    Water Heaters Now responded immediately to my inquiry. They were able to get our new water heater installed and refresh parts on the other one (we have 2 water heaters run in series) promptly. Their technician was very informed and did excellent work. Best of all, they were less than half the price quoted to me by one of the competitors who advertises on TV a lot.     Communication was efficient and knowledgeable. Scheduled and installed quickly and with good clean up afterward. Unit passed inspection and WHN filed for the rebate for from Xcel for us. We recommend them to others. Price was competitive with our local plumber. WHN did try to sell a $20 disaster pan to us for $150, but, we said no. Recommend you pick one up before your install and save the awkwardness.

    If you need a new water heater, look no further. We noticed that our old water heater started leaking late on Friday afternoon. My husband called Nate and by 10 am on Saturday morning (20 hours later), we have a new water heater installed. Aidan was extremely professional and courteous, taking care to lay down drop cloths and wearing shoe covers through our carpeted lower level. He was efficient and thorough in explaining the temperature control, flushing process, and even gave us a science lesson on electrolysis to help explain why the anode rod has to be changed every 3 years. Water Heaters Now follows up via email with a YouTube video that explains how to do the flushing process if you choose to do it yourself. Aidan also made us aware that Water Heaters Now coordinates with the City Inspector to arrange an inspection at the customers convenience. This ensures that their work is certified to city code. And, as a thank you for being a customer, we received an insulated tumbler. I usually get anxious when service people show up to do work in our house, but I was completely at ease and happy with this smooth transaction.

    Great experience with Water Heaters Now. I tried two other companies that never bothered to even call me back. So much for same day service if you call before 2pm. Water Heaters Now not only answered the phone but attempted to help me diagnose the problem to see if I needed their services. I had a technician out with in a few hours. My new Water heater was a little tricky since I live on top floor of condo. Aiden did a great job. He was very professional. Price was better than expected. Very happy with my new water heater.

Nate was very knowledgeable in recommending a Rinnai tankless water heater.     Our 20+ year old water heater went out on us Monday, a holiday. As it was not an emergency, we used HomeAdvisor to seek quotes on Tuesday morning from various contractors.The first call we promptly received was from Water Heaters Now. We had never heard of it.Quella was great! She was very friendly and asked the right questions to ensure that we would receive exactly what we wanted/needed and expected. She gave us a quote that was very reasonable based on my research and it included everything---water heater, installation costs, city permit, and haul away of our old water heater AND it would be done that day with the installer arriving within a specified time period.The Water Heaters Now team lived up to their promises.     Great experience. Called at 10 pm on a Wednesday night thinking i would here back the following day. Returned my call immediately (10:05) and had a tech scheduled for the following morning. The one time it wasnt really an emergency in my eyes but thats just how water heaters now handled it. Aidan my technician was very knowledgeable and polite/professional. Possibly also the only time I heard more information then I wanted to. Cant complain about that he was great.

    I needed a new hot water heater because my 12 year old one was showing signs of coming to an end. I called around and no one would give me a quote over the phone, even though I knew exactly what I needed. I wanted a couple quotes so I could pick and chose between them. Everyone did in-home quotes only for a fee. I saw an ad for an online quote from Water Heaters Now. I got texted back by Jon, who had me take some pictures of my old tank. He called me back, gave me a couple options on a Rheem tank, and said it could be installed tomorrow. Unheard of! I picked an option, and Brooks (the installer) was at my house at 7:30am the next day, as Jon promised. The whole thing, from initial contact to finished installation was seamless and all as promised. Excellent work, great service and warranty, and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Like others, they do water replacement estimates over the phone, but they sell the brand we wanted (Rheem), the intake person answered all my questions, and was up front about the possible need for additonal work to compliance with changes to city building codes. No surprises. The installation guy did good work. No complaints at all. Super fast. I called in the morning and they installed it that same day. I would not hesitate to hire Water Heaters Now again.

