What more can I say.Tony came out and was on time. Did exactly what he said he would do. Also, ended up saving us money by repairing 1 of the parts vs just replacing it to make the extra money. Tony and Masterflow plumbing are some honest and efficient plumbers.

Tony has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We originally had a suspected bathtub leak which turned out to be a simple bathtub repair. Tony contacted someone to fix the bathtub for us and the job was completed the next day. We ultimately hired him for water heater and water softener replacement. Even though he was there for our up stairs bath tub he took the time to evaluate other concerns we had. After replacing the water heater and softener we realized that our sump pump was no longer working. He came back out that same day to fix it for us so we did not have to worry about potential flooding. Tony is very reasonably priced. He always provides a straight answer to your questions. He is the type of person that goes above and beyond in order to provide excellent care to his customers. He took such good care of my family. I highly recommend him and his work.

Wow, what a great experience!! I had Tony out to my home in Brighton to look at a few plumbing issues with 3 toilets and a bath tub. To start, I was expecting a quote for the work and had anxiety over the extent of the issues and time to complete repairs... Tony arrived and immediately began to diagnose the issues and jumped right in to the repairs. He was able to quickly resolve the issues, used his extensive experience to workaround some ‘unique’ problems my home had and provided great all-around service. I was amazed at his speed and efficiency along with guidance and advice for things to watch out for and to pay attention to in the future.Tony has great communication skills, responded quickly from my first call to confirming his appointment again the day before. He is very affordable and transparent about the cost. Tony will always be who I call with any plumbing issues and couldn’t be more highly recommended!!

First of all Tony is the best plumber around!!! Masterflow has provided service for now my third home and every time he has been professional, on time and gone above and beyond!! We have had a water softener replaced, utility sinks installed, leaky pipes fixed, garbage disposals installed, water heater installed and much more. You do not need to call anyone else and if they are booked wait for them to be available...you will not be disappointed. He always has a smile even when working with plumbing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS PLUMBING SERVICE!! Also he has provided professional advice when he is unable to work on something he will refer you to someone who will get the job done...for example we had an issue with our well and although he was unable to service our particular issue he referred us to someone and we got it done. Thank you and whoever is reading this and you got this far in my ramble...just call him you wont be disappointed!!

Called at 8 pm after we noticed a spot on the ceiling that appeared to come from our bathroom. I was expecting to get a voice mail but instead was surprised to have someone answer my call. Tony first made sure it was not a serious issue. Once that was established he got us an appointment the next day. He was on time and called before he got here to let me know he was on his way. He looked at the spot and figured out the issue right away. He was able to explain what happened, fixed it, and showed me how to do it myself if needed in the future. He also offered if for what ever reason that was not the main issue (but he felt it was) that he would come back and credit us 1/2 hour of work. Over all friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone looking.

I have had Masterflow Plumbing over three times in the past 3 years for various plumbing problems with our house. I have to say that I have had the best service I could ask for! Every time we needed service, our initial call was answered promptly and we had service within 24 hours. I like to have the problem and solution explained to me so I can make an educated decision. This is a strong trait of this company and I felt well informed and had confidence that the problem would be fixed the best way possible for an affordable price. Masterflow Plumbing installed a water softener system for me & did an A+ install. He went above & beyond what was required. His pricing was reasonable, not that price was a primary concern. Regardless of price, if you want the work performed right the 1st time, this is the company to call. It could be be far more costly to hire someone without the experience that Mr. Carnes displayed throughout the entire process. I wouldnt hesitate a second to have them do any future plumbing work or refer him to anyone in need of his services.

We recently had our hot water tank go bad on us ..it happened on a saturday we called so many plumbers in the phone book and most did not answer their phone the ones that did quoted very high prices to replace our tank. we called masterflow and our call was answered by the owner who quoted us a fair price and scheduled us for about 2 hours later..repair was performed in a proffesional manner with quality work and he explained everything to us about warranties and care for our new tank. we scheduled to have them out again the following week to replace our bladder tank for the well also..once again great job quality product and great price..
