    We just bought a house with surprise and extensive plumbing issues. QUINCY YATES came out to our house for yet another clog and gave my husband some recommendations. 4 days later we had the same clog and QUINCY YATES came out again. We had a low pressure toilet, but pipes that twist. He explained to me very clearly what could be causing the problem and his recommendation for a new high flush toilet. Clear quote and we took his recommendation. He said he would come himself to do the install. He showed up early next morning ready to change our lives! QUINCY YATES is a wonderful, engaging, knowledgeable tech with a great sense of humor! He chose our toilet based on looking out for my husband and explained his decision. 😅😅. My husband and I are beyond happy with the work done at our house and we spoke about clogging toilet on purpose to get QUINCY YATES back to our house! We will be having more work done in Spring and wouldnt think of going anywhere else except Pronto. Fingers crossed well see you again QUINCY YATES 😉

    When I woke up this morning, the day after New Years, the last thing I wanted was to have to call the plumber. But I did need to. When I had an issue that seemingly affected all of the toilets in my house I was upset to say the least. However, I made a good decision. I called Pronto! I made my first call at around 10:30 in the morning and explained my situation. They assured that they could help and would dispatch a technician. Quincey was at my door only an hour later. He was incredibly personable and professional. He explained things to me to ensure I knew what was going on and that I would know what I would be paying for. By 1:30pm he was completely wrapped up and finished. I am absolutely satisfied with his work! Quincey made, what could have been a nightmare, into a dream. Because of his truly incredible service both Pronto, and he, have a customer for life. Whenever I have an issue I will be calling Pronto again!

    The Pronto Team was extremely helpful in an issue we had with our water heater. Yvonne was quick to reply on my inquiry for service and got me on the schedule immediately. Tommy arrived, offered multiple pricing options and was very helpful on helping me understand each option. His craftsmanship looked great and was very happy with the install.     I had a sewer back up right after Christmas and I called Pronto. The technician came within hours,got everything taken care of . He was very efficient and very ,very polite. He knew what he was doing, found the issue , took care of the issue and even drained out my washing machine for me, an added bonus! He cleaned up beautifully before he left. Quite satisfied!

    Patrick Goodyear came to my house on December 30th to fix a valve that was leaking and install a new faucet. He explained everything in details to me what needed to be replaced to correct the problem. He was very polite and professional.     The crew Proto Plumbing sent to my house(Cody Woods, Alex and John) did an outstanding job with my floor trap in my basement. In about 3 1/2 hours they jackhammered and dug out the old old old cast iron trap and floor drain replaced with new, filled the whole, concreted the floor and cleaned up as if they had never been there. WONDERFUL

    Quincey Yates arrived this morning to do a follow up inspection on work that had previously been done by Pronto Plumbing because the line backed up and flooded the shop in the basement. The line had to be replaced about 2 1/2 years ago. This morning when Quincey did the inspection, he discovered the line was backed up again with a greasy debris. He did a Hydro flush to clean out the line and consulted with the Derry Township Municipal Authority, who sent 2 technicians to inspect their main line. The problem was in the lateral line, and that, unfortunately, is my responsibility.Quincey suggested that I not flush the dirty water from the birdcage because it may be adding to the problem. I appreciated his suggestion, and I will follow it.I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise in solving my problem. I feel much more confident that my line is not going to back up into the basement as it had in the past.I would highly recommend Pronto plumbing to everybody because they go the extra mile to solve the problem. I thank Quincey for a job well done!

    I called pronto a few months ago to get a quote and to fix the issue I was having in my basement and Ricky was sent out and he was amazing at what he does and so helpful with explaining and going above and beyond trying to help us in every way for the financial aspect and the issue was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Ricky didnt have to come in and look at it at all due to the hard time I had cleaning it and it wasnt fully clean and no other person or company wouldve looked at it for me but he did because he knew we needed it fixed asap. Now yesterday I had another issue in my basement flooded again and I thought it was the same issue as before and they came out the same day I called and looked for free and it had nothing to do with what they did before but Ricky still did everything he could to fix it on the spot and help us financially once again. I will never go through another company for plumbing issues because I found the best.

    Matt was my plumber. He was polite and professional. My problem was that my kitchen island sink faucet took a very long time before the water flowed hot. The first visit he provided me three options with price quotes to enable my island faucet to provide hot water immediately. I selected to have him install an under the sink water heater. He set up the appointment to install the heater. He arrived when expected and went right to work not stopping until he was finished. He clearly was experienced with this type of install.     Ricky Kohan was awesome! He was really informative and told us about replacing the pipes in our house since ours are outdated, which we plan to do now that he mentioned it. He cleared our drain and made sure to double check it was cleared too so we didnt have to pay again for someone to come out a second time! If I could Id give him 10 stars. Thank you Ricky and we will definitely be requesting you be the one to come back and replace our pipes when we get the money saved to do so.

    Patrick did a very nice job replacing our expansion tank, flushing our water heater, and explained things well. He also pointed out that our radon fan was not functioning which we are very thankful for. He was here about 1.5 hrs.The only complaints I have are that water was sprayed all over the basement bathroom floor and was not cleaned up and we were given an 8-12 time window and Patrick arrived at 12:30 after I got a message saying it would be an eta of 1:30. People are taking off work for these 4-hour time windows, so it is good customer service to stick to that window.Thank you very much!

