    Weve been happy customers of Leggett for more than a dozen years now. We use them for our heating and cooling system maintenance mostly. They also quickly replaced our water heater a few years ago when it suddenly started leaking. Today we had them replace our worn out water softener that was installed by another company many years ago. As usual, the cost was reasonable and the work quality excellent. Our tech, Keith, is outstanding! Hes very professional, polite, and personable. He happily answered all our questions and described all the work he had done. I think our basement is cleaner now than when he got here! Thank you for another project well done at our home!

    My daughter got a free estimate from H.B Bowman last week for her home air conditioning system to be fixed. It was not working well when in got in the upper 90s. They came out and tested it. They said it was low on freon and had a leak on the coils inside the house. Estimate was 7100.00$. Everything needed to be replace to work properly. I wanted to get a 2nd estimate because I didnt trust them. I called Leggit, Inc., in Camp Hill. They installed my home air and I trusted them. They came out and inspected and tested the same as H.B. Bowman and said that the coils were just dirty and needed to be cleaned and the freon level was fine. After servicing the unit the following weekday, they left with it working perfect. Saving me a lot of money. Cant thank them enough. I would rather pay for a service call and estimate than get scam estimate for free.

    Leggetts hits all the right buttons when it comes to customer service, quick response time and professional work ethic. I needed a professional to handle a problem with a plumbing fixture and they fit me in and got the job done quickly. And the price was wonderful. The workman was professional and kept me informed about what was being done. They have been my HVAC/Plumbing people for over 20 years and todays experience just goes to remind me that they were the right choice then and they are the right choice now.

    After 14 years we decided to replace our current heat pump. Although Leggett has been servicing it for years, they didnt install it. But, theyve always given us excellent service. It started with a call to Bonnie then about 1/2 hr. later I spoke to Jeff who indicated hed be at our place the next day to give us an estimate. He was, and explained everything thoroughly. We gave him the approval and 1 1/2 weeks later (today) everything was installed by Andy, Mike & Jeff who came out to help becuase he wanted to help carry the pieces so our landscaping would remain intact. Unbelievable, the crew is so knowledgeable explaining everything and answering all questions. This is a cohesive team from top to bottom. This rating only goes up to 5 stars which arent nearly enough. We missed our buddy Keith who is recovering from an injury and we wish him a speedy recovery.

    This is a fantastic company! I had them install a new heat pump system back in 2017. The system worked great but in 2020 the compressor shorted out. I only had a parts only warranty and was prepared to pay for the repair but Leggett went above and beyond my expectations. Because they couldnt find a cause for a less than 3yr old compressor to break, they installed a new, updated outside unit and a new coil free of charge! Not sure how many other companies would do this but Im grateful they did. Thank you, Leggett, I really appreciate the fantastic service and glad I chose you back in 2017!

    The Leggett team has done work for me in both commercial and residential situations. They have always been cordial, professional and very responsive to urgent calls.Most recently the Leggett team responded the same day to an emergency repair and corrected the problem that same day.I am happy to write this positive review for a company that has proven to top notch in customer services over many years.

    It starts with a phone call to Leggett with a request for service or a question about my HAVAC concern. A real, live person answers and listens patiently to my concern. It is addressed and an appointment scheduled if necessary. The office staff keeps me informed of upcoming maintenance appointments and the time frame for the service appointment. The service techs are knowledgeable, courteous and always explain any work that needs to be done. I have been a satisfied residential customer of Leggett for over 10 years and have recommended them to several of my friends or neighbors.

    The company installed and serviced our heating and air conditioning system. Helpful attentive employees. Keith is an awesome technician. Courteous and explains everything. Does his job extremely well. Always true to their word when they will arrive. We highly recommend this company!!

    If anyone in my area needs an awesome HVAC company, I highly, HIGHLY, recommend Leggett Inc.! The sales guy Dan, the install guys, Andy and Jeff, and the ladies at the front office are all amazing, friendly, timely and knowledgeable people. Customer service still applies with this company!I’m not normally one who leaves reviews, but I’m just so highly satisfied as their customer for my recent heat pump purchase. Thank you all very much!P.S. my wife really appreciated the extra step of putting on booties and putting down the carpet to keep the floors clean from the muddy mess outside!!

    I can not possibly say enough good things about this company!!! Scott was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was so willing to impart that knowledge as well! Even though they were extremely busy I felt like I was important to them and they cared about helping to restore my AC. They did a thorough job diagnosing my issue, offered several possible solutions, talked through pros and cons and let me pick my best option. I will never go anywhere else from now on, they have won me over as a customer for life!!!

    Leggett may seem slightly more expensive but I’ve been a customer for 20 years because I never have to worry if the work is done correctly. They’ve done major repairs on my sewer, replaced HVAC and water heater, upgraded electrical service in the whole house. Very professional, experienced staff.

    We have had Leggett as our heating and plumbing contractor for the better part of 20 plus years. Their office staff have always treated us as a priority customer every time. The crafts persons and technicians are always punctual and on time. The field staff are all qualified and trained. We greatly appreciate how the field teams are always pro-active and never leave the job site with any task un-finished or any questions un-answered.

    Called Leggett for A/C service and they were out same day. Sent an excellent technician that was able to get it fixed that day. Unfortunately, will be in need of a new heat pump in the near future, but they were able to get the system running until that time for a reasonable price.

    When we called to let them know our furnace had died and needed ASAP replacement, they made us an immediate priority. They moved around appointments, worked with our schedules, offered space heaters for over the weekend, and overall took care of us! They are incredibly professional, definitely experts in their field, and took the time to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable with our new equipment. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC services!

    Ive used Leggett for annual maintenance for a couple years. During that time Ive had a pin hole leak and my furnace died. Both instances I was able to call their hotline and get someone to investigate right away. Ive been very happy with everyone Ive interacted with. I recommend this outfit to anyone and everyone.     I wanted to let you know after my last review Leggett stepped up after my concerns and made it right! They contacted me to let me know they wanted to correct it and it was important .So being a long time customer is important to Leggett. I thanked them for caring about thier clients and would recommend them!I have been a customer of Leggett Incorporated for numerous years I have been a customer for 25 years and the last 2 services have been extremely disappointing very disappointing I referred Legg it to a very valued individual they came out did a An appointment for recommendations and then when I called back to speak to the person in charge to complete the work recommended I got no return phone call back they spent a $175 for nothing!! because no one will call back willing to complete the services and the last maintenance call I had they punched enough a holed into my duck work that when the air came on it whistled I had to patch my duck work with duct tape they were training a new person and I guess my house was the guinee pig! patched it order to keep from whistling very very very disappointing in all my years of service 2 heat pumps hot water heaters and more! I am in front of a lot of homeowners and what to say ?!
