At 7:55 John was at my door, to repair my a/c unit. I was told he would be here between 8&12.By 9:30 he has repaired the unit AND serviced the system, making recommendations for better filtration, and answering my questions.If this is an example of how this company operates I will always come back to them for my HVAC needs.Thank you, John. “I don’t understand why my parents just didn’t call me Nervous Nelly because I live up to the name”, I told John when he arrived. I will tell you John’s most valuable asset of the company is that he gave reassurance by doing a thorough job but additionally to giving comfort in a very anxious situation.I had full expectations our broken broiler would be trouble, I’m a new home owner and never knew I should have a yearly maintenance scheduled and had a very dangerous situation lurking by being naive. I’m very lucky that I was out of the danger zone and without question I encourage everyone to get a service plan just to be safe. John cleaned out the broiler and let me know additional parts that were needed, he figured it would take 4 days before he could return to finish the job. I wrote a note to show my appreciation never thinking its words would change his course for the day. A sweet lady from the office called me and said that John would be returning later that afternoon so he could go pick up the part to finish. To be honest, I was shocked and told her it wouldn’t be a problem to wait until next week as we planned but she let me know that John was determined and was willing to work over time to make this happen.To me, there are few heros in this story, an employee willing to do the extra work but also a company that supports this. The amount of love that he has for his job was told to me and that says volumes. There’s no question the success in your company will always maintain itself because the team work I saw first hand. I’m truly blessed to be your customer, thank you.Customer Service is one tricky thing, it’s often filled with complaints up the wazoo and the random acts of kindness get forgotten or not told. I’m a bit different, there’s never been a person in my life that’s gone unnoticed for their generosity, I will always praise their efforts, galore. John should get at least an employee of the month, a bag of homemade cookies or better yet…a handshake letting him know that his hard work matters. He’s solid gold.Thank you as a team for making the naive woman in me feel safe, secure and warm. You just don’t know how great it feels to have warmth on these cold days. Oh, My Son….he was singing in the shower like a fresh released canary. Just wanted you all to know.
