August 2024 edit:This is the second time I’ve used Paul, and I will continued to use him anytime I can. He is trustworthy, fast, effective, and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend him enough. Use this guy!!!Paul is awesome - I had been having trouble with my mainline for weeks and no one could fix it. Paul came out and in an hour cleared it out and even let me watch him do it - honest, reliable, and got the job done. Thank you Paul!

I received Pauls info from a referral from a company that fixes drain issues. We had a house under contract and needed the drains cleaned asap due to an inspection. When I first contacted Paul, he was very helpful in discussing the issue. He also was able to come out in the evening after he finished his scheduled jobs. Paul was professional, thorough and explained everything in detail. After the appointment, Paul promptly provided a report and was also available for follow-up discussions. My experience with Paul was absolutely great! Another plumbing company in town told me that may drains were broken and I needed to tear up the slab in my basement to fix it. None of that was true. Paul was able to clean out the drain and show it wasnt broken. He was very responsive and got us back up and running quickly. Good contractors are hard to find and Paul is one of the best, I will recommend him to anyone I know is having drain problems!

Paul did a sewer scope at our house, gave us excellent advice, and was trustworthy. It’s not often in this day and age that you can cold call and find someone who cares about more than just money. It was obvious that Paul cared about our home, cared about connecting us with a trustworthy repair person, and encouraged us in what he considered a fair price. I will have no hesitation in calling him next time I have a plumbing issue. The most important traits in a business owner are trustworthiness and competence. Paul exhibits both of those traits!

Paul came to my condo when I was dealing with an absolute shower drain emergency. It was 9pm and the drain was backing up, and the shower only has 1 inch tall walls - so I was dealing with a total flood. Paul came out at 10pm and stayed until the issue was completely safe and 100% fixed. There is ABSOLUTELY no other drain cleaner that I will ever use. Period!

Paul was super professional and kind!! We search everywhere for hydro jetting to remove build up. Everyone else quoted us thousands of dollars. Even though we didn’t have a problem yet but for whatever reason we were being quoted “plumber per hour rates”. We were trying to prevent and upkeep the pipe lines from clogging up. Paul called me back immediately and it was such a relief to speak with the person that would eventually complete to the job (instead of a dispatch person). He knew exactly what I was speaking about and knew what I needed. I didn’t have to call back a different person to come back and do the sewer scope. Paul includes it in his service. He was so respectful of our home. This is our second home and I just wish I had found him sooner! Thank you so much Paul!!

What a find! Paul is incredible, honest, professional, and ethical. He showed me exactly what needed to be fixed and walked me through his process to clean my main line. He spent the necessary time to get it done right.I called him based on a personal referral...after I had one of the afford-a-rooter companies out. Those folks said I needed to replace my main line for $8000+. I knew that wasnt the case, so I called Paul to get his expert advice. He arrived on-time and fixed the issue within an hour. He is a class act! Ive already put him on my calendar to come scope my main line next year to keep it root free and totally clear!

Paul was so very helpful in jetting and scoping our main sewer line! Were selling our home and the buyers inspection requested that we clean and verify stability/sustainability of our main sewer line. I called Paul needing help, ASAP. Paul came out on very short notice over the weekend and jetted our line. He then rescoped the line verifying it was in good shape. He sent me the report and video of the rescope the same day so I could get it to the buyers quickly. Paul was so helpful in a time of stress and tight timelines! Icing on the cake, Paul is such a nice and personable guy. I cant say enough great things about Sewer Lines and Paul! Paul is professional, ethical, and very kind. I first had him come out last summer. His expert problem-solving and drain cleaning basically saved me from the predatory companies that said I needed the line replaced for thousands of dollars. I have clay pipes to the city sewer line, so I emailed him to come out again this year and clear any straggling roots. He was out a few days ago and cleared everything, showed me the videos and went over how to keep the pipes intact and working for many years to come. I know it sounds weird, but hes already on my calendar for next year and I feel very calm and confident with my pipes.You cant ask for a more skilled and honest (and nice) person to clean your sewer lines. Paul called us back right away and set an appointment for the next day. We were getting outrageous quotes from tons of other companies. We were coming up on over a week of crazy quotes that made no sense.Paul came in and cleared us up and identified our problem right away! His price BY FAR was the best around and he didnt bs us like the other companies. He also sent us a video and a statement to aid us against the HOA. I would 1000% recommend Paul and his company!

Paul Rogert is very knowledgeable in his trade and conducts himself in the most professional manner. We first had Paul out to our home to run a sewer scope in July 2021. The scope was clean but showed some root penetration between one joint. He told us our options, one of which was to pay for a Hydro Jetting to clear the roots and any other scale that had developed over the years. He is not a high pressure individual and left it up to us to decide. At the time we decided to forgo the Hydro Jetting and in hindsight wish we had gone ahead and done it. A year and a half later and several more sewer backups that my husband had to clear with our snake, we had Paul back out to do the Hydro Jetting. Before doing so he viewed our previous sewer scope, did another sewer scope before determining the Hydro Jetting would be effective, performed the Hydro Jetting, and did a follow up sewer scope to make sure the sewer line was completely clean. He also showed us where the sewer line is located on our property giving us more knowledge about where the roots might be coming from. I will definitely rely on Paul for any sewer issues I may have in the future and as a Realtor I will also refer him to all of my clients. Thank you Paul for your professional service!

Paul came out on a Saturday emergency call and was able to take out the blockage in the toilet preventing it from flushing. Reasonably priced and didnt charge the emergency fee that most other companies do on a weekend. I would use this company again! He was polite and very helpful in a time of worry with a foreign object that was accidentally flushed in the toilet preventing it from flushing. Thank you Paul!

This guy was amazingly responsive and came on the very same day I called him. Within three hours my sewer lines were sparkling. I love the Hydro jet thing that he does.He was very nice with my mother who is over 80 years old and explained everything to her patiently As he let her watch the video of the inspection as well as the post video after he was done cleaning.I recommend him and will use them again on our units.

Paul is a throwback small business owner! Not only did he stand by his bid when things turned ugly, he spent probably 3 times as long to make sure the job was done correctly. When most contractors would have given up or doubled their price, Paul was a man of his word and finished the job!!! I would recommend Paul to anyone needing his services.

Paul saved us $10,000 after another company claimed we needed a costly sewer line repair due to roots in the line that caused a blockage. Paul was at our house within a few hours of our call for a second opinion, and made swift work of scoping the sewer line, finding and removing the roots with his specialty tools, and sending us the scope video with comments and an explanation. He was professional, honest, responsive, and effective - everything we could have asked for. Don’t use a cheap generic drain/sewer line cleaning company, because the first two companies we used couldn’t clear the roots - but Paul did it right with his hydro jetter, flex cables, blades, and chain tool. Of note, Paul only does drain/sewer clearing and won’t try to sell you a costly sewer repair like other companies, so there is no conflict of interest. We definitely recommend Paul and will use him again if it is ever needed! It is great to see a honest, hard working, fast, and effective guy like Paul still out there getting things done right.
