The first time I reached out to Lakes Region Electric LLC was when I was looking to set up a transfer switch or an interlock for my electrical generator in the event of a power outage. As contractors were very busy at the time, I called around to several and fully expected to leave messages and wait a few days or more to hear back if at all. Much to my surprise, Dennis returned my call the same day and we set up a time for him to come by and look at what I needed done. That isn’t because he wasn’t busy too but I came to find it is how he conducts his business.Dennis arrived on time and even called ahead to say he was on the way and patiently answered all my questions while laying out my options and providing me a quote for the option I selected. I discussed options with my wife and together we chose to go with Lakes Region Electric LLC and scheduled the installation. Everything went smoothly and professionally. That year we lost power 5 times and didn’t miss a beat in the house as refrigeration, heat, water, internet, lights, and everything we needed stayed functioning until power returned. This made us very happy with our decision and our choice for installation.I have since used Lakes Region Electric LLC several times and all with the same kind of low pressure but highly professional results. From an outdoor conduit to extend electric away from the house, a spare refrigerator outlet, whole house new service, and emergency service when my heat went out, we’ve used Lakes Region Electric LLC for multiple Jobs and on each Dennis was not only responsive but got the job done with attention to detail. The emergency service call was tonight, making this review long overdue. Thank you, Dennis! Lakes Region Electrical LLC updated our electrical service and installed a new panel last Spring. More recently, they serviced the attic by updating plugs, wiring and installing outlets. They Also installed closet and utility room lighting and electrical plugs. They installed switches, lighting and outlets in the master bedroom.They arrived on time, worked the entire day and left nothing to be cleaned up. We consider them as our electrical service support. Im very happy with the job done by Lakes Region Electric.Dennis met every expectation I have when working with Trade Professionals.He was on time, reviewed the work needing to be completed, and sent us an estimate that we were able to review and accept electronically. We booked a date and he when he arrived for our work day, he was excellent.I felt comfortable to have him in my home. Called Dennis a few years back to do some electrical work and he did such a great job that we had him back for other projects. Just recently we called him to run underground electrical 700 feet to our garage and then he wired our garage and added lights. He made it easy by showing us different lights and switches and also recommend we do soffit lights which we love. He worked hand and hand with co-op to get this project done for us. We highly recommend lakes region electric for any job small or big.

Dennis may be busy but he is always available when we have a problem. He has wired our whole garage project and upgrade our service to 200 amp. Plus he provide us with a connection for our backup generator that You can’t live with out in this area.
