    I needed my sink, kitchen floor, and living room windows replaced and was very impressed with their service. They did a great job and got it done in a timely fashion. They sent pictures of the completed work every night.I had a slight issue with the cleanup when they were finished. They responded to my email within minutes and sent them back that day to finish up.

    New Chapter did a great job installing a new composite deck for my condo unit and some roof repairs for our building. Romeo the office manager checked in regularly to provide updates. Work was completed ahead of schedule and we are happy with the end result.

    At this point I cant even remember all of the jobs I have hired New Chapter Home Improvement to do! I have a 160 year old townhome that constantly needs work and Vickey is always my first call! This team is excellent. They do fabulous work -- on time, clean, professional, and very good value -- and they are wonderful to have around. I am so lucky to have found them and look forward to many years of maintaining my historic home with their help.

    NCHI did an outstanding job! Excellent and quick service throughout. Vicki and Romeo are incredibly amiable and simple to contact. My entryway was power washed by Leroy, the field supervisor, and he did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

    Adding to a previous review, New Chapter recently did a series of projects in my condo - painting, sink removal & installation, repairs and access panels to ceiling, window replacement - excellent experience at every step of the process. Great pricing, thorough work & clean-up, clear communication throughout. I cannot praise Vicki, Leroy, Romeo and the rest of the crew enough. I would absolutely recommend NCHI to anyone and would not hesitate for a second to seek them out again. Great people doing great work!Excellence from start to finish! NCHI was quick to respond, and scheduled a time of my preference. Kenny was very thorough in his work and left space in perfect condition. He explained the problem, showed me the corroded pieces he was replacing and everything is working perfectly. Quality people doing quality work.     In the past three months, Ive had occasion to use NCHI to remodel a bathroom and to do the interior restoration work following installation of a number of skylights in two different rooms. I also used NCHI to repaint our first floor tenants unit several years ago. In each case, Vicki Gray and her team gave and stuck to a reasonable estimate for the scope of work, showed up to start the job on time and each day, did excellent work and completed the work within the estimated time frame. Their responsiveness and flexibility particularly impressed me in connection with the interior work done for the skylights as the skylight work itself had several setbacks moving the start date for the interior work on several occasions but Vicki and her team accommodated us each time. The team at NCHI is unfailingly polite and are solid communicators. I highly recommend NCHI.

    I saw NCHI upgrading my neighbors home. The work was so well done, I had to reach out to them and ask if they could do my home and Im so happy I did. Between the poor construction and New England weather, my home took a real beating through the years. NCHI came in and renovated to perfection! My home looks better then when I first purchased it.     Was looking for a handyman for one of our clients and found them right away on Google. Super easy to get in touch with and Romeo was in contact every step of the way!     The painters were very kind, polite and professional. They did an excellent job with the details; fixing holes and imperfections in the walls, around the windows, doors and light fixtures. Childrens rooms take a lot of punishment. They cleaned up beautifully after their work and now everything looks brand new. They even gave me tips for upkeep and enhancement.Thank you New Chapter!

    Vicki and her contractors/subs were great. They did some basement cleanup and trash removal for us. They cleaned up after themselves and were very communicative the whole time. You can tell Vicki puts immense pride in her business and works hard to make sure you are satisfied - the level of communication and professionalism was refreshing for contracting services, even for a small job.

    The New Chapter team was terrific from the start. Vicki came to look at the job (fixing a leak that had spread down to a second floor from where it originated around a window frame). She was prompt, very easy to talk with, and knowledgeable. The team scheduled repairs, gave a budget-friendly estimate, and arrived right on time. The work was completed in a morning, done neatly and competently. There have been no leaks since.     We had a leak because the original builder did not properly flash around the window or install a drip edge. Not something I could DIY at the time, but its so hard getting GCs to show up for a small job like that. New Chapter had a very fair bid, was on time, and did a fantastic job correcting this and re-siding around the window. They were also super patient with my many questions as a newer homeowner. Its been a year with no leaks at all. Id hire them again in a second.

    Loved this whole experience! Our bathroom has been awaiting a paint job for literally years. The fabulous New Chapter experience started with a visit by the owner, Vicki, who measured the space, provided some much needed input on color and finishes, and reassured me that our 100+ year old houses sad walls would be prepped and painted. The proposal was clear and very reasonable. We were very quickly able to get our appointment scheduled and on the appointed day and hour, our super polite and friendly team was at our door. They were so careful - even protected our floors as they went about their work. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of work. Our bathrooms old walls were sanded, holes were filled and everything was painted in one day. I cant wait to redecorate.
