Jeff Finke did an excellent job for us. He arrived on time, wore shoe covers and politely introduced himself. He very efficiently reconnected our humidifier which the furnace installers failed to do. I was able to get an appointment easily- next day availability! Jordon arrived within the time frame, was friendly and able to quickly solve the lighting/electrical issue despite living in a 110 year old home. He was upfront about pricing so I knew exactly what things would cost! Jeremy (and apprentice) were able to fix my sink/faucet on the same day, which was extremely convenient for me to be able to get everything done at once with the same company. Everything looks and works great and I plan on contacting again for future projects-would recommend!

Amazing service! We had many concerns about our old home and Greg and his apprentice reassured us by walking through our home and checking over every plug in, outlet, and wire to make sure everything was in perfect working order and safe for our family. He was very friendly and extremely professional explaining and answering all of our many questions. My family and I are so grateful for him. Another bonus was I called this morning to make an appointment for this service call. They originally scheduled me for next day which I was happy with knowing it is a busy holiday week, and they soon called back and let me know they could come out right away today! It was so great!! I was very impressed with Hurlburt Heatint and Plumbing from the very first phone call. Rob, an exceptional technician, was dispatched to my home the same day I called. He provided outstanding service from start to finish. I’ve owned a home for 34 years and without a doubt Rob was the most pleasant technician I’ve dealt with. He was very knowledgeable, discovered the core problem quickly, offered me a number of options, explained everything clearly, and he was personable, patient and kind. My plumbing issue was unexpected and those situations are always stressful (unplanned impact on your life and finances). Rob made this situation so much easier to navigate. Frankly, if I need service again - I will ask for Rob!

I recently had Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing over at my place, and they were just fantastic, hands down. Tiffany was my first contact, and she was super helpful and professional. Hurlburt has been a great resource for us in addressing issues and concerns. We recently had a new furnace and A/C installed by them and when we were hearing a weird noise coming through the vents when the furnace shut off, Dan Sukowatey stopped by to check everything out. He thoroughly checked to make sure everything was working properly and gave us a few explanations for where the noise may have been coming from. I appreciated his time in looking through everything even though the furnace wasn’t making the noise at the time of the visit.

We had our furnace replace by Hurlbert Heating. The Team that was sent out was great, respectful of our new carpet. Process was pretty painless and Carter the electrician was very knowledgeable and took time to go over questions I had related to updating the thermostat. Over all I would call them again, they dont waste time getting the job done, And they are not in a rush when you have questions. As far as price, I would say average.

I had some leaky faucets and a clogged drain that needed attention. This was my first time going through Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing and, golly, am I glad I called them! They literally kept me updated every step of the way, sending text messages and emails on when they would be arriving. This is key, as Ive missed other contractors because they simply show up when they can without notification. Jim was our plumber and he greeted me with a smile on this face, and I think the dogs appreciated his greeting way more (as you can see by the picture). Jim broke down options for fixing my faucets, as he truly cared about ensuring I was made aware of all the options that fit my budget. He walked me through part replacement, to replacing a portion of the unit, to full replacement. He cared about my bottom line and that I understood all my options before moving forward. I work in the customer service industry myself, so naturally great customer service goes a long way with me. Jim not only fixed my plumbing issues, but he built what I hope is a lasting relationship. I recommend Jim and Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing to everyone, hands down the best in the business.

1st, I was happy to find a plumber to check the hot water heater on Monday when it stopped working late Friday afternoon. Rob came on Monday and git it working again with no promise it would stay fixed. He went through options and I decided on a new hot water heater. Lucky me! The old one lasted about a day and a half . Rob arrived on schedule, despite heavy snow, on Thursday with the new hot water heater. It was installed and operating within a couple hours. Rob was professional and efficient and it was refreshing to have an experienced pro do the work! I highly recommend Rob. Another big plus is that Hurlbert answers the phone with real people and any follow up communication was done as promised. A big Yes to Hurlburts customer service process from initial contact to the time Rob left with the dysfunctional old hot water heater.

I highly recommend Hurlburt Plumbing! I called them in a bit of a panic with a leak. They were quick to respond on a holiday weekend and got an appointment scheduled right away. Just so much good stuff to say about my experience, it was my first time working with these folks and frankly it was in direct comparison to a competitor after a very poor experience. You might know them as the most reputable company in town, the most reviewed on Google, but I am shocked at the difference in experiences.From the get-go, I was assured With Jeff at Hurlburt would be the right person for the job. He displayed confidence in the system, but more so confidence in his ability to know what was needed in the system. I’m not sure what his experience with nest thermostats were to begin with, but became very clear very quickly that he respected my knowledge of the system, and also his knowledge of HVAC systems and thermostats. He spoke to me like I cared how it worked and cared to know how to support in the future.For thermostat wiring to be the main reason I called these guys, but then receive some pretty expert care at my furnace , replacing some parts that he clearly explained to me would be helpful for the longevity. He also explained to me what I didn’t know about heating systems and their longevity and I’m more confident that my system won’t need to be updated or revamped because of his expert knowledge. I’m sure I’ll call them when it’s time to replace it.But to sum it all up I just had a great vibe. Never spoke down to me, made me feel empowered, and coming from my experience building service and support mechanism for lots of companies, Jeff is exactly the type of person I’d want in my fleet, maybe even running it. It was on the heels of a very terrible experience with Bonfe. I feel lucky to have found Jeff at Hurlburt

