We had a very unique ductwork issue, and Armstrong Comfort Solutions was able to get things resolved for us. I honestly couldnt be happier with the entire experience. Special thanks to Wes and Wes, who were the technicians who did the work, Chris who came out to give the estimate, and Matt who initially diagnosed the issue.Every step of the process exceeded my expectations. In a time where so many companies and contractors cannot be relied on, its great to know that there are still companies that provide quality service, show up when they say they will, and get the job done right.

Def recommend this company. When my furnace broke, they responded immediately and was at my house within the hour. I needed to buy a new furnace. They had it installed 2 days later and offered electric heaters to keep me warm in the meantime. The cleanup was amazing. There was no trace that anyone was even there. I was told all of my options and there was no pressure to make the most expensive purchase. Excellent customer service. Will def use them again in the future.

Devin our furnace tech guy, was professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly resolved the furnace issue. He made his recommendation to us and checked and cleaned condensation drain. No pressure to do any other work in the future. He answered all our questions and was very helpful to us. This type of approach is why we will continue to use Armstrong Comfort solutions. I have already recommended Armstrong to several people. This was a Sunday emergence call. We could not be happier with response and performance. Thank you Devin and Armstrong Comfort Solutions.

Giving credit when credit is due! Try getting attention from a plumbing company during the first coldest winter nights in the middle of the holiday season! Armstrong Comfort Solutions did when others couldnt make it out for weeks or just wouldnt even return my calls. The technician, Brandon was clean, courteous and professional in all respects..... great in assisting my concerns and coming up with an affordable solution to my problem. I suggest you contact this company FIRST before any other!

I am not typically one to leave reviews but wanted to give them a shoutout! It is well deserved. Our hot water heater went caput and between the diagnostics and having to get the electric ran for it, we had been without hot water for days. I called after my brother put in the electric line thinking it may be a day or 2 before they could get to me. To my surprise, the woman I spoke to worked her magic and got someone out here the SAME DAY. That first hot shower was glorious! I wish I remembered her name but thank you so much! Very reasonable price too.

I have used Armstrong for both plumbing and heating problems and I am most impressed with both the quality of work the price and how fast I got an appointment. The workers are great . Brandon and Nathan who installed my heater were both kind, helpful and very professional. Even the customer service reps are very kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to use Armstrong Comfort Solutions again if God forbid I need help with any future plumbing or heating issues. If you want quality work and fast service,. Eli was on time and got my furnace running within 20 minutes. They do heating, hvac and plumbing. Great company. I recommend them.
