First let me say I am a retired carpenter. Through the years I built many many projects and yes, I built my whole house myself because, call it what you want, “nobody would build it as good as me”. I do know what’s going on. Being at the age of just not wanting to do the work anymore left me searching for a contractor to meet my high expectations. Well, that wasn’t going too good until I tried YNI. I have done three projects with them now and I will say without hesitation my search has ended.Their professional approach and the knowledge of their crews (the crews make a company) are unmatched by any others I’ve tried to date. They are all courteous, respectful of your property, and a pure pleasure to work with. I have never seen even a slight cutting of corners (and I know the corners) on the work they performed at my home. They will explain in great detail what they are doing and intend to do to provide a top-notch job. They did for me.Just after having knee surgery, I had a fireplace chimney repair job done. Being stuck in the house, and a lot of time on the couch, it was so nice knowing I did not have to be there looking over shoulders all the time making sure all work is being done correctly. I’m 100% sure it is when they arrive. As expected, the job did indeed turn out to my complete satisfaction and Mark kept me up to date the entire time, even bringing me pictures from the roof of what he was doing and how.I’m happy and have no reservations recommending YNI. I know they will be doing my next project, tear out and updating my bathrooms. No contractor searching required.

These guys are on the ball! Very thorough and fast!! Made sure every little detail was taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and outcome, especially after you hear so many horror stories when it comes to remodeling work. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them for future needs

I recently had You Name It Contracting do work on my deck which was in bad shape (boards were rotted, sections were unstable, and it had not been stained in years). You name it contracting made all the necessary repairs, pressure washed the deck and stained it and it only took them two work days (weather caused some delays). The workers were very knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous. I would not hesitate to use their services again and I also would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing ANY work done.

If youre looking for trustworthy and talented contractors, youve found them. My family has used this company for various projects over the past couple of years. We have seen their work time and again, including using them for our house for the first time. They really can do just about everything. You Name It is thorough and knowledgeable. Dave, Corey, and Zack were extremely helpful and responsive to every concern we had. They take great pride in their work, and it shows. From the roof job for my grandparents, to the retaining wall and indoor renovation for my parents, to saving our basement from flooding, You Name It has shown to be a contracting business with talent, passion, and integrity. We hope to use their services time and again.

Emergency water leak in a town house ....they fit me in within 2 days and got it fixed fast! Then they repaired the downstairs ceiling and it looks like new. It was a rental property and they billed me and made it all super easy. I am keeping their number on my phone! (Side note- female renter was very comfortable with their professionalism...BONUS!)