    We started our week with a pipe leaking in the basement. Here to find out it was our second floor bathroom pipe coming down between the kitchen wall. Rick came out and did a thorough inspection. He was great, and did an amazing job putting our minds at ease with such a large project. We ended up replacing all the sewage pipes in the house and needed to replace the sewage line from the house to the main. For such a huge job they got it done in 2 days and even checked in the next week. It was like a new issue every time you turned around but they handled the surprises with ease and made it as less stressful as possible for us. Cody, Colton and Kevin were amazing as well. Kyle was on the phone with me walking me through every question. Cody and Colton were at the house and made sure it was always done right. Again, this was replacing pipes in two bathrooms, the kitchen and entire sewage line. I highly recommend them! Thank you to the entire team who helped, I know I missed 5 other people and they were all amazing.

    Patrick Goodyear came to my 2 unit house in Mechanicsburg, Pa. He texted me and let me know he was on his way to install a bathroom faucet. After he tested my water and found it was below par he explained to me that a water purification system would definitely clear up the problem, plus help my 2 new combi-boilers. I asked if he could do it today and he said of course! So he got started about 8 a.m. and wrapped up at 4:30 p.m. Patrick handled my financing, too. I called Pronto first thing, and they not only called a Restoration company they worked with to assist me, they also came on site (same day!) and helped fix my sump pump.     Decided to finally turn on the heat. The house is dual zoned and both thermostats would not respond. Called Pronto, our go to guys and were promised the next available service call. In a short time, I got an update call that Justin was 10 minutes out, and he beat that time. Within minutes of his arrival, he diagnosed the issue and both thermostats were working and he set then to the settings I wanted. The HVAC unit was checked for operation and the temperatures began to respond. Justin was personable, knowledgeable, professional and open to any questions during the call and before departing.AS I said Pronto is our go to guys. We have used them for seven years upon the purchase of our house for a total HVAC replacement, reinstalling our water heater, adding additional heater accessories and installing a unique water ionizer that permits our washer to use NO laundry soups or additives. The ionizer, with at least at ten-year life, is a fantastic money saver and does a fantastic job on the laundry.Thanks Justin and the entire Pronto team!

    Our household’s water heater had bursted on the side and completely leaked out from the bottom. We chose Pronto Plumbing to purchase and install a new tankless water heater. With this new water heater, we (thought) we were without hot water for two weeks. Mike, Patrick, Matt and the Divisional Manager Bobby came to our house for two weeks straight, relentlessly and even a couple of times a day to solve the problem. Every time they came the problem was (temporarily) fixed. As soon as they would leave, we had cold water again. They continuously came back trying everything in their power to get us continuous hot water. On the phone with the manufacturer for hours. Staying outside of our home until the water ran cold and Bobby even offered to come out past 22:00 to the house and would show up on the weekend when he was not scheduled to work. Bobby finally found the solution in which our tankless water heater had been hooked up to a light switch that we turn on when going down to our basement which would power up the heater and then shut it off as we would turn the lights off. He re-worked the electric to ensure that the heater was running at all times and he and his team mentioned above went above and beyond for us and took great care of us to make sure we were happy with our purchase and that everything worked as it should. I can’t recommend Pronto Plumbing and these guys enough for your plumbing needs!

    Ethan was amazing each time he came to my house. He replaced our grinder pump and my mom said she didn’t even know he was down there. Very polite and professional and I love how they text you with the service guys picture so you know who is coming to your house.     Pronto plumbing is for sure my go to! Ricky came out and found our collapsed swer line right away and was super helpful with explaining everything that was happening. Cody and the whole crew who came out (in spite of the fact that the job was rough) did an amazing job and we couldnt be happier! They called to check in and went the extra mile to make sure our sewer line was up and running 2 days after they found our issue. Going forward Ill be sure to use and reccomend these guys for anyones plumbing needs!

    Last free service checks of heat pump, I was advised it was at EOL. Tech showed me the increase in power draw that shows wear on the compressor. Gave me a number of replacement options and financing options. Only complaint is that they pushed a little too hard for a quick answer when I repeated that I wanted a week to consider the options and my other financial commitments. The past year they do seem to have adopted a more hard-sell approach which I really dislike.

    We had an issue with our sewer line. Unfortunately we needed to have the line replaced. I dont remember his name but the first team leader was very professional and sympathetic to the cost that we were to incur.We had a small issue after the repair and contacted Printo. We received a rapid reply and they resolved the issue. Would highly recommend this company.

He arrive right on time and was able to diagnose our issue and fix it in a few hours- including installation of a whole house filtration system.     Pronto was here on May 9th and 10th to repair/replace the sewer lines in my house. In December, I had another company take care of a clog and inform me there was a problem with the aging sewer pipes. We needed to wait until after the holidays to address this problem. (my choice). Ultimately, they recommended digging up floors in the bathroom, bedroom and utility room. After another inconclusive follow up appointment, they still did not provide specific recommendations and prices. They never got back to me. Pronto came well recommended, so I called for an appointment which was scheduled right away. Jarrod investigated the pipes, explained the issues and provided recommendations with pricing that same day. Rather than needing to tear up the bathroom and bedroom floors, Pronto was able to line the interior pipes and only dig up part of the utility room floor and a small part of the patio. From the day Jarrod came to assess the problem to the completion of the job, the time was two and a half weeks. The crew was able to complete the job without having to tear up the bathroom and bedroom floors. In addition, when they ran into a snag with the pipe in the kitchen, they explained the situation. We agreed to a solution which eliminated the need to tear out a cabinet and rip up the flooring in the kitchen. This dropped the original cost by $500. The following week, Jarrod was back immediately for a follow up issue in the bathroom. Jarrod and the entire crew were timely, efficient, professional and courteous. I appreciated them explaining the issues, keeping me informed of the progress and accomplishing the work with minimal impact on the rest of the house. I will be very happy to recommend Pronto to others.
