    I would give more than 5 stars if they let me. They were quick and prompt with replacing our furnace. Zach was our tech and he was very professional, kind and trustworthy. I feel like they gave impeccable service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs someone reliable.

    We didn’t have heat because of a connector on our furnace being broken. We called on Friday and they were here by Monday morning. We appreciated that with the lower temperatures starting to come by. Other places we called had weeks of waiting or didn’t bother to call back at all.Zac was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable welcoming him inside. He was also very respectful of our home. He fixed the issue within 30 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable!!He also cleaned out the furnace to prep us for winter after fixing the issue as well which was very much appreciated!Definitely recommend!!

    This was some of the best customer service I’ve received. I contacted Cunningham Shanor one morning and they had a technician at my house that afternoon. Zac identified the problem quickly and even told me I may run into additional trouble once he got the furnace running. Thankfully no other problems occurred. It didn’t cost me an arm and a leg to fix and the technician was informative the whole process. Highly recommend this company.

    This is a busy time of year and they came out rather quickly for being so busy, and the Tech Braedon was very competent and very cordial. He did a great job installing our new Wi-Fi thermostat and fixing our humidity issue within the house. He also explained everything very nicely. I would definitely recommend Cunningham/Shanor.

    I had been using another HVAC company for years. They were always good, but over the last few years their customer service really regressed. This was the first time I used Cunningham Shanor. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the service tech was very knowledgeable and capable. I will use them again for my next service call.

    I had Cunningham Shanor put a new furnace and air conditioning in my 100-year-old house that did not previously have air conditioning.The workers were very professional and friendly. They got right to the task at hand and had it done in a day and a half. They explained everything they were doing and what they had done. The plumbing on the furnace, air conditioner and humidifier was done neatly and tucked out of the way.The furnace and air conditioner are quiet.Cunningham Shanor was half the price of another estimate that I got. I tried to get an estimate from a third place, but they never showed up.I would use them again in the future.

    Scheduling service or maintenance is easy and quick. Technicians are always knowledgeable, friendly, and on-time. The company provides pre-appointment notifications that the technician is on their way which enables me to make sure the dogs get where they need to be before they arrive. Happily a repeat customer when necessary.

    Our heat pump stopped operating on Monday, December 23rd. Zac H., from Cunningham Shanor, arrived Tuesday morning on Christmas Eve, diagnosed the problem and had our heat pump operational within an hour. We are relieved to have heat, and delighted with Cunningham Shanors response to our call for help! Excellent service and we highly recommend Cunningham Shanor!

    Great customer service, friendly representative was able to instantly schedule a service appointment. Will use them for any services I need in the future.* Do not use One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They promise service 24/7 when you get installation but neglect to tell you it is contingent on paying $15 a month. One Hour refuses to even schedule a service appointment unless you pay and join their club. I would have paid over $700 in monthly fees since getting installation.

    I have used a couple different HVAC companies before. So I called one of them when our air conditioner quit working. I didnt get a call back so I called Cunningham Shanor around quarter after 8:00am. They had someone to my house by 11:00am. Zac was great. He explained everything to me. I thought their pricing was very fair. The high temperature that day was supposed to get to 91 degrees so I couldnt have been more grateful for the quick turnaround. Best experience Ive had with an HVAC company.

    I cant recommend Cunningham Shanor HVAC enough! Our AC went down, and after calling a few places and not hearing back, we reached out to Cunningham this morning. They answered the phone right away, signed us up as customers, and had Zac and his team member at our door within the hour. The front desk staff was a pleasure to work with, making scheduling a breeze. Zac and his colleague were extremely friendly, professional, and thorough in explaining the problem.     Our AC went out yesterday, so I called Cunningham Shanor this morning at 8:30. The representative told us she had to see what their technicians were up to and would get back to me. 10 minutes later, I had an appointment set for 9:30-10:30. Carmen showed up around 10 and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained it to me in a way I could understand (I know nothing about HVAC), cleaned the coils, fixed the issue, and gave me a few maintenance tips. By 11:00, he was on his way. Fast, professional, and knowledgeable. If you need HVAC repairs or maintenance, I highly recommend them.