Yes, I would recommend Hurlburt H&P because on the phone I found them respectfully and professional. Even though this was a small job, Hurlburt set up a free estimate within a couple days.Hurlburt sent Jordan to look at the job - He was delightful and patient, answering all our questions , plus he went the extra mile to figure out how/best path to run wiring. ( this was not the only company we had give us an estimate, but others complained about wiring path).Jordan was also the one to come back and do the job. He was a professional and even cleaned up :)

We’ve been without heat for a couple of weeks now, but they’ve been in constant contact with us and making sure we had other sources for heating asking if we needed more heating sources. We just moved here 2 years ago. Hurlburts was highly recommend by our neighbors. Dan was our service tech. Dan did a very nice job. He showed up on time which was actually early. Listened to everything I was telling him about the items I had already checked on our furnace. Did a nice inspection. Didnt seem to have any issues with me being involved in his work and asking questions. Made some recommendations for us, as to what is needed. Also discussed the need for a new furnace in the possible near future. Dan also got us set up for an appointment to have a new HVAC system estimated. Tarek with Hurlbert stop by my house to do a tuneup on my 18-year-old furnace. He talked very intelligently about the project and about the product. This is the second time Ive used this company the first time as a real estate agent. I had him check out two furnaces on one of my listings that had high CO2 ratings. They found that the gas valves were improperly adjusted. These are good Honest , hard-working people! Never tried to sell me anything only tried to solve the problem! I can’t say enough about this Minnesota/twin cities crew. They are the friendliest technicians that come out, explain what they are doing so well & truly do care about their work. As a previous business owner (PAL’s Machining) I know how important it is to retain good employees. Good employees are what makes a company grow and retain customers and acquire new ones. We had Craig ( from Hurlburt Heating) come to our house and get our furnace back to working properly again and he did that plus a complete check to prevent future problems from occurring. Ben came the following day and talked about the pluses and minuses of waiting to replace it. And allowed me to decide for myself what course of action I should take. Unfortunately he found that wouldnt be enough to save our furnace and pointed out several issues with it and some of the other related equipment. I appreciate his honesty and the information he provided to us so we could.proceed to contact our home warranty company and work through them to institute a claim.

Addison arrived at our home about 30 minutes after I called Hurlburt late in the afternoon. We had called another business but they couldn’t get here until the next day. The shut off valve to the toilet was broken so we had to shut the water off coming into the house. With 5 people in our home we needed water before morning. He replaced the service line and valve going to our toilet in about 20-30 minutes.He was very pleasant and professional.

So I had it replaced this morning. Tarek returned along with a few other guys whose names I dont remember. Everyone one was very friendly and professional.Replacing a furnace is expensive and not something someone plans for. I contacted Hurlburt to come check out my furnace as it wasnt running for as long as it should have during a heating cycle. I was able to schedule an appointment online as soon as I noticed the issue, and Tarek, a technician, came two days later. Tarek was super helpful, explained things really clearly, and was in and out in less than an hour. He even dealt with our cats, who were probably too curious, professionally. Tarek also ran some extra tests just to make sure everything with the furnace was up to snuff. The cost of service was very fair. Im very happy I selected Hurlburt.

We greatly appreciated their attention to detail. The heaters they installed on our porch ceilings will allow us to enjoy our outdoor space into winter! The tech (Craig) was knowledgeable and provided multiple options without trying to pressure sell me. Presented the facts and let me make the choice. Having worked in a different serivice industry, I know that resolving one issue presents another hidden issue and that happened in this case. The tech tried a simple fix hoping to avoid a more expensive fix. It didnt work, so he didnt charge me. He then laid out all of the options again with no pressure. Having HVAC problems is never fun, but dealing with Craig made the best of a bad situation.

I was amazed at the sped and quality of work done on my home. I contacted Hurlburt on sept 20thfor a new furnace and ac. I had a confirmed appointment on sept 23rd at 5pm, they worked with my schedule. Eric who came out to give me quotes was so kind and answered all of my questions. After accepting the bid, their representative called promptly to schedule an installation appointment. They were able to help me on Oct 7th! Carter W. And the rest of their team arrived on time, and were ready to work. They had my full systems up and running with in a few hours! Had I known it was that quick with Hurlburt I wouldn’t have taken a full day off!