    This company is the best! A few weeks ago my 91 year old grandmother said her water had a leak, it was over 11 years old so I knew it had to be replaced ASAP and these guys were very responsive!     I normally don’t write but in this case I have to. Jake and Aidan are amazing. I just bought a townhouse and needed an new water heater.     I cant speak highly enough of our experience with the folks at Water Heaters Now. Below is the summary of our experience.Short version:They took out our old tank water heater and installed a new tankless unit. Communication, expectations, quality of work and follow-up were all outstanding. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and would recommend Water Heaters Now for tankless installation with no hesitation whatsoever.Longer version (in case youre like me and want to know the particulars of what you might expect):SCHEDULING — I called their main number expecting to schedule someone to come out for $79 service call to inspect the basement and give us a quote. Thats what the previous two companies I spoke with did when I was getting estimates and evaluating whether I wanted them to do the work based on the first part of the process. To my surprise, they did not end up needing to do a pre-installation visit to provide the quote. Whats more, I felt more confident in the quote I from Gabriel, the guy who answered the phone, than the other estimates I got from people who actually came to the house. Gabriel was very relaxed, not pushy in the slightest, and asked tons of questions, which I really appreciated. We chatted for about 20 minutes, he answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them, being a research junkie whod done a lot of reading about switching from a tank water heater to a tankless), and he was able to give me a tentative quote for the installing a tankless unit. He asked if I could take pictures of the old water heater, the spot we wanted to put the new one. the water coming into the house and the pipes leading to both the old spot and the new spot. He said that he would review the pictures with one of the senior installers to verify whether the tentative quote and required services were accurate and get back to me. I heard back from him within the day that they were confident in the quote. My wife and I took a day to think about it, then scheduled the install. I really, really appreciated Gabriels knowledge, his easy, no pressure manner, and the fact that I was able to get a quote that I was extremely confident in without having to have a pre-install home visit.INSTALL — Nate and Jay were our installers, Nate being the senior installer of the two. I got a text message twenty minutes before the scheduled start time letting me know that they were on their way. They showed up exactly on time. The first thing Nate did was come in, check out the site and review all the work that was planned to see if there were any unforeseen issues that got missed in the pictures or scheduling conversations. There were none, and he then walked me through the plan of what they were going to do, when during the morning theyd be shutting off the water, and how hed let me know if he needed me to do anything during the process. I checked in downstairs a few times to see how things were going, because I was curious, and Nate took time to explain what theyd done and what they were about to do. The install went smoothly, and from tool load-in to tool load-out was about three hours. The last step was that he walked my wife and I through a quick demo of the unit, and explained their policy of scheduling the first complimentary annual descaling/cleaning of the unit, and that its done as a teaching appointment so homeowners feel comfortable and confident doing it themselves if they wish. Lastly, Nate pointed out that there was a very, very small leak in one of our gas pipes (which Id just recently become aware of). As part of the install, they check not only the gas pipe they install to make sure theyre properly sealed, but also the existing pipes. He said that if I wanted him to, he could fix it right then, but it was a no-pressure, no obligation statement. I did ask him to fix it, and he had that done in about a half hour.FOLLOWUP — We had some issues that required a couple follow-up visits, but they got it figured out, made it right and made sure that we were happy.     Was able to have the water heater installed the same day I ordered it, and was very glad for that. The plumber who installed it, Paul, was efficient and helpful in addressing issues and education associated to our installation. I thought I was ordering a 40 gallon tank, but a 50 gallon tank was delivered. I was told 2x by one of the managers during the ordering process, that our tank could be drained to a nearby sump pump well. The installer informed me that was not possible, as it was a city code violation. So I have to rely on a leak detector to warn me in case of leaks down the road. I wish this would have been communicated up front. I am glad to have the water heater and have it installed in such a timely manner, but I may have purchased more than what I need due to confusion in the ordering process. The managers over confidence in his draining promise should have been tempered. On the plus side, the installer waived the fee associated to using a credit card which saved us about $50. 4 stars for the experience as a whole.

    These guys were fantastic. Trying to hire plumbers can be a stressful experience. These guys were clearly extremely knowledgeable, but I had a unique system and an unusual problem. The assistant I talked to on the phone took a few hours to research potential approaches and talk with his team, and texted me during the process to keep me updated. He gave me a few potential solutions and, when I asked, was even willing to work with the manufacturer of my water heater directly on a warranty claim which would help reduce the cost for me. Before my service day, the company sent a couple of techs to examine my problem in person. There was no extra charge for this; on the contrary, this examination allowed them to confirm the exact cost of the service down to the dollar and allowed them to order a few rare non-inventoried parts they needed so everything was ready to go on my service day. On my service day, I wasnt home and they kept me updated throughout the day by text and, when I returned home, everything was finished and the water heater room was cleaner than its been since I owned the home.     I cant say enough good things about my experience with Water Heaters Now! Our water heater died, and we had a home warranty. They came over and looked at it and sure enough our 23yr old heater needed to be replaced. They submitted my claim and it was (incorrectly) denied. Nate spent approximately THREE HOURS on the phone fighting for us. Eventually it was overturned and they were able to do it. They came out the very next day and Jake and Bruce had the job done in about an hour. They were both kind and courteous.     I Could not be happier with our experience. Our water heater went out on a Wednesday night, I called another company early Thursday to come out and look at it. The other company determined we needed a new water heater and thermal expansion tank and they gave me a couple options for quotes. Needless to say, I was sticker shocked, but we were stuck... so I told them let’s do it, luck for me, they couldn’t do it the same day (even though that’s what they advertise). I did my research Thursday night and confirmed my suspicion about pricing. I sent Water Heaters Now a request for quote before going to bed.     Excellent experience with Water Heaters Now. We called Water Heaters Now after a less than pleasant experience with another company. Ray was very knowledgeable regarding water heater options. We installed a gas line and a tankless water heater. Best purchase ever!! Nate was the Master plumber. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time, completed the job quickly, and did not leave any mess. Highly recommend these guys!!

    Jake did an excellent job of replacing my old 50 gallon water heater with a new tankless water heater. He made everything look nice, he was careful with removal, he explained things well so I knew how to use and maintain my equipment, and he cleaned up when he was done.     Everyone that I came into contact with was professional and knowledgeable. It was an emergency situation. Someone responded within 30 mins of an online quote. I recieved same day service. My technician Bruce was great! Had a tiny glitch with receipt, Jamie cleared in right up. Can you get a water heater installed cheaper? Yes. Water Heaters Now, does just that, Now. No worries about removing old water heater, pulling permit, shopping for the heater. One call everything is done. So, grateful this company delivers on their name.     Since we have a home warranty plan, I thought it would take at least 3-5 days to get a new water heater. I called the warranty company and was able to get in touch with the owner the same day. He came out and inspected the water heater and informed us that we needed a new one. The next day by noon, a new water heater was installed. Since my husband wasn’t home, the gentleman that installed the water heater allowed me to video tape him on proper care and maintence of our new water heater. Very pleased with Water Heaters Now. I highly recommend them!!

    I called on a Saturday after my old tank started leaking water, and I spoke directly to owner Ray. Was able to get service scheduled Monday at 7am. He gave me a fast quote after I texted a few photos, came in over 20% less than 2 other companies including Home Depot sub-contractor. The 2 installers were polite, professional, and did a great job changing venting out the side of my house in the most efficient way possible. They also replaced some copper lines in my furnace area that had mold buildup for a reasonable cost when I requested during the tank install. Outstanding!
