Gerald are professional, smart and strong! They had to come back to my house after their initial visit because they needed special equipment to slide my stack able appliances out of a narrow closet. Rather than attempting to climb on my steep roof to access the vent, they did the job the safe and right way by accessing the vent from inside. Good decision, good service, and really nice guys too. I spoke to company owner of IND Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Cambridge, Ma. This company does so much more than other companies. Chad and Jethro actually have a camera and heat meter that can detect a problem with the dryer duct. I went through all the companies I was able to find and this company is the only one that has the equipment to do this kind of detection.
