Just had Minuteman perform some work on a commercial restaurant for us. Replaced sink faucets, and some copper pipes that just deteriorated with age. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced for the amount of work that had to be done! Would definitely use again.

Right before the New Year, we noticed a two leaks in our basement. Turns out we had a big crack in our sewage pipe. Minuteman came out right away to diagnose the problem and get us scheduled! They fixed both issues in one day and were also just super super nice.We have an older home and will definitely be using them for future projects!

We had worked Aaron at his previous company and had a wonderful experience with him there, so we tracked him down to Minuteman. It is so hard to find a plumber that is highly skilled and a good communicator, and we have built a relationship of mutual trust. I appreciate their attention to detail, thoughtful and efficient staffing of projects, and willingness to answer myriad questions and track down the perfect faucet for us.Most recently, when he came out to do a yearly maintenance on our water heater, he quickly pivoted and completed the project on schedule despite a few unforeseen hiccups. When an old handle broke off, he quickly found the water main to turn off the water and obtained and installed a replacement part. He found that the tubing had been installed incorrectly and there was the possibility of letting in carbon monoxide. He efficiently fixed this critical safety issue.Aaron also listen to my account of a leak in our tankless water heater, that has been plaguing us since we moved in over 10 years ago. He offered to come out in a rainstorm to help diagnose the issue. Needless to say, we will work with them whenever possible for our plumbing needs!

Nat was a life saver! My in-laws were away in Europe when I got contacted by their roommate telling me about pooling water in their basement. I was away as well so was worried about how to handle this on behalf of my in-laws. Nat of Minuteman Water Heaters went to the home and quickly found the issue was not the water heater, but a clogged drain pipe. Gross smelly water everywhere. His team unclogged the drain and then he got a restoration company in there to clean up the mess. He even helped me navigate getting insurance to pay for it. Since I was out of town as well, I greatly appreciated how Nat kept communicating with me throughout the day about next steps. My in laws were out of town and Nat allowed me to take care of this emergency at their house by managing the project for me. Highly recommend

I seldomly leave review comments, but this is one of the best experience I had with contractors/plumbers/electricians.The Minuteman Water Heaters changed my 10 years old solar water heater system to a electric water heater. My solar water heater has had little issues since a year ago, and we had very tough time to find a plumber that is willing to work with this system, due to the complexity. Trusted me, I almost called every single big companies and individual plumbers around the area. You can still find my posts on local Facebook group looking for plumber recommendations.Aaron and Jaden was very professional and helpful. They spent time to understand the system and diagnose the issue. They also tried their best to repair it. However, the tank was just too old to find replacement element from the original manufacturer, so I decided to replace it with a regular electric water heater to save my time looking/trying things. The team then gave me a very competitive quote for it, and was able to get the job done within a week I first called them.Throughout the process, Nat, the coordinator, provided the best communication to update me on the progress, schedule the visits, explain the quote, and answer questions I had. Very happy to find this company. Highly recommend for anyone who is finding a good plumber around the area.

I must share with people that Minuteman Plumbing & Heating is now my favorite place to get Plumbing and Heating work done. I had an issue with the irrigation system of my newly bought house that is under renovation now. Aaron stopped by and saw the issue and gave me very honest opinion. Most plumbing companies I used recently are mostly only about $. They only care about getting $ and charging enough $. Minuteman wasnt like that. Amazing service! Aaron came by and diagnosed my problem as a frozen pipe. When we couldnt find the pipe that was frozen in our old house, Aaron suggested I leave the faucet open and try to warm up the area by leaving the cabinet open.Didnt charge me a dime since he didnt fix the problem-- but Matt called the next day to check up. Talk about service! Will be using them again in the future for sure.Luckily the pipe did not burst and the faucet started running later that night.

These guys are lifesavers! I had a Sunday emergency with my boiler that was starting to flood my basement. Nat was able to swing by before dinner and help me stop the flooding, and Aaron (and Jayden) came by the next day to help me repair the boiler. A few minutes after Googling plumbers in my immediate area, I got a call from Nat, to whom I explained the problem, and he was able to come over about an hour later. Basically, the hot water thermostat was set too low and we (in a new rental condo) were regularly running out of hot water, just as one of us was in the shower. Nat took a good look, and was able to adjust the thermostat, but cautioned me to wait until the morning to determine if it was sufficiently hot, and would not present me with the invoice to be paid until he heard from me. As it turns out, because it needs further adjustment, Nat has surmised that one of the elements (rods?) needs to be replaced, and he has already looked up and found that parts are still under warranty. And so, my next step is to give this info to the property manager, and have her move it forward. So long story short, I am delighted with the help I received from Minute Man Water Heaters, and I should think that the property manager will have Nat do the work to replace the element.

Overall fantastic experience with Minuteman. I came home from work one Friday evening and the heat was off. Went into the basement to find the boiler wasn’t working. I found Minuteman on Google Maps and called them, expecting them to say they could get to me Monday morning. Nope, much to my pleasant surprise they had a plumber at my house within the hour and then had to purchase a replacement part so came back Saturday morning and had the boiler up and running by 10am. I’m having them come back regularly to service the boiler, and I’ll also make them my go-to plumber for anything else that comes up. I highly recommend!

My water heater started leaking in my condo in Charlestown, and Minuteman seemed to be the only water heater business around. I filled out a request form on their website and received a phone call with 10 minutes. The tech was able to come over the next morning and replace the water heater. He let me know it was still under warranty, which saved me about $1000. I really appreciated their candor and dedication to making sure I got exactly what I needed and nothing I didn’t. I’ll recommend them to anyone else who needs a new water heater, and the tech mentioned they do other plumbing and heating services too, so I’ll be calling them the next time I have an issue.

Matt and Aaron put in detailed effort to identify the warranty on the water boiler, get the right parts and put in the detailed effort to fix my boiler.
