they even checked to make sure the outlets worked, the optical sensor and lamp post. I offered to pay these guys for their inconvenience for what (I should have known). Total gentlemen and did not take advantage of my ignorance. They said no worries and told me to have a nice day and they were off…. Now, that is class and a way to earn my future business and referrals!

    Had an issue with a sewage ejector pump. I called D Baker to check if they would provide an estimate for a repair or replacement.     Dylan was fantastic!! We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and he came out within 30 mins of us calling. He identified the leak and came out the next day to fix. Communication was great and we couldnt be happier!