    I was very happy with your service but disappointed in the amount of time to receive a part. I understand you can’t stock a lot with all the different makes of furnace. My bad luck started with a break down on my blower on a Friday night. Zack Hack came the next day and found the problem but we had to wait until Tuesday to get it running. The bad part was spending almost 4 days in 90* heat. Would not wish this on anyone.

The price was quite reasonable and they all did an exceptional job! The installers took great care not to damage anything in or to the house itself, when they removed the old furnace and brought the new unit in. When they finished, the installation was clean, neat and most importantly, fully functional. I would highly recommend Cunningham Shanor for any furnace replacement job.     I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Cunningham Shanor. I had a problem with a water leak at a joint in the flue pipe of my furnace. The Other Furnace People that advertise one hour - were unable and unwilling to do the job in a timely manor (weeks to wait) and 2 trips that did not solve the problem. I called Cunningham Shanor explained the problem and they got me in same day. They sent their tech Braedon out who diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced what needed replaced, he was very professional and did an excellent job. The cost was very reasonable, I will not hesitate to call them again if needed I highly recommend them.

    On Palm Sunday our well over 60 year old furnace quit working. Monday morning the husband called Cunningham/Shanor and within 2 hours Zac H. was at our door . After determining that the best course of action for our wallet (efficiency) and our safety ( no gasline shut-off measures) was to finally give in and replace the old furnace. At the time the decision was made to also replace the old A/C unit ( which was well over 30 years old) An agreement was met , a contract signed and the order was placed. On Tuesday someone drove to Cleveland to pick up our items and on Wednesday morning bright and early a crew( Zac, Zach and Lucas ) were at our door . They had their work cut out for them as they had to cut ,saw and hammer to remove the old furnace which was the size of a small car . Once that was done they set to work installing our new energy efficient York 2 stage furnace , cutting duct work , moving gaslines, drilling holes in the foundation and even skipping lunch and asking the boss to allow a bit of overtime so we could have a working furnace for Wednesday night. Let me tell you that was greatly appreciated !! Once again Thursday morning the crew was there bright and early and completed finish work on the furnace , the A/C unit and installation of a chimney liner and capped the chimney off . There was a thorough clean up after the installation all we had to do was vacuum the floor . Many many kudos to Zac , Zach and Lucas for a well done job !!! They were a pleasure to work with , knew what they were doing and did it all !!!!! We would HIGHLY recommend Cunningham/Shanor for any heating/cooling needs !! Great job guys !!

    Woke up to a very cold house on a very frigid day. After calling another heating/cooling business and being told that they could not come to my home today, I called Cunningham Shanor. The person that answered the phone was friendly and polite. She said we will get someone out there this morning. Zac, the technician, promptly arrived and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the necessary part needed to get the furnace working again was in a location about 30 minutes away. He told me that another technician by the name of C.J. would pick up the part and install it for me shortly. C.J. showed up and got my furnace running and heat flowing!     Cunningham Shanor is our go-to company for all of our air conditioning, plumbing, and heating needs. We just recently discovered that we had a power surge when we turned on our A/C and nothing happened. Cunningham Shanor sent someone out quickly to check out the problem and found that one of our air handlers had been fried by the power surge. They quoted us a fair price for replacement and were able to install a whole new unit within a few days.

    I recently had a new furnace/air conditioner installed at my 104-year old house by Cunningham Shanor. The old one was about 18 yrs. old. It was pieced together over the years and I found out it was actually too large for my home (which caused problems). Brian removed the old unit, designed new duct work, and installed the new unit (which is half the size of the old unit). Many of the old ducts were hanging down below the ceiling. Brian creatively tucked them up into the rafters and made the space amazingly neat and tidy. Also, Mike, who worked with Brian, was so polite and professional. They both made the experience very enjoyable and we love our new unit. Typical of the weather in September, we have been able to use both the air conditioner and the heat. Both work extremely well. I would highly recommend Cunningham Shanor Inc. for you furnace, air conditioner and plumbing needs.
