I had a water pump that went bad and a setup that overall didn’t make sense in my basement for what we use it for. Mike and Kyle quickly came over for the consult next day and were able to schedule us in just a couple days. They quickly were able to make the modifications to our draining system so we can use our washing machine again. No water pump needed and they hauled away the old junk. Trustworthy business to work with for sure.This was huge as we have a two week old newborn and was one of the things stressing us out- thank you!

I highly recommend them! Friendly, professional, explains things well, and very responsive. They quoted me a great price before seeing the issue, and even though the job turned out to require a lot more work, they didn’t charge me any more. They replaced my outdoor faucet and shut off, ran pex pipes into the basement and installed a drain for the winter - meticulous work.

Fast, affordable, and friendly! These guys came out and replaced my ancient outdoor spigot. Some other companies were trying to charge me almost THREE TIMES as much for the same job. Well done, guys. You’re my default choice from now on.

Had a stopped up bathroom drain. Called a few companies to get quotes on fixing it after “home remedies” weren’t working. Ariello/Call the Bee/RotorRooter etc. all telling me that first they have to send out a tech to assess then they’d quote me a price. A few also telling me I’d have to pay a diagnostic fee of $175+ on top of whatever the fee is to clear the drain. After feeling these were predatory prices I contacted a local plumber-Lauretti. They were able to quickly fit me in & quoted me a rough estimate over the phone just so I had a ball park figure, he and his son came out- extremely nice, personable and respectful…were here all of 15mins and fixed my issue. Explained to me what happened and how to fix it if it were to happen again. I won’t use anyone else. If you want an HONEST company, these are your people! Thank you guys again!

I would 100% recommend Lauretti plumbing. My kitchen sink disposal was clogged and needed assistance. I called Lauretti and they came the same day. They sent me a text message with a ETA, which was accurate. Not only were they responsive they were also polite and professional. If I ever run into another plumbing issue, I will be calling Lauretti.

I’ve used many plumbers over the years but my search for the perfect plumber has ended. Mike and his son Kyle are fantastic. They installed and rerouted our sump pump and installed a new faucet for us. Both jobs were done perfectly. They pay great attention to detail and clean up after they’re done. On top of that they are very nice people. As long as they’re in business, they’ll be our go to plumbers.

Last year I found I had a leak from the top of my water heater. I had called a few places for some quotes. Not only was Lauretti Plumbing able to relocate the new water heater to a better location, get me a water heater with a longer warranty AND fit me in the next day at the end of the day, they also saved me $1200+ from another quote. The work was done quickly, professionally and with the price they were definitely not out to nickel and dime me. I see some not so good reviews here and Im wondering how true they really are as my experience was phenomenal. I would recommend Lauretti Plumbing as a first choice to anyone and will also be my new go-to for any Plumbing I need done!

Their service exceeded expectation. They were professional and detail-oriented, helping me understand exactly what the cause of the issue was. They came to repair a leaking faucet and also took the time to help me locate the furnace filter in my new home. When the furnace filter mechanism was a rare model, they took the time to learn exactly how it worked so that I would have that knowledge going forward. I definitely recommend this business, and will contact them for future projects.
