    My wife and I contacted NEC for a quote to install some new exterior garage lights. The old ones were damaged badly in a storm and had broken. Jay came out and gave us a quote, we had ordered the lights online and worked with Tracey in the office to schedule the install for when the lights arrived a week later. Every part of the experience was excellent. Perfect communication from all involved from the office and Jay the electrician.

    NEC put solar panels on my house in 2019, then installed heat pumps and mini splits. Four years later I had a small water stain in my attic indicating a leak in my now 23 year old roof. Kyle and Tyler from NEC came right out and spent half a day inspecting and caulking. It turned out the leak was no where near anything to do with the panels and definitely not their fault. They didn’t charge me for the work. NEC’s employees have all been great to deal with.

    Jay did an amazing job! I had my bathroom and closet lights go out in my house. I first called an electrician from another company who couldn’t figure out the issue but charged me anyways and left without any solution. Then I saw the great reviews for Jay. He was easy to book and was able to come in less than a week. The service charge price was very reasonable. When he arrived, Jay was nice, friendly, and professional. He was thorough in his diagnostic process and managed to find and fix the problem!! The alternative would’ve been very expensive. I’m so glad he helped me solve the issue by looking where the first guy didn’t.

    This was a new product from EcoFlow Home Battery Backup System with Smart (critical circuits) Panel 2 that required instruction and coordination with EcoFlow support. Given these difficulties that job went very well. The tradition wiring parts, principle job for NEC, was done very professional and has a very high finished appearance.Sorting out the unique and relevant options from the software intensive and poorly furnished instructions was a super challenge. Between Art and myself we must have spent 4-6 hrs on several day Thursday, Friday and Monday getting things sorted out.But we did that and maintained good humor and believe we could make this work. I look forward to future business with Art and NEC.

    Ive been having trouble for years with my smoke alarms randomly going off. I have three dogs and the sound stressed them and me out horribly. Jay (NEC) recommended the NEST smoke alarms. He installed them in no time and even helped me set up the app. Over the last five years or so, Jay has helped me with a handful of electrical issues and is always professional and patient as he trouble shoots and solves any problems.
