The service manager Mr. Glenn Ottenbacher not only went out of his way to answer a question that wasnt even directly asked of him on an equipment diagnostic but he nailed it. Then again answered the bell throughout the whole process. Linking me with the parts department and combing through manuals to give me parts numbers. If a man happens to have a Volvo equipment issue in Wisconsin I cant see why I would ever talk to anyone else. Thank you Glenn and Caring Equipment -
